Prime location in great Kayseri if you want to stay in the old city. However it’s loud with tourists and it sits in a restaurant, so you will hear noises from parties in the old city and diners, especially if you’re traveling during busy season. Thankfully we travelled during late November so it wasn’t that bad. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a nice garden and view upstairs. I recommend getting the premium room upstairs for less noise and bigger space like I did for my parents. Breakfast is okay but not great (cheese, bread, fruits, coffee and tea)

We had an excellent room on the top floor of one building, with a terrace looking over the leafy complex. The beds were comfortable and bathroom worked well, though a bit small with a huge tub shower to climb into. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast had some issues one morning, with cold eggs and coffee, but was fine a second morning. It can be a bit noisy as the room entry doors need slamming and the wood construction echoes. In the vicinity, canned music starts early for breakfast below and bands nearby continue till 11pm. We recommend obtaining directions to the hotel from the staff before arrival, as the old town is tricky to drive thru and phone mapping doesn't understand the best way. Parking was near the hotel and easy, with staff help for the bags, once we arrived.

I had a wonderful stay at Tuvana Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They always kept the room clean, great amenities, and the hotel decor and ambiance is very peaceful and vibrant. It’s in a great location in Kaleici (Old city). Beautiful markets and restaurants just a minute walk away. The night life is also fun and intriguing, bars and cafes in close proximity. The food is AMAZING!! We had free breakfast and the buffet had amazing options. The hotel works in correspondence with three restaurants right next to the hotel so you get a selection of Italian, International, and Turkish cuisine. We truly loved our stay at Tuvana Hotel and would definitely book it again!!

Courteous staff who seem underpowered for what’s necessary - in theory this could be a good hotel, but in practice it was disappointing. Hotel common areas are beautiful and the garden is lovely; the restaurant food at dinner was good but not amazing (breakfast was on par with a good airport lounge).

Rooms are dated and tired. Despite paying for a premium room, I was still put in a room with two twin beds pushed together with two separate sets of bedding on them, made up as if two people would be sleeping separately on the same bed (what?!). The first room I was put in opened up directly into the restaurant - tables directly outside the door - and the second room was better but faced onto the street. I had read reviews that it can be loud at night facing the street and the front desk man did warn me - so I can’t fault anyone about that. For what was paid - no, not worth it - but maybe that’s also general disappointment with Old Town Antalya (super touristy / kitsche). Maybe if the hotel felt a little more like a retreat I’d have enjoyed it more, but it felt too chaotic and definitely dated for my tastes.

Charming Boutique Hotel with Fantastic Location

Beautiful boutique hotel that was once an old house, giving it so much charm and character. The location is fantastic—right in the middle of everything—yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The staff were wonderful and so helpful (they even carried our luggage up to the top floor where we stayed).

There’s a designated car park space which makes it super convenient if you’re renting a car, and the hotel also has a lovely restaurant. Breakfast each morning was served as a buffet in the main restaurant, and daily housekeeping kept everything spotless.

Staff were amazing but our room was dark dingy and the aircon turned itself off every hour. We didn’t have a full nights sleep the entire time we were there because of other guests slamming doors into the early hours of the night or drunk people singing outside. It’s actually a lovely little hotel and the staff are fantastic but ultimately I can’t give a higher score because I literally didn’t sleep well once.

Check-in was smooth and the front desk manager was polite. However, once we informed him that we are not going to use his restaurant and purchase his recommended boat trip..his polite manner changed in minutes. Also, the hotel doesn't provide drinking water inside the room after paying 250 dollars per night. I was told to go out and buy my own water. I'm a diamond and platinum member in several hotels. This is my first time being treated in very rude way special during our checkout time with my family. Please treat all properly and equally.

Old world charm and lovely staff

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. While not quite luxury the building itself is very charming and atmospheric. We felt like we were in another era. The pool is small but a very welcome reprieve fromthe summer heat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dog Sari is also great!
The only thing that struck us as odd is the lack of complimentary drinking water for guests.

Lovely hotel. Dainty quaint and right in the heart of the old town! Perfect location to walk down the harbour too there is a beach but it is so small and you have to pay 550 lira to get a bed and stay alday it’s beautiful but you are very packed in and not a lot
Of shade so be careful!! Food was amazing staff friendly and very helpful! Clean tidy room. If you don’t want the hassle of hundreds of people round a pool all day and a huge hotel this is perfect. I would go back

Best hotel find I booked for my trip in Antalya. Conveniently located near the beach, bazaar, restaurants as well as transportation. Easily accessible, in front of the hotel you can instantly push for the taxi to come to you right away. The ambiance and the decor of the nature surrounding the hotel, the pool,the staffs, everything about the hotel and my stay was to perfection. I wished to have stayed a couple more days if I could.

