Everything was wonderful. Anything needed was available on site. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area, Tim Hortons right next door. Parking was great. Staff overly helpful and very friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious

Anu (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was incredible. Check in was smooth and she helped us with using the elevator and checked with us to make sure the room met our needs. The room was extremely clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room on the 2nd floor was a bit dated but she also confirmed that the 2nd floor rooms will be getting renovated soon, just as the first floor has been done. When checking out she wanted to make sure we had something to eat before we left. I can’t thank her enough for the wonderful experience at the hotel

Where to start...When I checked in the room key didn't work, and it took several trips back and forth to sort it out.

My main grievance is that I paid for breakfast, which I was told would be open from 06h00-09h00. At 06h40 I went to the dining room to find not a soul in sight, and no food placed out, besides a few boxes of sugary cereals.

When I went to ask at the desk what was happening, I likewise found not a soul around. I checked out 30 minutes later, and still couldn't find a staff member to help me.

Additionally, there is a mysterious $2.00 charge on my credit card I wasn't expecting.

The room was nice enough and fairly clean, no complaints there. But the lack of breakfast and staff is odd.

Being Disabled and with a walker to walk, reception told me it was a extra $10 charge for a main floor same room, as it turned out was $13 on my CC. Thursday nite $220+ for a Days inn is already out of line, but charge me extra for a main floor room, I can not do stairs with a walker! This is NOT RIGHT. Note I prepaid my room through Hotels.com. It's NOT the $13. its principle of this.

There is a chemical plant that surrounds the entire hotel and residential properties. When you drive in at night the smell chokes you consumes your lungs eyes burn. Of you have asthma issues bronchitis COPD to name a few like my family did this is not the recommended property. We asked for a 1 day cancellation bcz we were not made aware of the chemical air quality and the walking distance proximity to chemical plants and the view from your hotel room is horrible seeinf a chemical plant with chocking fumes. Right out your window. Staff said 3 day cxl notice. Its an industrial area and nothing they can do. I restated the fact they showed no pictures or disclosed chemical plants prior to booking. They shrugged that smelll goes away. I still want my refund.

When we first arrived, tired after a long journey, the desk person thought it funny to tell us we had no reservation. We then had to register because she hadn’t bothered to process the preregistration I did on line. They put a $248 security deposit on your Visa without informing you. We booked a two day stay. After the first day there was no housekeeping service. Bed was not made, no wet towels replaced, floor unswept and garbage containers not emptied. If you are just looking for a place to crash it was acceptable. The breakfast wasn’t up to the standards set by places like Best Western. If you just want a mediocre place to crash for a night it was fine. We were hoping for something better. We won’t be using Days Inn again.

Water was undrinkable. Literally tasted like sand and dirt. We were not given a do not disturb sign for our room. There was trash outside the door on the sidewalk, LITERALLY EMPTY CANS IN THE TREES. They say they have breakfast, but dont even bother. It was literally just cereal and a sad plain bagel. It is one of only two hotels in the area we were staying but we clearly picked wrong.

We stayed at the Days Inn Leamington for one night before our trip to Pelee Island.
It was a spacious quiet room.
The staff upon arrival were very helpful and gave us a great dinner suggestion.
The breakfast was good but could be even better if there was a variety of bread.
The curtains in the room need repair work and it took a number of hair clips to keep the light out.
The price was a bit more than we were expecting.

Breakfast (free) was adequate - hot eggs, boiled one day, scrambled (made from dried eggs?) the next. Usual selection of cold foods and fruits. Orange juice was diluted. Plastic (NO-NO) cutlery.
Room was dark and one lamp was missing a bulb - took 3 calls to get it replaced, then the guy had no idea how to do it!
Curtains in room needed maintenance.

Security deposit was more than the room. Renovation is nice. But has those tall toilets. Uncomfortable. Lighting in room ver dim. Breakfast fas super cheap. Scrambled eggs. No meat. No potatoes just eggs. Breads. Mini muffins and cold cereals.
Nice property good staff. But value for $ no. Tied up 250 for a couple days. Ive stayed at better hotels (deltas Marriott starwoods) and deposit was like 50. Its a days inn. If Wyndham is trying to elevate the brand. Fine. But elevate everything

Staff was excellent, condition of the place was good, but definitely too expensive for the quality offered. Elevator is a service elevator and you need to call staff in order to use it - we didn't need it, though. Breakfast is included, but what breakfast? I swear I was there, in the breafkast room, butI couldn't find a breakfast. Toast with jam? Extremely poor. Again, staff was excellent and the place is decent, but that breakfast did it for me. Not a nice way to end the trip..

Had the most wonderful stay here with kids over March break.
Staff at the front desk are so kind and accommodating.
Pool and sauna were a hit- be advised the hot tub is no longer in use here though.
Breakfast was delish- the waffles were 10/10!
Our room was clean and updated. The family rooms can’t be beat!
Will absolutely be returning.
