Front desk lady was very rude and I was told I could check in early if room was available. When I arrived early they wanted to charge me almost a full days night to do so. I informed I called and they said there was no extra charge. The lady dismissed me and when hotels.com called the lady hung up on them. Which is was informed by hotels.com. The property looked nice but I canceled my stay and went to VOCO hotel which let me check in early without any charge.

Very bad experience. The cleanliness was terrible: there were hairs in the bathtub, a sewage smell, and dirty floors.
The towels were old and the room was very dark.
You could clearly hear everything the guests in the room next door were saying. There was no coffee maker in the room, and no one informed us about services like the pool.
For the price we paid, it was very disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

The room we got was dirty with hairs between the sheets. The second room was dirty in the bathroom. There was no iron in the room when I asked for one they gave me one that was dirty and didn’t work. Second iron was dirty as well and couldn’t use. The young people in front desk don’t care about the customers. The restaurant in the property served coffee cold first day and again second day!!

My gawd, the checkout is at 1 p.m. or something absurdly late, but the housekeeping staff knocks on your door nonstop at 8:30 a.m. to ask whether you're in there or want them to enter and clean up -- and they do that to every door next to yours. So much for sleeping in with their generous checkout time when you're jetlagged 😅 (No, there was no hanging sign nor a button to ask not to be disturbed.) When I asked the front desk why that had happened, the young woman brushed me off, like she couldnt be bothered to understand why anyone would be upset by that. What a joke -- it's like a bunch of foolish children playing grown-ups.

Our first impression, they attempted to charge us extra for the reservation even though we already had our reservation confirmed for a certain amount. Once we got to the room someone was in it, a maintenance person just sitting on the chair. Once he left we noticed the floor was dirty, the beds were hard, no blankets, we had one pillow on each of the beds. We did not have a good night sleep. Worst experience in a hotel in Hermosillo

Throughout the hotel no ice machine worked, you talked to the reception and they didn't solve anything, they could only bring us an iron. But there is no food service, and they can't even take you to the room if you ask through an app. They really have a lot to improve.

This hotel is very much overpriced for Hermosillo. The rooms are not in very good repair and have minimal amenities, the walls are paper thin, and the WiFi is unusable. The location isn't terrible but that's the only good thing I can think of to say. Front desk was not particularly helpful most of the time.

Clean room with the basics. However: bed very hard (I don't mind but others might and should be aware of it), no fridge or microwave in room. (But microwave in lobby). And only ONE outlet near bed to plug in electronics. Pool was nice but occupied by many school kids so unable to enjoy it, and no pool towels available so had to use room's, and only 2 are allowed per customer. Hotel is good for a short stop-over but would not book for longer.

Very Unsatisfied with the property we had a second floor by 10:00 PM We experienced next-door neighbors very noisy had TV very loud music very loud. Walls are super thin you can actually hear people’s conversations. I had asked to be moved to another room because of my next door ppl where to loud and because of the walls being so thin next door to us started to get super loud in the morning by 7pm. Dont recommend if you have small children. This hotel is not designed to have quite rooms what so ever. So if you get a room be cautious of the walls being so thin and lots of noise.

Would not stay again because of pool rules and bed

Hotel was nicely decorated and convenient to the mall and a central location. The rooms were roomy and decorated nicely. Nice pool and grounds. Now the bad. The bed was rock hard. Literally as hard as the floor. They have many rules you have to follow at the pool and staff will hound you and watch you like a hawk making sure you follow the ridiculous rules that make no sense.

Comfortable but needs attention

The room was clean and comfortable however since the hotel had low vacancy when we made the reservation only the more expensive rooms were being offered and then the safe was not working and the tv remote control was missing. It appears that the normal maintenance people might be missing so the hotel can safe some money since there is very low vacancy due to the pandemic.

When I tried to check-in, the room was not ready (it was the check-in time indicated by the hotel). I had to wait for over an hour. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
Rooms are very nice and comfortable. There is a large shopping mall 5 minutes away.

The location closest to Gobierno del Estado building I needed to go on business. I didn’t like cleaning crew talking very loud across the room hallways around 8 am when I was trying to sleep and they were trying to open my room to do routine cleaning even though I placed the “do not disturb” sign in the door card slot. I didn’t answer and just went back to sleep.

I like the Hotel, liked the location and it looks very nice. The pool it's amazing and my kids love it. Only thing I would complain is the they only had 2 towels on the room for 4 people, and weird that they make you put a deposit for pool towels and you have to take them back to the lobby all wet and watery to get the deposit back ( maybe it's normal, I just have never been ask to do this) Also on reservation it said complementary breakfast but I was charged when we ate.

The staff was very nice, pleasant. Service was great. However, the facilities were not as great. Our room had a very bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom at times. The ice machine happened to break down during our stay also. Lastly, we were without water for approx. 4 hrs due to maintenance. All in all, maybe we had bad luck during this stay, but I would think twice about staying here again.

Haunted hotel with the worse service ever!

The worse experience ever!! The hotel Room was haunted, the phone rang all night , when we picked up noone answer, the ac turn off and on , tv turn off and on, the shower water was not sufficient to shower, we changed room twice and the A/C didnt work and when we finally got a room and got to wash my face and used a towel the housekeepers said to charge me for the towel, because it had make up on it! Something that can be washed easily!! The worse service ever! Plus the breakfast they offer is horrendous!