The hotel is situated in a pretty street and is reminiscent of a bygone era. The photos don’t convey the feel of the property, the scent of the blossoms or the attentive staff, quietly going about their jobs and keen to assist when needed (helpful to use google translate sometimes!).
Breakfast-a plentiful Turkish offering
Rooms- simply furnished with air-con and we enjoyed one of the few with a balcony, which was much appreciated. Comfortable beds and black out curtains.
Pool/gardens- a small pool but perfectly adequate for the guests using it. Stunning planting, trees and flowers, with an ample bar area with service to sunbeds!
Restaurants- Tapas (ok), Pizza (very good but pasta only ok) and the fine dining Seresa ( excellent and worth the splurge)
There are some decent restaurants in the area and a great many rug and souvenir shops!!
Recommend taking ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as sound appears to carry…
We enjoyed a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again.

The hotel wasn’t as nice as it looked on pictures. We were upgraded but glad we didn’t see the original room we were going to get. This room leaked from the bathtub, the shower pressure was not good and you couldn’t open the sink faucet because you would loose even more pressure or hot water. A/C was on point. Coffee maker didn’t look too clean so avoided using it.

It really felt like home away from home. Very beautifully decorated, very friendly, professional staff. On arrival, we were greeted with lovely drinks served on a tray with flowers on the tray. It was very clean and nothing was too much for the staff. The location was also brilliant. A 10 minute walk to the marina and a 10 minute walk to the market. Also walking distance to various tourist attractions.
Will definitely visit again and stay at Tuvana main building.
Only down side was the bathroom needed a little bit more attention as there was water leaking from the shower and sometimes unpleasant smell from the drainage.

Spectacular setting amid historical old city. Appreciating the cultural distinctions in Turkey, I still find it off putting when countless cats are roaming in the dining area. In fact, our first meal was interrupted by a cat fight under our table. Some effort should be made to control or limit where cats are wandering or living if is near food consumption areas. Also, bedding had a distinct musty odour and the towels could be replaced with new ones.

I chose Tuvana because of the high rating from the reviews. I noticed the few bad reviews but chose to ignore those and hoped for the best. All in all the hotel is okay but I won’t give it five stars. The rooms could do with a refurbish especially the bathrooms. The pool is small but good enough for the size of the hotel. They also don’t provide drinking water in the rooms.

I unfortunately left a few items in the bathroom when we checked out. My next hotel helped me contact Tuvana immediately the day after to ask about the items left behind. They were mainly toiletries including an electric toothbrush plus my prescription glasses. I can easily replace some of the items but not the electric toothbrush and prescription glasses which were indispensable to me on the trip. But to my disappointment they said that they didn’t find any of the items except for the base of my electric toothbrush. I told them to ask the cleaner as I’m more than certain I left those items there - plus if they have the base of my electric toothbrush, what happened to the brush head?… It seems that someone decided to throw everything else and kept the item that had the most value. I would expect for a hotel to at least keep left behind items for a few days in case the guest contacts them instead of just disposing the items straightaway. Anyway, they sent me the toothbrush base but I had to pay for shipping.

This a lovely hotel set in the old town and one of the older buildings renovated and made into va hotel. It was like stepping back in time but in a nice way. Really quirky and peaceful. Lovely food excellent staff and nice pool set in a garden. Well placed for the centre of Alastair. This is a wow hotel and I highly recommend it if staying in Antalya

I was disappointed with this hotel. The hotel is based out of a historic building located in the center of the old town. While the location is great, the building and rooms were very outdated. As a heads up, this hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I primarily chose it because it included parking which it does but it’s inconvenient as you have to wait for someone to open the car parking gate to both enter & leave. The staff wasn’t very friendly either. We asked for an additional towel to shower and we were asked where our existing towels were, how many we were originally given, why we needed one and then finally they never brought it to the room. We had to go down to reception and ask again as if we were taking gold. My room also had a moldy film in one of the mini bar drinks which I told the staff about and they didn’t remove it when cleaning. Overall it was fine but I wouldn’t choose the same hotel again.

The hotel is very charming with a story and history. It has a beautiful outdoor area and is walking distance from the shops, exchange office and restaurants. It has a beautiful restaurant for breakfast and dining but the breakfast options are limited and service could be better but seems they are understaffed. The staff is friendly and kind. My 2 main issues were that the superior room i booked was smaller than i expected and didn't look like the pictures, and that the room didn't have any free water for the kettle or to drink, we had to pay extra (from the minibar) if needed, which is surprising given the price paid for the room. Other than that it was a pleasant experience overall.

