Our hotel room was like an apartment - 2 rooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchenette. It had lots of mirrors - traveling on all girls trip and having plenty of mirrors was awesome. The location was very convenient with lots of shops and dining options. The only problem I had was breakfast which was little bit away from the property in a different restaurant. Overall a good experience.

Still a welcoming hotel

Remain a fan of Delight Deluxe. Warm, welcoming venue in the heart of Kaleici and great value for money.

My only piece of constructive feedback would be done spend an additional £8 for breakfast. It's simply not worth it. Asked for an Americano and was told this would be extra £ on top. Directed to a jar of Nescafé. Disappointed.

The location was great, but the room was disappointing. It was situated under the house, and the constant noise from the cleaner coming and going was quite disruptive. Although the room was booked for two, only amenities for one person were provided, as the cleaner seemed to assume there was no second guest. The check-in process and communication were okay. Laundry service was expensive, but breakfast was perfect.

This is an absolutely terrible property. Please don’t stay here. We booked the family room. Within an hour of arrival I found silverfish running around on one of the beds - in the middle of the afternoon. The room with the single beds reeked of mold. The shower was moldy. Many hairs in every bed. Dust bunnies and hair in every corner. I asked to be moved. They moved me and my 8 and 10 year old children into two non connecting rooms down the hall from each other which only unlock with an old fashioned key. That necessitated both doors had to be left unlocked all night, leaving us all vulnerable. The new rooms were also moldy and had many hairs on the sheets, including some that were clearly pubic. Disgusting. We were unable to find alternative accommodation for the first night but moved as soon as possible. DO NOT BOOK.

Such a cute property. It was quiet/quiet enough for a busy area full of night life and shopping. Walkable to everything in Old Town and the harbour. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Foyer/courtyard/reception area was super cute and we lounged there after dinner and in the morning. Overall, would highly recommend this place for a stay in Antalya, Old Town.

Amazing stay in a fab location

An amazing find in a great location for such an affordable price. Myself and a friend stayed in a deluxe double and the honeymoon suite with amazing roof terrace. The deluxe double was huge and the honeymoon suite had fantastic outside space with a view of the ocean and mountain behind. We enjoyed some fantastic sunsets from up there.
The decor is beautifully done if a tiny but tired in places but overall the place is gorgeous. It is in the heart of the old town so it can be a little noisy until midnight when all the bars close, after this its very quiet.
The staff were very helpful and took our luggage up to the room, recommended a fantastic seafood restaurant and also booked us a taxi. They were friendly and the cleaner was great too!

The only thing which let the stay down was the included breakfast, which really wasnt to our taste. The offering didnt feel particularly fresh and it was limited. With so many great restaurants on our doorstep we enjoyed traditional Turkish breakfasts elsewhere with sea views for a very affordable price.

Delightful but not deluxe

Although the room size and bathroom was comfortable, the location of the room overlooking the car parking was not ideal . Unfortunately breakfast was in another building about a 3 minutes walk and the spread was very basic and disappointing. Overall location of hotel is good, easy accessibility to restaurants and shopping areas .

Tourist trap! Avoid at all cost.

Terrible and very overpriced place, room looks nothing like the pictures, very dimly lit with only 1 single light bulb and a window that’s blocked by a wall and a staircase. There are insects and spiders in the room and bathroom, torn bedsheet covers. Hotel management didn’t care at all and rudely refused to change our room or give us a refund when we requested cancellation, they told me to go deal with hotels.com. The room was so bad we checked out of the hotel immediately after waking up, we didn’t even wait for breakfast even though we paid for it. Avoid this tourist trap at all costs, there are many other good places around. I can’t believe they have the audacity to claim that this room was originally $150+, I wouldn’t stay in this basement room even if they offered it for free!

Great hotel at great value! Thumbs Up

We had booked this hotel by accident thinking it was another place. But what’s a beautiful accident it turned out to be. Just how gravity was accidentally discovered, we were in the warmth of this great boutique hotel in the heart of Kaleici. Walking distance to the beaches, great decor in rooms, super friendly staff, very clean, breakfast was delightful and just very comfortable to stay at in Kaleici.

