They were very helpful and accommodating to my sister and mom’s disabilities, especially since the old town is limited access by car and has lots of slopes. The room was clean. The hotel itself was quiet and tranquil. From accessibility standpoint there are lots of stairs at varying height but not all have railings.
Breakfast was pretty good, although a little lacking on hot item selection (simple eggs , for example). I would definitely recommend this place

Staff upon arrival were not very welcoming. Hotel room was fine, but bathroom is very outdated. Comforter on the bed didn’t even cover the full mattress, so my husband and I had to ask for extra blankets. We asked for 2 extra towels one day and were told this was not allowed, as only 2 towels per room per day were permitted. We also asked if we could take the pool towels to the beach (as we have done with other 4-star hotels before) and were told we needed to get permission from the manager. Breakfast was buffet style but fine. I would recommend elsewhere but you are limited in choice of nicer hotels in this area. The location is good for old town.

Based just above the port in the old town, the hotel is in an ideal location within a quiet setting but close to lots of restaurants and bars.

The rooms are a good size and our cleaner was excellent. Also, didn’t hear any noise leaking from the room next to us, only the occasional guest who arrived late and made lots of noise going to their room, which isn’t the fault of the hotel.

There is a pool that is a good size with plenty of sun beds in both the sun and shade. Even with the handful of guests who ‘saved’ sun beds in multiple areas (a pet peeve of mine) there were plenty for everyone. Additionally there is a hammock and plenty of towels to use outside.

The gym, though small, was adequate with a treadmill, multi purpose resistance training area and a small selection of free weights.

The breakfasts covered a good selection of hot and cold food with seating inside and outside.

Directly opposite the restaurant is a good walk directly down to the port, which is better option than the steps if you go past the hotel, keeping the hotel on your right, as those steps are very steep and uneven.

A note if you have mobility issues, the walk into most of the old town is up one of two steep roads, having said that they don’t take long to climb so don’t be put off staying at the hotel as it’s worth it just, ensure you wear gripped shoes/trainers if it’s wet.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but when I asked three times for toiletries to be brought up over the course of 24 hours and it did not happen, I went downstairs and the front desk man was extremely rude to me. Hence the three star review. He told me to go back upstairs and housekeeping would eventually get to it. When you are the manager and things are not being managed, you should respect your higher paycheck and personally look into it.

And secondly, we paid for the breakfast rate, but we really feel that there should be at least one variety of fresh juice. There was none, just some powdery Tang mix in a tumbler.

The property was beautiful and I had an incredible view of the harbour, however guests should be warned if you are in a room facing the street, that it can get quite noisy. Also a warning for tourists - taxis can’t drive into Old Town without a guest so you need to walk to meet your taxi, outside of Old Square. Aside from this, I enjoyed the restaurant next door and proximity to the harbour, it was a beautiful view to wake up to

La position de l’hôtel est parfaite. Son architecture, la piscine, la cour, le jardin tout était de style.

Un merci spécial à Nihad et les personnes qui s’occupent du petit déjeuner. Je lui avais confié ma mère pour une matinée et tout le monde était au petit soin avec elle.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended!
We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, with fresh towels provided daily, which we really appreciated.

The pool area was lovely and relaxing, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic – a great variety and very fresh. Although there was a small hiccup with the initial airport pickup, it was clear this was due to a miscommunication with the driver they used, and the hotel staff were quick to assist.

A special mention goes to their spa and massage services – the treatment I received really helped with my back pain and was one of the highlights of the trip.

Also, don’t bother wasting time trying other restaurants around Antalya – we found most of them awful. The food and cocktails at Pudding Restaurant were absolutely amazing. We ended up eating there several times and were impressed every time.

Thank you for a wonderful stay – we would definitely come back!

Charming Stay in the Heart of Kaleici Old Town

Situated in Old Town, just a few steps from Mermerli Beach and the port—an ideal location for strolls after breakfast or during sunset. The atmosphere is peaceful and picturesque, especially with the beautifully maintained pool and garden area you pass through to reach some of the rooms. Our room was located at the back of the property and had a charming, slightly secluded feel, with partial sea views adding a nice touch.

Rooms are spread out across different buildings, which adds character, but keep in mind that there’s no lift due to the historic nature of the area, so you may need to climb a few flights of stairs.

Breakfast was good, with a good variety of options to start the day. However, I would have appreciated more modern in-room amenities particularly an updated television.

We also encountered some issues with the complimentary shuttle service, which was unavailable on two separate occasions, including during our checkout when we had to reach the pickup point for a scheduled tour. This was quite inconvenient and something I hope the hotel addresses in the future.

