Pleasant stay with one significant downside

Everything was fine apart from taking a 110 euro deposit in addition to full payment for the room. This was quite offensive to us and not a pleasant experience. This has never happened before.

Nice stay

The guy at reception was really friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, modern and clean. Slept very well
The spa is small with a nice little pool, smal sauna and gym

Great comfortable place to stay

This was a lovely clean modern hotel with a great little pool and sauna area - perfect to relax in. The town is such a nice small but lively place and the hotel is in a great location to explore. Rooms are big and nice. The staff were great and helpful. We charged our electric car overnight in their car park, which was very convenient, although we had an issue unplugging the car the next morning. I'm not sure if it was the car or the charger, but a wonderful staff member spent time with us and called our breakdown service to get us on the road.

Superbe hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité.

Le SPA est vraiment magnifique ! Pour ce détendre cela vaut vraiment le détour!

L’hôtel est très propre et les chambres très spécieuses.

Un restaurant est présent à l’hôtel avec des bocaux mais je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de m’y arrêter.

Je recommande vraiment cette hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Vitré.

A real find

This is a superb hotel across from the train station. Rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable and the shower is excellent. Outdoor (terrace) dining is available. Breakfast is extensive and local produce abundant. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a great experience. The city is a delight and very walkable, though the cobblestones can be hard on the feet.

Great staff and good hotel

Very good hotel in the old town, close to the train station (no noise though) and the old town.
breakfast is correct without being exceptional.
The room (suite) was nice and clean.
The spa area is pretty small, but it is there.
The staff was really nice and helpful, thank you!

Good stay. Ask questions.

Very good stay. Enjoyed the people very much. At the end, however, we were charged an additional 60 euros we didn’t expect for breakfast and parking. We were never told until we paid that it wasn’t already included! We probably wouldn’t have eaten breakfast there had we known! I still don’t know how the extra 60 euros were broken down.

Hôtel très bien placé, accueil agréable, chambre confortable, insonorisée, bien décorée, salle de bain très chouette. Une machine à café dans la chambre aurait été un petit plus appréciable (comme le font d’autres établissements), mais en tout cas ce fut un très bon séjour!

attention au prix des parkings.
à part le standing de l accueil et l emplacement surtout avec vue port cet hôtel n est pas du niveau 4 etoiles .

Très bel ensemble architectural, un peu froid au niveau de la chambre. Parking mal indiqué et assez eloigné, il serait bien de prévenir lors de la réservation pour éviter de tourner inutilement. Le resto sous forme de bocaux dépanne bien. Ville absolument magnifique à visiter au pied de l'hôtel

Superbe week-end

Tres bel hotel avec une chambre tres agreable, bien équipée et propre. Il manque juste le shampoing mais le gel doiche est là. Petit déjeuner tres complet pour un prix abordable (13 euros). Piscine sympa mais espace petit pour les transat. Sauna bien agreable apres une journee de marche. La ville de Vitré est tres chouette et de nombreux bons resto sont à 2 pas.

nous avons été reçus avec gentillesse et efficacité, notre chambre de petite taille au demeurant très fonctionnelle, à la décoration très soignée
