Upon arrival i told the front desk manager that i was going to need transportation to the port.he could not guarantee it.he spoke very little english.i had to arrange for transport myself. He later said that i was being picked up by somebody at a certain time when i already made arrangements with another company

Complete relaxation

Actually qe made the booking by mistake. It is in an industrial area. The beach is 15 minutes by car. We were the only guests who don't work in the surrounding factories. The service was dedicated to us in the lobby, restaurant, theme park....etc
N.B. The check in on Hotels.com is 2:00 am Midnight. We called and they said we will be charged extra-night if we did and the real check in is 3:00 pm.

Rooms are good. Staff is very friendly. Beach is good however it's far from hotel 20 min by car. Food is terrible, very bad taste & variety. Aqua Park is good, however, it's freezing no heaters & main pool is very cold no heaters.

There are many activities for the kids and families to enjoy throughout the day; water park, amusement park with many rides, and an animation team. The food is very good. The staff is friendly and polite. The design of the family rooms is unique. The furniture needs upgrading though. Overall, we had so much fun.

A Disappointing Stay

Being located in the industrial (probably the most polluted) area of Sokhna made us quite disappointed once we arrived specially when we found that the beach is 12 kilometers away. The beach was the most trashed beach I saw in the five continents I’ve been to that it took us a whole hour cleaning it and lifting -I would say- 30 kg of trash. The real challenge was to keep my toddler safe from what would have remained of the broken glass, the rusty metal pieces and the sardine cans.
The food was acceptable, the aqua park was fun for everyone and the hotel and the staff were nice generally but the room level of cleanness was fair probably because the hotel was fully booked so they gave us a room that I suspected to belong to the staff since it had a metal key which made it inconvenient carrying it around instead of a plastic card and made me worried about my security when I lost it for half a day by the pool since it had the room number written on it (with a marker on the dirty scotch tape attached to the key).
They promised to contact me regarding the beach problem on the same day which did not happen.

Good place for kids

The kids (12,10) loved the room, Aqua park and one of the evening shows but the other ents were more for younger kids. Noisy till quite late because of blasting music. Drinks Service by the pool was unsatisfactory but inside hotel the service was great. Evening buffet was of high standard -fresh and tasty- but rather cold. Cooked Breakfast was not all tasty but there was enough variety to satisfy. Duplex Room opens to courtyard and wished we had brought plug-in mosquito repellent. Room not very clean and had operational issues like security box not opening and fridge over-cooling so it was a fun set-up but one felt it had seen slightly better days. 2 nights was enough.

Not the greatest experience, unfortunately. We went for the kids to have fun in their aqua park and actually paid more for that reason despite good other options for nearby hotels, then we found the aqua is not heated neither any of the pools except small 1 foot depth pool for small toddlers. That was very disappointing. As a winter resort this should be their source of attraction but they lost it. The restaurant is small. The food is ok but could be better.
The internet was not working properly.
The dust is a problem in the whole area but the staff doing their best in the cleaning. That reflects to the room cleaning as well.
The hotel occupancy was limited and yet they make me pay 200 pounds extra to change the room.
Overall, we were not very happy with the experience.

Pricey for nothing

Dirty dusty room . I picked this hotel and paid more than other hotels per night for its aqua park but the water was so cold that my kids couldn't use it . There is only a small heated pool (30 cm depth ) . Food was good but few selections . The only good point was the Fun Vally which was a walkable distance from the hotel where my kids had the only fun during our trip. Overall we didn't enjoy our vacation there ( it's not a good place for the kids in the winter ).

Very dirty hotel. Hiusekeeping dont know hot to clean the rooms it is full of dust hair. Food from previos guests.we found dirty tissues in the closets at the time of check in . They changed the room for us but it was dirty too

at check-in they gave me normal standard room, while I reserved executive suite for 3 adults,
I had to wait extra 1.5 hours to fix this issue, and they changed the room with 3 beds duplex room, the room was nice and my kids liked it so It was ok with me, however I do not know if it was cheaper than my room or not
the aqua is very nice for kids but not suitable for adults
the staff are very good and friendly which makes you overcome any issue with the hotel, this is why I wanted to thank them very much.
the guard at the pool is not paying enough attention to the pool which needs to be taken care of
if you like to sleep early it will be very hard as you can hear every single voice from the room!
the food quality varies very much during the week, I arrived at Friday and the dinner buffet was fine, but the next day it was much more less quality and so is breakfast.
this is the first hotel I see that prevents you from getting water bottles from outside and also sell water bottles at breakfast!, at breakfast I always find water for free in all hotels I visited except this hotel.
I did not try the hotel beach as I stayed only for 2 days
on my check out day, the power was off from the whole hotel for some maintenance, they announced this late night on the day before but it did not help because A/C was off and water aqua was off as well for the same reason.

Nice spacious room, nice staff, food ok but not the best dinks even water is very expensive and not included!!!! Pool view is expensive to upgrade and not worth it.
I expected free upgrade as a good will but not offered even after being requested.
I will not go back.