Highly recommend this hotel if you want a quiet getaway in Kaleici and stay indoors during your trip. They also have several other properties to choose from.

The room rates were also very reasonable compared to similar quality of hotels in the area.

lovely boutique hotel

A nice boutique hotel in a great location In the old town of Antalya. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The harbour was within easy reach with a small beach. He hotel had a small pool which was nice and the room was large with a lovely shower. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels where always available.

It's within the old town area, the house is 300 years old and it has it's own character. Beautifully decorated, I took many photos of it. Breakfast is nice and plentiful. Warm, clean and hot water available all the time. I literally walk to many main attractions from the hotel, bar, restaurant and shopping area.

We had high expectations for this place as we carefully chose it for our honeymoon trip. (although we never said at the reception it was our honeymoon) the place is lovely, we'll decorated, etc. The staff is extremely nice. However we just didn't feel it was worth the price. The room itself was facing the street and as there is a mosque right in front of the property, we got lots of noise at all the times of the day. The room was nr. 28, very small. The property knows about this problem, having lots of noise in the room, and despite of the hotel not being fully booked, we were put into this room. Maybe a better choice for guests would be to put them in the quiet rooms first and when that gets filled up as a last result put someone (on heavily discounted price!) into the noisy rooms! It really ruined our sleep and our holiday. The breakfast is in another building about 2 mins walk, and it wasn't anything special. I got really bored with the choice after 2 days. The variety could be better! The swimming pool area was very nice. And the pool very clean. The hangout lobby area was welcoming and cosy. Just like the pictures. All in all, I would not come back, it wasn't worth the money we spent on this room - I have travelled 35 countries around the world, with similar budget hotels and can really judge this clearly. The taxi price offered for airport transfer was also about 25lira higher than street price.

Even provided easy to follow directions for sightseeing. The breakfast is at a very nice cafe/restaurant which is a two minute walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Highly overrated hotel - I had a number of problems with this hotel.
The \"deluxe\" room is anything but - tiny with a sink inside the room which meant very little space available. The windows could not open so you have to ask reception to set the AC. I upgraded to a larger room - windows were glued down to not open. The reception set the AC, which then started to leak onto the floor. Their solution was to shut the AC down, which meant no fresh air in the room - lucky this was not summer! Only a couple of staff spoke English (one of them a very helpful guy from Russia) - unfortunately most of the time they were not there and so communication was usually difficult with the other staff.
Also note that breakfast is in a separate building about 2 minutes walk away. Breakfast quality is adequate - you need to get there early.

No greeting at reception,room dirty and dusty hair everywhere never heard of a vacuum,found a dead cockroach middle of the room on first entry no apology nothing,two girls in room next to us came out screaming also,bathroom limescale in shower and sink,shower also leaking water end a up all over the floor,no greeting in the mornings,left sign for room to be cleaned come back not cleaned was told you have to tell us??so what is the sign for?
Not helpful at all no map given no thanks told about local area it was sub an effort to get a word out of reception staff,house keeping staff seem nice but was disappointed when some money went missing out of our room was only a bit of change,our fault for leaving it out should have left it in the safe when we left no thanks or goodbye,instead receptionist asked us if you used mini bar we said no that wasn't enough she phoned one of the cleaners and spoke in Turkish bit we got the word minibar so they went and checked,why ask I feel you would check anyway?
The best thing is breakfast which is down the road the chef wallery and Ahmet the waiter made our breakfast great,fantastic service,always greeting nothing is too much the hotel need to learn from these guys they are brilliant.
I don't know how this hotel got so many good reviews honestly maybe we being from England expect good manners and good service a short it's what we are use to the book at reception isn't filled with reviews from other countries so it's up to you never again.

