Good location in the centre of town with free on road parking. Secure covered parking within the hotel avaliable at a cost. Took a while to be greated at reception however as the hotel was quiet not a problem. Nice ambience in the reception/lounge/bar/dining area.Room was clean & comfortable. Had a buffet breakfast with sufficient choice of foods. All in all a pleasant night stop

Very pleased with the hotel and very friendly helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and airy and the communal areas, particularly the hall were very attractive. Breakfast was excellent and good value and there was even a bar! This was our first trip to Vitre and we lived it. Will definitely return.

We booked this hotel as on the map and by its very name we expected it to be in the centre and therefore close to all amenities. It was not. The hotel is a good 10-15 minutes walk for those of us who don't move too quickly. We therefore felt we had no option but to eat at the hotel. There was only one member of staff evident that evening and she was manning reception, the bar and dealing with the preparation and serving of food and clearing of tables/taking orders. She was run ragged poor lady but coped with her heavy work-load with a smile. The food was clearly all microwaved, including a pizza, and was grossly over-priced for what we were offered. The caramelised pork that I had was decidedly unpleasant. We had no wi-fi reception throughout our stay which left us unable to make essential communication with several people. Parking at the hotel is only available at a cost of €6 per day. A very disappointing stay and not to be recommended.

staff were really friendly, my French is limited, but they were all English speaking and SO helpful! hotel was slightly out to the old town - which was convenient, and within 5 mins to the train station for trips to renne and laval. rooms were great, VERY clean and quiet.
I stayed 4 days but could have easily booked a week, which i will be doing next year.
As a single middle aged lady it is sometimes a little daunting to travel, but the hotel was safe, in a good area, and the staff friendly and helpful with local knowledge.

Ibis hits the mark
1st time in an ibis but will use again, great value for money although we didn't take the breakfast option as at around 9+ euro each felt this was an unecessary luxury for us, in an ideal location to walk into and explore Vitre. Staff helpful and absolutely no problems with the room. would recommend.

Dans l'ensemble une chambre très propre. Sans âme et pour le moins minimaliste. Une pièce d'eau qui est en réalité une cabine (douche, WC et lavabo) comme dans un \"vulgaire\" Formule 1. Et que dire concernant le fait qu'il n'y a pas de balai WC. Je trouve ça aberrant !! Cela m'a ete confirmé par le personnel. Ce n'est tout simplement pas prévu. Désolée pour le personnel qui nettoie les chambres et donc notre m....e au sens propre comme au figuré.
Pour finir, pas de bouilloire avec quelques sachets de thé et/ou de café. Je ne comprends pas comment 3 étoiles peuvent attribuées.

Par 2 fois la carte d'ouverture de la chambre n'a pas fonctionné. Les personnels répondent que cela est récurrent !!!! Salle de bain de camping car en plastique.

Hotel très bien situé a proximité du centre historique de Vitré. L’hôtel est propre bien tenu, le personnel est très aimable. Le petit déjeuner est varié, les produits sont frais et de qualité. La salle de bain est petite. Le garage est propre est facilement accessible.
Petit plus: l’hôtel propose pour ses clients des repas aux bocaux par contre je ne prononce pas sur la qualité n'ayant pas utilisé ce service. C'est bon à savoir car hier soir samedi vers 19heures nous avons eu de nombreux refus dans des crêperies et ou restaurants qui annonçaient être complets!!

Accueil déplorable. Après un petit coup d’œil sur son ordinateur la réceptionniste a affirmé qu’il n’y avait pas de réservation à notre nom. Puis sur notre insistance elle a regardé encore et dit qu’on avait réservé le 21 et non le 15!! Finalement elle a trouvé et nous a dit qu’elle n’avait pas reçu le transfert de la confirmation, alors que nous l’avions reçu. Après un voyage fatigant nous avons subi cet accueil froid et non professionnel.

zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage (Stadtpark direkt daneben, Altstadt nur wenige Minuten entfernt), Klimaanlage und zweckmäßiges Bad, Fenster sehr gut schallisoliert, freundlicher Service und sehr gutes Frühstück-Buffet - insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein idealer Übernachtungsort für einen Kurz-Tripp in das schöne Vitré
