I must complain about the late check-in time at 5:00 pM, which brings a great inconvenient for the first day. Except this, everything is great. A nice small but complete kitchen in the apartment. Hotel facilities is also very good.

This is a tower block hotel with wonderful sea views over the Baltic Sea. We had a 15 floor apartment for 4 (we were 2 only) and the 3 lifts were pretty efficient so we did not have to wait long. The reception was very efficient and helpful with perfect English spoken.
The suite was roomy with a balcony and spotlessly clean, but because the bathroom fittings are dated they cannot look as new. The bath was tiny and the shower head had to be removed from its holder to have a shower. The kitchenette worked well and had enough equipment.
The sofa doubles as a put you up bed and was uncomfortable after an hour of lounging but we were not in for long.
There is a good variety of eateries, a laundrette, bars and a bakery on site.
Despite the above good value.

Amazing Views
Family of four enjoyed three days at the hotel. All rooms offer a brilliant view of the Baltic. Sandy Beach right in front of the hotel. Parking was free and free wifi in lobby although you could touch lucky and pick this up in your room at times. Best was having two hours free access a day to the swimming complex next door which was amazing (including a wave machine and slide). Would definitely recommend this to British families in the Northern Germany area.

Hotels.com har udeladt at stort set alt er lukket. Enten pga sæsonen, eller fordi det er under restaurering. Vi kunne ikke komme badeland, lukket. Vi kunne ikke spise på burger eller pizza restauranten, lukket. Vi kunne ikke spille på flere maskiner i spilleområdet, ude af drift. Vi kunne ikke handle i supermarket, lukket. Alt var lukket, på nær restauranten Windrose, som er det eneste som er åbent. Det er et spøgelseshotel. Søde receptionister, fin lejlighed, med dejlig havudsigt, og selvom køkkenet er meget lille, kan man sagtens lave mad til 3-4 personer. Er dog i tvivl om vi fik en lejlighed på 41m3, den var nok nærmere 31m3, men det var stadig udemærket. På Hotels.commhjemmeside står der rigtig mange faciliteter, og intet er åbent. Vi har fuld forståelse for at man ikke kan surfe eller spille minigolf i februar måned, men ét spisested var åbent, og vi er så glade for at vi handlede inde i Burg, inden vi ankom til hotellet, for ellers skulle vi afsted igen, da supermarket var lukket. Havde vi vidst at alt var lukket hjemmefra, havde vi måske kunne finde et andet hotel, med de faciliteter som vi havde sat næsen op efter til vores vinterferie.

Die Fahrstühle waren sehr klein. Es gab einen etwas größeren. Leider funktionierten die Fahrstühle nicht alle, was bei einem 15. Stock hohen Haus den Transfer sehr erschwert. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht.

Man konnte wieder Abschalten und Entspannen. Waren auf Fehmarn hier zum 3 mal. Einmal mit unseren Kindern, beim 2 mal mit den Kindern und Enkelkinder und jetzt als Rentner. Es war wieder alles Super!

Mega toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Viele gute Möglichkeiten zu Speisen. Nicht schön war, wenn keine Rücksicht auf andere Gäste genommen wird und laute Musik gespielt wird, sowie mega laute Gespräche auf dem Balkon geführt wird, bis in die Nacht und keiner macht dagegen was. Ich hätte von der Rezeption auch erwartet, dass uns eine gute Fahrt gewünscht wird. Hauptsache die Schlüssel gehen zurück und fertig. Sonst war es aber schön dort.

Einzigartig war unsere Ferienwohnung mit zwei Balkonen ( davon gibt es nur 4 )mit einem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Strandpromenade. In der Unterkunft selbst gibt es zwei Billardtische, sowie 2 Tischtennisplatten, leider schon alt und dreckig aber bei schlechtem Wetter eine gute Alternative. Außerdem airhockey und einen Tischkicker. Fussläufig an der Strandpromenade sind ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäcker, uvm. Alles was man braucht. Das hauseigene Restaurant Windrose hat uns nicht gefallen. Dort haben wir 1 Mal das Frühstück probiert. Für 18 Euro pro Person hat uns die Auswahl und die Frische an Produkten gefehlt.
Die Rezeption in unserer Unterkunft ist 24 Stunden erreichbar und war zu jeder Zeit zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich.

Vanskelig med engelsk kommunikasjon over alt, alt står på tysk menyer osv, hotellets ansatte er hyggelige. Men det kan virke som at det er sjeldent med turister som vil snakke engelsk.
Det er ekstremt mye måke bråk og varmt på rommet, må velge mellom varmt eller eller måkeskriking, ikke bare litt høyt, ekstremt!. Hele natten og dagen.

Das Hotel ist sicherlich in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch gut erhalten. Die Fahrstühle sind trotz der vielen Stockwerke gut erhalten und mit wenig Wartezeit verbunden. Wir waren ganz oben im 16. Stock mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Zimmer hatte eine perfekte Größe. Mit kleiner Nischenküche für den täglichen. Gebrauch. Betten waren in Ordnung. Bloß hätten sie mal den Staubwedel in manchen Ecken gründlicher schwingen sollen. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Preis-Leistung ist inordnung.
Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sicherlich ein Pluspunkt, für Kinder wird das ein oder andere angeboten. Ein Bäcker am Hotel ermöglicht morgens frische Brötchen. Die Mikrowelle im Zimmer hat uns ein bisschen gefehlt und die Betten waren nicht die bequemsten. Immerhin gibt es einen geräumigen Fahrstuhl, wo man auch den Kinderwagen transportiert bekommt.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Badezimmer, Handtücher und Betten waren sauber. Fenster und Balkontür waren mit Kinderhänden beschmiert. Der Teppich wurde nicht gut gereinigt. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub und den tollsten Ausblick aus dem 16. Stock. Wir werden dort nochmal Urlaub machen.

Sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Zimmer kann auch als Fewo genutzt werden, Küchenzeile, Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und Sofa vorhanden. 20m zum Strand. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl, Restaurant und Pizzeria im Komplex, freundliches Personal, Parkplätze vor der Tür, wir werden das Hotel wieder buchen.
