The hotel staff were accommodating when we asked for a topper to make the bed less hard and additional pillows. The room was exceptionally warm. The room was clean and furnished modernly. The downtown core is not easily accessible by foot from the hotel. We wanted to walk, but it was quite difficult. Dinner in the restaurant was good, however the chef seemed to strike fear into the server who would run (even when in the midst of taking an order) whenever the bell rang. She seemed terrorized and this made the dinner a bit less enjoyable. Breakfasts were standard for the type of hotel.

Simple nice hotel in Bassano. From outside the hotel doesn't look like much, but as soon as you step inside you realise it's newly renovated and kept well. The room was large with a very big comfy bed which was great. Bathroom was nice and clean with a great shower.
Only small note was the room lacking any extra pillows/blankets which I had to go ask for in reception.

This was a good 30 mins before breakfast closed and what was on offer was very poor that day.
Next day I was earlier 08:00 and breakfast was better but not great. Quality of food was good though. Just more of it needed... And I was only one of six people having breakfast....

Nice hotel, shame they skimped on finishes
The hotel is situated about 5 minutes drive from the centre on town (not walking distance). Whilst it is rated 4 star, the bed was like sleeping on concrete (cheap), and the finishes in the room appear as though they ran out of money building the hotel. Even though the hotel in relatively new, it is a shame they installed a cheap bench from the 1970's and finishes to match. There is a lovely restaurant downstairs that is frequented by locals, but that is not where you have breakfast. Instead they threw together some cheap Ikea furniture into a little nook with masonite floors for breakfast. This gives the appearance that they had a blew with the restaurant owner. I must say the spread of food was excellent, all good quality and fresh, and they serve one of the best caffe lattes. Overall, the hard bed ruins it for me, because I woke in agony every morning and had to wash down 2 nurofen with my caffe latte just to be able to walk.

The hotel itself is very nice. I'm not overly impressed with the restaurant though. It's clean and stylish. A lot of young beautiful people hang out there.The problem I had was the internet. I was staying there on business. Thus I needed to stay in touch with my office in the States. I use a VoIP app on my phone to make calls via Wi Fi. The hotel's internet went out on 23 Jan. I checked out on 30 Jan and it still wasn.t up. VoIP was also the way a spoke with my family. My wife and mother were not happy. Furthermore, I use internet to pay bills and manage other personal business functions. They really put me in a jam. I don't think I'll use them again.

Hotel very modern and not for the traditionalist. Reception staff very helpful. Restaurant played loud pop music with a strong theme of the Mafia all over the walls, not to everybodys taste, this spoilt what could be an excellent hotel. Breakfast good, evening meal not so good. Rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. Easy access to the city centre of Bassano del Grappa.

Suited our purpose fo four days. New business hotel that has all the modern facilities. Free email was a problem at times with no contact available. All the TV channels are in Italian and no euro sports or cnn, abc or Bloomberg. This surprised me being a business hotel. For some of us the stock market and world news is very important.

Einzig schade, dass mittags kein Roomservice angeboten wird, lediglich abends, Matratze war sehr hart. War schon oft in diesem Hotel und werde es trotz der kleinen Kritik auch weiterhin buchen.

Struttura leggermente decentrata di abbastanza recente costruzione dotata di comodo parcheggio sotterraneo che è direttamente collegato con la reception. Camera molto spaziosa dotata di tutti i servizi, anche bollitore, con letto grande e molto comodo; inoltre le stesse sono perfettamente isolate acusticamente ed hanno un buon sistema di climatizzazione e, specie nella stagione fredda, è molto piacevole avere uno scalda salviette che è sempre attivo.
Prima colazione ottima sia per scelta (dolce-salato) che per qualità dei prodotti. Valido anche il ristorante che offre una discreta scelta tra prodotti della cucina tradizionale, piatti di mare e piatti di terra.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile senza essere invadente.
Per finire una menzione particolare alla pulizia sia nelle camere che al ristorante ed in tutte le parti comuni.

Questo albergo veramente merita. Io sono tornato qua perché è un hotel confortevole, due cose da precisare ci sono: le docce sono prive di \"copertura\" frontale quindi nel farsi la doccia conviene poi vedere di non aver bagnato anche l'esterno della doccia. Un po' di garbo nel farsi la doccia e il gioco è fatto. Poi, qui ribadisco che occorre farsi una bella passeggiata per andare alla stazione oppure prendere l'autobus (Domenica esclusa) se poi ci si trova davanti una giornata di pioggia allora conviene prendere il taxi.

Magnifica scoperta!
Struttura moderna posizionata in zona di varie attività commerciali e terziarie dotato di un comodo parcheggio collegato direttamente con ascensori alla reception. Hotel di recente costruzione con soluzioni architettoniche molto belle e pratiche, camere molto ampie dotate di ogni confort (minibar con alcuni prodotti omaggio e bollitore per te o caffè), servizi con doccia a doppio spruzzo, letto enorme e molto comodo, ottimo l'isolamento acustico e valida la termoregolazione.
Prima colazione (dolce e salato) ben fornita e con ampia scelta di cibi di buona fattura, anche il ristorante è valido ed offre scelta tra carne e pesce di piatti tradizionali o tipici.
Fiori all'occhiello sono la pulizia, la cura dell'ambiente, la sanificazione e la gentilezza e cortesia del personale sempre disponibile ma mai invadente.
Prima colazione (dolce e salato) ben fornita e con ampia scelta di cibi di buona fattura, anche il ristorante è valido ed offre scelta tra carne e pesce di piatti tradizionali o tipici.

Comodo, ma qualcosa c'è da rivedere.
Questo hotel mi è stato scelto per la posizione della sede dell'esame che dovevo sostenere. Ovviamente non è in una posizione comoda per il centro di Bassano. A chi piace camminare il problema non si pone, ma chi preferisce spostarsi diversamente, o magari deve portare molti bagagli, dovrà ricorrere all'uso del taxi oppure in macchina.
Preciso anche che la colazione a buffet, dove sono stato costretto a fare la fila e trovarmi la veranda di plexiglas, per una cosa che io considero la più assurda nella storia della mia vita, invece di servirmi da solo scegliendo le porzioni della roba da mangiare. Inoltre, grazie a questa ASSURDA e INUTILE situazione del covid, mi sono dovuto (sia per andare a fare l'esame, che il giorno di partenza) svegliare almeno 40 minuti prima per fare colazione. La rete wi-fi all'esterno della struttura purtroppo non funziona ed è necessario stare dentro per usufruire di ciò.