We were able to park easily in their parking lot but know that driving in the old city is hard and not the best - it is very pedestrian oriented and we felt bad for disrupting the peace! The location of thr property is fantastic. The property is beautiful, clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful. The manager was very welcoming and everything was explained well.

When we checked into our rooms, the room temperature was extremely high, the air conditioning was not left on for us to make a comfortable entry. Inspite of being in the room, the temperature was very high. The cooling was extremely poor and for some reason the temperature can't be dropped below 18. We had 2 rooms booked and air conditioning was a problem in one of the rooms, although cooling wasn't that great in the other room too. We were offered 2 keys to leave the ac on but it still didn't solve the problem. In the middle of the night had to request a standing fan following which we could sleep well. Not sure if it is just us or if cooling is a real problem at this place.

There are 3 restaurants of which 2 have good vegetarian options.

The place is Lovely they could just do so much better with central air conditioning in lobby, restaurants etc.

The second issue we had as vegetarian was , there are not enough vegetarian options in breakfast buffet, and ingredients are not written down, hence difficult to guess. Could do with going an extra mile to keep guests happy and by asking. If i had known i would have boooked without breakfast and had something in a cafe instead.

The pool is lovely too, but if one family with kids is in the pool, you need to wait before they finish, pool is small.

I cannot explain how amazing this hotel is.

First of all the location is right in the old town but down a beautiful little street so you feel tucked away, it has 3 incredible restaurants and a pool that is never too busy. The rooms and hotel itself are authentic, big, clean and so lovely, cleaned and restocked for you everyday.

The breakfast and breakfast itself was one of my highlights - in a fine dining restaurant that is part of the hotel (that I went to on my birthday evening and was AMAZING). The food is incredible and the service is outstanding, even at a self serve breakfast the staff are attentive and bring you the things you need out before asking (for us it was a bucket of ice for our iced coffee!), the seating area is beautiful and never packed.

The area of the hotel is just amazing, you feel safe and tucked away but literally in the middle of everything.

All the staff are attentive and always there for you should you need, the whole place is just incredible.

It took a while for me to choose a hotel as I wanted something in the center of things but not busy or too much going on and I cannot get over how incredible and perfect this place is. The best place I’ve ever stayed at. I’ll be back as soon as I can !!!! Thankyou.

The Tuvana is situated in several wonderful historic buildings that have beautiful terrrace gardens and are directly across from each other connecteed by a very private street.

The rooms are large--I had booked an economy room but they upgraded me to a deluxe and I might have been more comfortable in a smaller space. The AC unit was a bit old and it took a while to cool the large room. There was a wall of windows with draperies to block the sun--if they were to renovate I would replace the heavy, dark-colored draperies with something in a lighter color, texture, and weight...it would lighten up the dark wood.

There was a lovely, large community balcony off of the main hall that overlooked the fine dining terrace and was a nice reading/cocktail spot! Also a beautiful seating area on the mezzanine level.

The pool was in the building across the street but easily accessed.

The service was great.

A perfect gem

As soon as I arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds and the hotel building are beautiful. The pool area is relaxing and the water was just the right temperature. It was small but cozy. The food from the restaurant was delicious but you do have to wait till 4pm - not available for lunch!!! The room was comfortable if in need of a little diy - but had everything you needed.

The property is located in the heart of all actions never missing any of the attractions nice clean pool with the pool side drinks and the fruit plate delivered to the VIP room. Great breakfast and above all the friendly courteous staff made all the difference. Will stay again at Tuvanas.

Loved it!

We loved this hotel! It is as beautiful as the photos and the location is very central and close to transit. There are many shops, bars, and restaurants all closeby. Our room was beautiful, staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Antalya.

Comfortable Old World Charm

Quite amazingly recreated old world charm. We were given an automatic room upgrade at no cost by the helpful staff at the reception.

Wonderful location at the heart of the old town of Kaleici, it is walking distance from all attractions like the Mermali Beach, Harbour, Hadrian's Gate and tram stops which are a very convenient mode of transport to go to the Archaeological Museum or the Pebble Beach Park.

There are no elevators, but the hotel staff moved our luggage for us. Also the Taxi cannot approach the main gate and would drop off about 20 to 30 meters away - but again, the hotel staff stepped in to do the hard work.

We had a very memorable and comfortable stay
