I was nervous that the non- smoking rooms would smell like smoking (because that is available if you choose) but it did not smell like cigarettes at all. This was our second time staying here to go to six flags nearby. The rooms are clean and it’s easy to get to. The only downside this time around was there was a rip in the carpet near the bathroom and it exposed some sharp nails so beware if you’re going barefoot. Luckily we had packed house shoes. I would stay here again with no hesitation though.

My wife and I spent three nights at the Lodge Inn in July of 2024. Overall, the experience was quite good. The location of the inn was nineteen miles from where we needed to be. I knew it would be a forty-five-minute drive...but we were OK with that. We could have stayed much closer; however, the closer lodgings would have charged more than twice what we paid at Lodge Inn.
The amenities were very basic, however, the facility was very clean and very quiet. The parking lot was extremely well lit, which provided a feeling of safety when we returned to our room each night. In interest of honesty, we found the internet service to be slow...very slow...somewhat reminiscent of the days of dial up access. However, in all other regards, the Lodge Inn was sufficiently adequate and if my wife and I were to stay in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay at Lodge Inn. We would also recommend it to others. In fact, I believe we're doing just that right now.

The furniture/fixtures are not the newest but the room is extremely clean and everything is in good working order. Bathroom fixtures are clean and in good repair. If the room smelled like anything it was cleaning supplies! There are also an abundance of outlets and USB charge ports and even a wireless phone charger circle built into the desk! A clean and functional room that I feel safe in. If I have one complaint it's that the window does not open for fresh air. But, that may be for security reasons. The fan/ac/heat unit works fine and also smells fine, so that's the next best thing.

Needed to book a 5 night stay out of state on very short notice to attend a funeral. Because it was 4th July week everywhere was either booked solid or wanted astronomical prices assuming ppl are partying at the shore. I was grateful to find a reasonably priced room for me & my girls, even if it meant driving a little further. The staff was very accommodating. Housekeeping was very thorough every day. No frills, but it did the job and was clean & comfortable. Fridge & microwave in room too.

The fridge had yellow stuff and mold in it and stunk, the shower had mold and hair in it, the room was absolutely disgusting. It reeked of cigarettes (they could have at least sprayed some fabreeze) man at the front desk was rude and dismissive. Water pressure was almost nothing, and they only provided half a roll of toilet paper. We had to buy cleaning supplies and new bedding and candles and sprays just to make it bearable. 0/10 if i could. Don't stay here !!!

We showed up, room had bugs. Can’t tell if blankets are clean because they are red.. 5 minutes after check in we decided to go to a Holiday inn. Lady at the desk simply said well we aren’t giving your money back and I said it’s fine keep it. Hopefully they use our money to clean the toilets properly and get rid of any bugs.

We just needed a place to sleep as we were visiting family during the day. The beds were clean and have very firm mattresses. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was clean when we arrived, but the second day we saw ants in the tub. We did not watch TV, but there was a nice one. Also did not use the microwave. The walls are pretty thin, we could hear people talking late into the night.

But, I booked a room, check in on sat 3pm, check out on Mon 11am. Unexpectly my son stayed with me Sun into Mon. I tried to extended my room for another day & i was told i had to check out on Mon @ 11am & check back in @ 3pm. Other hotels had no problems extending my stay in the same room without checking out & in.
