Rooms did not have hot water. Wifi in 203 was quite fast. Door locks could be made more secure by using deadbolts. No elevator.

Trate de hacer una reservación y cancelar el mismo día y fue malo el servicio para comunicarme con el hotel y pésimo en resolver soluciones

They cleaned and mopped everywhere in our room and around the building
Also they
Very nice and attentive
They deserve 10 stars

The property itself is falling apart the drain smelled horrible the towles were old and fallng apart
they looked am but smelled very musty
We could only get 2
We eventually got another one for the floor because the water came far out close to the bathroom door
No hot water only lukewarm the entire stay

The desk in our room colapsed with just 2 bottles of water and paper plates .on it on the 3rd day
The air conditioning unit was old and really didnt cool the room unless it was after 11 pm

If there was a little bit of renovations this place could be great !
but its very out dated and falling apart

It was ok. The beds are supper sturdy and hard. The bathroom area, specifically the curtains were full of mold. It smelled like old and moldy house. Under the beds was full of dust. The water was cold.

Only complaint I got is that the first room they gave me smelt like mold and the pillow cases and towels seem very old and stained. They should really invest in buying new ones.

Other than that everything was good. I would consider staying there again.

Expreso mi sincero agradecimiento por la excepcional hospitalidad y servicio de su hotel durante mi reciente estadía. La atención al detalle y el compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente realmente hicieron que mi experiencia fuera memorable.
Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal de Casa franco, garantizó un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Las cómodas habitaciones, las deliciosas opciones gastronómicas y el impecable servicio de limpieza superaron mis expectativas. Me impresionó especialmente la fluidez con la que todo estuvo organizado y el comportamiento amistoso de los miembros de su equipo.
Una vez más, gracias por brindarnos una estadía tan placentera. Recomendaré su hotel a amigos y colegas y espero tener la oportunidad de regresar en el futuro

Maybe if i where in a different room it would have been better i was on the bottom right next to the reception desk. I could hear everything outside my room and they where doing repairs all day so i could hear it all. And there where crickets and huge water bugs in the room. The bed came with only a sheet and no blanket

Day 1: Arrived early for check in and was told an additional charge would need to be made as a result so had to walk around for 4 hours. Check-in: Had to switch rooms 3 times (first room was right next to car park when I asked for a quiet room, second room had no hot water). WiFi was poor and dropped out frequently. In third room there was barely any water to shower with (still no hot water) so checked out early and went to airbnb

No towels were provided for guests. No blankets are provided for the rooms. There were insects in my room when I first arrived. No hot water in the rooms. There are other hotels nearby for the same price point that have much better facilities

When arrived to the hotel, hotel stuff told me that room was not available for 2 days, only for 1 day, and that they would like me to put to the another hotel, not in the center or close.

After I showed my reservation and told I will not go anywhere, they start searching for a room and found me one.

The stuff was great! They tried to help me out with overbooking and made a longer check-out time for me. Thanks!

Café da manhã havia pouca variedade. Os pães quase todos os dias estavam duros e as frutas eram as mesmas todos os dias. A equipe era muito atenciosa e prestativa. Agora a limpeza foi a pior parte: o banheiro tinha um cheiro horrível que deixava o quarto com cheiro forte, acredito que esgoto ou algo assim e não havia pano no chão. O quarto estava cheio de traças, Paredes sujas, havia mofo no abajur e o quarto ficava com cheiro de mofo. As paredes acredito que eram finas ou não havia vedação adequada, mas dentro do quarto era possível ouvir gritaria de outros hóspedes e staffs conversando/celular. Era muito barulhento pela manhã.

Hotel com pontos negativos, mas em otimo local

Bom preço para a região, ar condicionado forte e bom sinal de wifi, porém o Hotel com vários pontos negativos. 1) não tem isolamento acústico nos quartos. O barulho externo incomoda. 2) A limpeza deixou bastante a desejar. 3) Não havia qualquer cortina ou box no chuveiro, molhando o banheiro inteiro ao tomar banho. 4) As toalhas fornecidas eram de pessima qualidade.
5) café da manhã bem limitado.
Não voltaria a me hospedar.

Los huéspedes de al lado llegaron a las 3 am a hacer fiesta con la bocina a todo volumen hasta las 6 am. Lo reporte pero nunca hicieron nada.

Es un hotel bonito al qué le faltan cosas sencillas.
Las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento acústico y el ruido de la recepción y de las otras habitaciones se escucha dentro de la habitación.
Falta una mejor limpieza al baño.
Falta agilidad del personal en el proceso de check in y check out.
El wifi no funciona bien dentro de la habitación.
Mi estadía fue de 2 noches.

Me gustó mucho la estadía en te lugar, queda muy cerca a la playa de boca grande y a los restaurantes. Todo su personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias

Mal me cobraron un valor de más diciendo que era iva, y no le lo especificaron en la factura .ruido en la tarde no se podía descansar y me dejaron sin agua un día y al otro el chorro que salía para bañarse era escaso , los desayunos los acomodaban a su conveniencia y si no querían preparar algo decían que no había