Overall, it’s a charming place with plenty of potential. I would consider staying again especially if a few improvements will be made.

Good location but taxi driver had difficulty finding it. He dropped us somewhere near the hotel at midnight and asked us to walk with our luggage. Luckily a friendly stranger called the hotel, and they sent their golf cart buggy within minutes. Thanks to both stranger and staff to take quick action. The only complaint I have is that there were no elevators in the hotel.

Had a great stay here, booked the economy standard room as was travelling alone and it was more than sufficient in terms of space and amenities. Lot’s of branded toiletries given, as well as bath slippers and complimentary tea/coffee. Booked the breakfast and it was buffet style, a great range of Turkish and Mediterranean options available with variations each day. Stayed in the Winter so didn’t use the pool, but the outdoor area surrounding the pool was quite nice and big, lots of seating, can imagine it’d be great in the Summer. Some of the staff were really nice but lots were quite cold and didn’t smile or talk much. Would say on that front I was let down as I’m used to being warmly received in hotels. All in all though, would recommend this hotel, location was great too!

Really lovely hotel

This is a really lovely hotel. I was solo travelling and felt safe in the hotel and surrounding area. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The hotel is really cute, my window looked out onto the communal swimming area, it was not in use at the time i went, so it was really peaceful and calm. I really loved it. The breakfast was good, exactly the type of breakfast I like, they also provide a la carte throughout the day and the meals were good, no complaints about the food.

-Parking is great, but you have to learn the route through narrow streets. Don’t rely on Google maps!

Great location in old city. If you are visiting Anatolia, this is the place to stay. The streets are super narrow and tough to navigate, but the Puding hotel staff were amazing at helping with the parking. Any hotel in this area will be tough to find at first, but pudding was relatively easy and once we knew where it was, you just had to drive up and they parked it for you.
The hotel is super nice, great spread for breakfast and modern updated room. Very unique architecture and gardens in keeping with the neighborhood. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this area to stay here. Can’t say enough about the staff. They were beyond good!!

Right down at the bottom of the hill in the old town, very close to the marina, and wonderful views. Tons of shopping and little restaurants all around you. The shower was decent size, the room was not too bad. Nice swimming pool, but the water is cold. The property is very nice and has a nice historic look through it. The guy that does the massage is very good. I the free breakfast that comes with your stay is actually quite nice as well.

We stayed four nights. We reserved for three persons. First two nights they gave us a room for two persons with amenities for two, and only added a small single bed . After I complained to Expedia. They changed the room to triple beds on our third night. They provided us only one key for three of us. They refused to give a second key.

Don’t recommend it, not worth it

Location close to the marina, but little far from Hadrian gate.
We booked a family room with two areas of sleeping, one double bed and two twin beds in the other area, but was given room with two double beds. We asked for other options or possibilities, but they couldn’t offer anything else. They explained they had only three family rooms, and the one we wanted wasn’t available. As we didn’t wanted to waste anymore time we agreed beside we only wanted a place to sleep.

Room was spacious, but the beds weren’t comfortable and the washroom was in major need of renovation. It didn’t get any better when you showered and could see something looking similar like mould on the wall. And some strange smell was also observed.

I would not recommend this place, not worth the value paid, you can find better places for even reasonable amount than this.

Lovely hotel situated in the old town very close to the front rooms were clean and comfortable tea coffee and a mini fridge in room with bottles of water in the fridge. Mini bottles in bathroom shower gel shampoo conditioner and small soap. We were on the 4th floor and in the large lobby outside there was a lovely balcony with small table and a couple of chairs which looked over towards the sea/ harbour area nice to sit out with your coffee. Air con in room. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

No AC working in the room!!! 😡😡😡

Stayed from 8.5.2022 - 14.4.2022 in room 214 which is above the restaurant and facing park and on the main road. Overall hotel is good and centre of all attractions with the walking distance. Communication is poor via hotel.com portal where l asked them couple of questions but no response.

Hotel is clean and room cleaned everyday. AC in the room was not working and it was 28 degrees during the day, night time we could not sleep as it was too hot and opened windows but it was very noisy until early hours of the morning.

Avoid staying in room 214 as l said AC doesn’t work. We complained twice but no one bothered to fix is. So customer service doesn’t exist.

There are other hotels in the area so do consider them before booking as it is not worth staying here if your room is hot and you not comfortable. We paid good price as booked it in Jan 2022, but price went up the roof later for May. So be careful for what you pay, as you can get hotels without the AC for cheaper!