Neither a delight or deluxe

We stay often in kaleici but due to good reviews and lovely images online we booked over other options we have stayed at and enjoyed.
On arrival we were almost wordlessly Despatched with a pleasant young teen out of the impressive lobby on a 200m or so trip down the streets of kaleici then through a cafe to what looked like an apartment block.
The room he showed us was new and quite lovely, but as even in the brightness of mid afternoon the corridors and stairwells were almost pitch black (and there was no pool) I asked why were we not staying at the delight deluxe?
He telephoned someone and we trailed the 200m or so back.
After a 40 min wait we were taken to a small standard room. On entering the room the smell of urine was overpowering-lingering throughout our stay.
The air con didn’t work.
The toilet was dirty, the toiletries had been used previously.
The extremely poor breakfast was again a 200m walk away in a different cafe so no good for anyone with mobility issues.
Overall an unpleasant experience.
I avoid writing bad reviews and don’t want to appear sniping or trivial but honestly, stay elsewhere.

A lovely hotel in the heart of the Old City

We stayed in this hotel for one night and we really enjoyed its cozy atmosphere and helpful staff. We booked two rooms: one on the ground floor (very spacious but a little bit dark) and one on the second floor (rather small but very well-lit). The hotel has a small but well-kept pool with colorful towels that you can use on the loungers. Our room rate included breakfast which was offered in another location (two-minute walk from the hotel). The selection of food was very pleasing - veggies, fruit, different kinds of cheese, sausages, eggs and some pastry. Tea and coffee was included in the breakfast but orange juice was extra. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel because of its pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness and great location.

Absolutely the best boutique hotel in Antalya!

I had a wonderful 2-day stay in this recently renovated, beautifully done authentic and cosy yet minimal and comfortable hotel! It is an old Ottoman style typical Antalya house turned into a beautiful hotel.
The room I stayed in was spacious and very comfortable. The cute details (furnitures, accessories used) in the rooms and the property overall makes you feel special.
The location is very central, walking distance to all major attractions in old town.
The staff were all very helpful and polite.
I am looking forward to return and enjoy both the hotel and Antalya!

When you think of a boutique hotel, you’d expect some sort of a standard. I was honestly a bit disappointed by the overall experience, but then again, maybe i could’ve known by the fairly low rate they’re charging.

-Room: outdated furniture, mould in the shower (i kept my flip flops on whilst showering), bed linen had a bit of a funky smell, half full of bottles shampoo, no showergel, had to let the shower run for approximately 2 mins before hot water came out.
-Reception: depends on who’s on shift. On my day of arrival, the man behind the reception was really uninterested. He didn’t get up from behind his desk, didn’t offer to help me with my luggage, just gave me the roomkey and pointed to where my room is. Didn’t bother to walk me to the room, show me around or inform me about ANYTHING.
When i asked him about the opening times of the bazaar i wanted to visit, he looked at me weirdly, saying it should be closed by now. Didn’t bother to ask if i wanted more information on sightseeing or anything about the city center itself. On my day of departure though, there was another male employee who was a bit more friendly. But overall, it lacked some sort of hospitality in my opinion.

-Location: best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s a walking distance to basically all sights, with lots of restaurants and shops. This is the only strong pro i can mention. If you’re not looking to spend lots of time at the hotel and are ok with real basic stays, you could give it a go.

Nos dejaron entrar antes de ma hora de check in y el personal fue amable.

El desayuno es el punto más bajo. Falta algo de bollería y opciones dulces. Nos extraña ver pollo, brocoli, aros de cebolla con ketchup y ensalada para desayunar. Nos parecio raro.

A big disappointment

We have booked a family apartment with a balcony/terrace. This was especially important to us due to the fact that we have a baby that goes to bed early and we wanted to enjoy our stay outdoors. We cant go anywhere with a baby sleeping, hence, we were very disapponted to find out that there was no terrace. The info on the website is wrong and misleading! It was also sad that the pool was closed. We have chosen this hotel because it was our last day in Turkey, which we wanted to enjoy, but couldnt. The staff did not really try to help us. I have asked for a discount which we did not receive. The only thing that was offered to us was a discount on some massage, which was really not what we wanted.
