Food was good. Cake was excellent. Room 314 was good. Then I upgraded to suite room in 317 and it was below expectations. Couldn't sleep well after spending the suite cost. That hurts. There was constant noise from the room above. It was really terrible.

A Scam Hotel

This Hotel is a scam
The charge you for something you already pay for, change you wrong on invoice, to cover up
But best recommendation is to avoid, there are some better choice is Nashik

Surprising luxury in Nashik

Surprising luxury in Nashik. Modern and well maintained hotel. Very comfortable room, but decor is a bit tacky. Swimming pool is small, has no loungers and is in shade most of the day. Service is very friendly, however I was given a room already occupied leading to an uncomfortable situation…quickly rectified. Several stores, restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Nice property but a bit too pricy

One of the best properties I have stayed till date. Being a new property, just a year old, you can feel the freshness in everything. Another plus being the nice and big spread for breakfast and dinner. Overall good courteous and helping staff.

Only negative being the hotel tariff which really needs to be looked into. I found the price per night to be in line with the 5-star properties in Mumbai. But Nashik being a small city, this price is too high for that.

the food specially breakfast was excellent, but buffet dinner options were quite restricted for vegetarians.
the staff was quite new and at times rude with us.
the check in was worst i have encountered, delay of 1 hour for second room which spoiled our plans at Nashik for afternoon, evening and left bad taste in mouth. The staff also called unnecessarily at least 2 or 3 times without the review of system of guest check in or check out.

Very good food , & extremely well placed location, however house keeping services are a bit lame .

Aircon, is a bit squeachy & noisy & no one in the maintenace department in the hotel knows how to fix it.

Still in beta

They said this hotel opened in Nov 2020 but they seem to have a lot of work left to do. Air Conditioning of my room was not properly working. They do not have liquor license yet. Shower head was not properly installed. Shower booth door was installed inside out. They should check every guest room with a long list of check points.