I've walked past this hotel many times during previous stays in Antalya. Glad I chose it this time. The location is amazing, steps from the marina and right inside the Old Town. My room was excellent with top a great bed, top quality linens, a fridge, complimentary water and a great shower in the bathroom. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast was delicious. The residence itself is beautiful and charecteristic, the location, very good.
The room I was offered was awful!
Very small an unworthy.
A tiny room with a narrow and short bed,
A closet with no hangers,
A small window with a fantastic wall view!

When I asked the manager for a decent room the answer was we are full (in the middle of the month October) and I am only staying for one night and this was the only “ economy” room they had left!

I am not aware of choosing an economy room, please check if so then partly the blame is on me.

At the beginning must mention tgat there two of the hitel staff deserve to be honored, the one i guess her name is Altin, at the same level Mohamad (a tol very boliet young man), followed by a third person - young lady- named i guess \"Gulsom\", who obviously should have brought much better performance was doutless pressiour of Mr. explosive Juma not there..
Unfortunately was recieved by the onmy one person you simply understand as at least unfriendly, his name must be \"Juma\", guess he must be FOM, doubtless he mixing front office senior to prison conadant, that even one of his collegue wanted to lightenthe burden of tge matter as said:\"he is even unkind even to us as collgues, but he has a good heart. Second point as the air condition once need to be fixed som where in.my room, didn't yet understand why should tha be done by an police officer who hangs iron cuffs on his trouser at tge endvof his back !, have video and phitos showing water leaking out of the air-condition opening 8n.my room as well as of the ceiling of the bath room, in addition to all that, putting bartiers between the guests and breakfast buffet in.a room that doesn't exceed a total area of 4×5 meters, using a lady to shovel the food on plates who only speaks turkish.

The place appeals to a younger crowd, younger than me, with house music playing throughout the afternoon and evening in the pool area. Not ideal for families. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant serves a tasty Cesar Salad. A good night’s stay.

Amazing experience!! Truly recommended! The staff at the reception was very helpful & friendly both night and day. The room was comfy and clean . The location was IDEAL. Right in front of a park which connect with old harbor plus Walking distance to Keleici old town bazaar and all the happening places.

2 points to be improved. One was the house keeping and the room service. They were quite late to respond and had to call the reception multiple times and the person at reception seemed fed up with that.
Secondly, i can understand these are COVID times but the breakfast was a bit disappointing with very limited menu and was only served on table.

Otherwise.. a wonderful experience and will surely be coming back to stay here! :)

The hotel is in a fab location for everything. Not far from the airport was a bonus. The first room we were given had no a/c ( the weather was incredible at 30 plus) and the room fon did not work. We reported it on pur first night and arrived back to a fan in the room with note to say it would be fixed the next day.The air con unit itself had missing grills etc so i wondered if it would have worked anyway. It wasnt fixed and the next evening we were told we would be moved. So after 2 nights we had a functioning room and it was well received as we hadnt slept the first 2 nights. The pool is lovely , always got a bed and had lunch there daily, very reasonably priced- would recommend. Lots of lovely restaurants around and all within walking distance. We had breakfast included but unfortunately wasnt to our taste - there was a continental plate and a choice of eggs. On our last day our flight was very late and the hotel allowed to spend all day there and helped us with a taxi to the airport. We were charged half of what we paid on our way there so use the yellow taxis if you can. Overall I would still recommend staying there as long as you check your room before you unpack.

Lovely place to stay

This is a very nice small hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Good location. Breakfast was very good but don't expect full English. Room has everything you need, including a kettle and coffee etc. Downstairs is a sauna, spa and Turkish bath although we did not get to try it as our stay was cut short because of the virus!

Amazing hotel to relax after long trip. Staff was very friendly and even let me check in a bit earlier as my room was ready. Bed was very comfy, the shower did not work very well the first night but it was better on the second night. Toiletries are included. Location is very convenient and breakfast could be improved with some more fruits and juices, some more freshness and better coffee. All in all, it is value for money and the common spaces are very nice. They are currently working in some improvements of the facilities too. Would def stay here again!

The standards of this hotel is unbelievable. The regular check ups, cleanliness and room service is better than our uk hotels. I travel a lot for work staying in the usual holiday inn, travel lodge and premier in. The surroundings, views, buffet system and swimming pool service of pudding marina is fantastic.

Dennis and his staff are amazing. They looked after us that well that now my wife and brothers want to go back next year. The evening restaurant service is 5*. The morning buffet breakfast is great. Kids love it.

The hotel provides a hamam service through a lovely lady called carmilia. Open long hours and is one of the nicest places you can go to relax. Very good for massages to relax and relieve pain. Her charges are way better than going to an outside hamam/massage provider. This itself is an excursion to do in Antalya.
