Staff was excellent, ready to help. The room had several issues including dusty curtains, broken lotion and soap containers, blocked sink and flush issue,each issue was corrected by the staff as soon as we called them. Even at 2 AM in the night, the plumber came within five-ten minutes to fix the flush issue. the property is not located near any place where you can eat breakfast, and the breakfast they serve was not worth the cost I paid. It seems they don't like when you book using a third party like Orbitz. My good rating is more due to the staff than the property condition and location.

Dissatisfied with the hotel & manager - Neha

Very disappointed with the manager - Neha. She was rude, unhelpful, and uncooperative. Firstly, we had reserved 3 rooms for 3 couples much much in advance. But even then, at the time of check in, she took more than an hour to allot us rooms. When questioned about the delay and expressed our displeasure (since we had our aged parents with us too), she inturn started giving an earful to us only, saying that since we wanted rooms close by, it's taking long. But it should be presumed that we will need rooms close by since we made the reservation under the same reference ID and at the same time. And even after getting to the counter, it should not take an hour to give us the rooms.The rooms should be ready on their side. Also extremely unhhappy with the hotel policies. They don't even give basic items as complimentary and charge for it (eg: bathroom slippers which are literally available for free in every other hotel).

They require a passport to check in, which is not specified on their website 2 people in our party had passports, 2 had other government issues ID. We were denied check in late at night, turned away from the hotel and left to find our own last minute accommodation in the middle of the night. Then, also refused to refund our money as it had been pre paid. Worst hotel experience ever.

It was better than expected. Other reviews were all about how the rooms and the bathrooms are small, but trust me, it is sufficient for 2 people. The bathrooms are comfortable as well. Just they didn’t have thick walls separating the bathroom and the bedroom. The parkings are very small, if you have a SUV you’ll find it difficult to park there. Food was good. Staff was also compliant with our needs so kudos! Tip* order food from Zomato or something i felt their food prices are overpriced. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Everything went well.

The hotel as such was clean and observed all covid requirements for safety of guests.
However, very disappointed in the service by the staff members. Unprofessional.
I had made reservations on bed and breakfast basis for 4 persons (2 rooms). And while check in was informed that breakfast would be served in the room. But when my mom ordered breakfast (tea and toast), she had to pay 250/-. When confronted with the manager, all he could say is that they will look into the matter and make sure that the front desk person does not repeat this mistake. No question of refunding the 250/-, though had already paid 1000/- for breakfast with the room tariff.
Lastly, the quality of breakfast was below par. Most of the food that was being served was cold. Never had such a pathetic breakfast before. Waste of money.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and we were nothing short of extremely satisfied with our experience. Right from the check in to the check out, everything was very smooth. Polite and courteous staff. A special mention just has to be made about the security at the entrance. A very sweet lady by the name of Sadhana. Always smiling and very helpful. Our breakfasts were really enjoyable thanks to the ever so helpful gentleman in charge, by the name of Deepak Sahu. Highly enterprising. Kudos to team IBIS and the memorable stay. Cheers!

This hotel is quite trendy, neat and fresh. The staff are very warm and courteous. The restaurant has very nice buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall my experience was great. Nice location and easy access to Triambakeshwar.

Property ok for a casual one night stay ... not meant to celebrate an occasion. Bathrooms are extremely small. Hotel was packed and dining space was not adequate to handle full house. Food was all veg in breakfast and not hot.

There are some positive & negative points,
1) Rooms are clean but bed is really small for 6ft tall guy & top of that spouse is together
2) Facilities are ok but no extra bottle of water after complimenting 2x500ML bottle is too less when staying overnight with family
3) Restaurant food quality is good but it take too much waiting time to serve

Food of the hotel was awesome. Staff were also very welcoming and generous. Rooms of the hotels are compact especially Bath room are very compact & small.

There is also no ventilation in the rooms and sometimes if feels like suffocation. you can't open the windows of the room.

It was a Great Stay at IBIS, Rooms Ambiance and the Cleanliness,Room Service was up to the mark.
the Breakfast was also to the mark, the staff was cooperative.
while booking the Hotel it was stated with Swimming Pool but in actual it wasn't so very bad on the part of the Expedia.
my Filters was hotels with Swimming pool and it had shown me IBIS. now when checking on the summary of booking it cannot be shown. please investigate this issue as it is creating wrong impression of Expedia.

I have stayed at several Ibis properties before and they all are same. No frills but very comfortable, clean rooms, good beds. All basic necessities were provided. Enjoyed the breakfast specially the fish, breakfast was well prepared limited but tasty.

Safe bet for a stay over

Ibis has maintained it's standards through each of its chain of hotels. So if in a new city without a booking this would be your safest bet for a budget business stay. Try to opt for package dinner/lunch/breakfast here cause alacarta food is way overpriced. Parking facility has never been up to the mark in any of these hotels with valet facility sparingly or not available in some cases. All in all i rate the hotel a 3.5 out of 5 on the positive side.
