The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, the room temperature at night was 29C.
It was impossible to sleep.
I told the person at the front desk about this problem and she dismissed my complaint without even checking.

I paid for a room with a view, but when I arrived they said it would be 25 more euros. So, I had to pay more for what I have already paid for. They would not look at my reservation or verify how much I had paid or anything helpful.

A Gem of a Hotel

This is my first ever review, and my only complaint is I couldn’t give a higher score. This is a very small town, but the hotel is every bit of luxury you would find anywhere. Service as impeccable, restaurant for dinner and breakfast were outstanding, spa was unique and amazing and this is, without exception, the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. We were visiting our college son across the street at the Italian school, this was such a pleasant surprise!

A fabulous little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant serves some very good food too and of course a great selection of wines. The only downside is the thin walls, you can here a lot of noise from adjacent rooms.

We chose this hotel because it was near my daughter's study abroad school. It was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and neat. The view of the mountains is beautiful! We ate at the restaurant and had one of our favorite meals in Italy. Both the food and the wine were amazing. Our server took pride in everything she did, from helping us with food selection to actually checking the cork and wine before serving us. We loved this hotel and highly recommend it.

Overall nice stay. The Air-Conditioning was not put on, even after informing the reception, hence we had to open the window and were disturbed by the vehicle's sound at night.

Our son attended the CIMBA program and we met him after the summer term. For such a small town, this was a wonderful hotel and would go back again.

Great hotel for a great price. There was AC in our room that we couldn't get to work. When we asked about it, we were told it was not available. We slept with the window open which was rather noisy since we were right above the traffic roundabout. Check in on hotels.com also says 2pm we were told we couldn't check in until 3 when we arrived.

Staff was excellent. Hotel is a very good value. If visiting CIMBA, this hotel is an outstanding choice. Local restaurants and grocery shopping is very limited in the area close to the hotel. There are a couple small family-run markets close to the hotel.

Great Little Hotel

They took very good care of our need to plan for our daughter who was traveling alone to study at Paderno del Grappa. They planned her transport from the Venice airport, knew her upon arrival, offered her breakfast while she waited for her room to be ready and were helpful in other ways. She had a room with a view and it was very clean and comfortable. We are very happy with this experience and only wish we could have been on the trip too! A seamless experience!

Quiet place in the foothills

I was looking for a quiet hotel near Bassano del Grappa but away from the hustle and bustle. I found it. Very nice place with a helpful, english speaking staff and the most comfortable beds around. I will stay there again when I want to explore the area and have some downtime from the crazy cities.

The Hotel Giacomo was nothing but first class. Very convenient for our stay. We needed assistance with directions the following morning and the receptionist was very helpful, making sure we understood how to get from point A to point B. I would highly recommend this hotel.

客室は清潔で、特に水回りが綺麗で快適でした。
フロントの方々も親切で助かりました。
朝食のビュッフェも大変美味しく充実していました。

設備欄にレンタル自転車と記載がありますが、ホテルのフロントでレンタルできるわけではなく、紹介されるレンタル会社にwhatsuppアプリで自分で連絡をとり手配する必要があります。
タクシーも同様です。
日本のホテルと異なる点で少し戸惑いましたが、どちらもすぐに返信があり無事手配できました。

また、「チェックイン時に新型コロナウイルス検査結果に基づく陰性証明書が必要」と記載がありますが、不要でした。予約後にホテルに直接問い合わせたら不要との回答があり、実際チェックイン時も提出は求められませんでした。出国直前で、陰性証明書なんて無いよ…という方は、ホテルに直接確認しておくと安心です。

Hôtel confortable mais vieillissant. Décoration démodée. Attention pas de piscine seulement un jacuzzi dans le jardin. Bon espace spa. Petit déjeuner très varié mais pain très ordinaire. Les photos des environs sont prises à plus de 20 minutes de voiture pas un hôtel de luxe, juste confortable

Hotel in zona tranquilla, un po' datato, ma molto ben tenuto. Camere spaziose, pulite e con tutto il necessario, unica pecca il condizionatore un po' rumoroso.. Colazione ottima, con ampia scelta sia dolce che salato, prodotti freschi e di qualità!
Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

La SPA onestamente non è niente di che, c'è una piccola sauna e una vasca con 3 diversi getti, piu una zona relax con due lettini. L'idromassaggio esterno non era funzionante (e non ci è stato detto in fase di prenotazione).

Trop cher pour les prestations.

Il y a un supplément à payer pour le SPA. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible. En revanche l’accueil et les réceptionnistes sont très sympas. Lune d’entre elle a accepté de me repasser une chemise 10 minutes avant la messe. La piscine était également fermée.

Excellent passage douillet

Très beau petit \"wine hotel \" une caractéristique de la région des vins Prosceco qui a demandé une belle rénovation réussie.
On mange très bien et dort bien.
Un peu loin des attraits, ça prend une voiture (et GPS ) ce qui en fait un hôtel de passage.

Camere piccole. Ho dovuto cambiarla con un sovrapprezzo perché quella prenotata era più piccola della norma con un letto da una piazza e mezzo. Servizi igienici piccoli ed inadeguati. Assenza di un vero e proprio parcheggio. Accesso alla struttura da una rotonda stradale. Alla fine è venuta meno perfino la voglia di visitare la piscina interna e la SPA.

Top Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben mit unserem 11 Monate alten Baby im San Giacomo übernachtet und wurden überaus freundlich aufgenommen. Anstatt des gebuchten Doppelzimmers haben wir ein gratis Upgrade auf ein 4-Bett-Zimmer erhalten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sowohl das Abendessen mit Weinverkostung als auch das Frühstück waren top! Der Whirlpool war Ende April bereits geöffnet - Badebekleidung nicht vergessen!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stanza da tre letti piccolissima, non c'era neanche lo spazio per scendere. Ho chiesto di rimanere una seconda notte in due persone i mi hanno fatto pagare come camera da tre.
Pochissima attenzione ai clienti. L'impressione è che non hanno esperienza professionale. Il ristorante é invece ottimo, così come la pulizia.

La struttura è pulita e ordinata e situata in un punto strategico della zona. La mia esperienza purtroppo è iniziata male poiché l'aria condizionata non funzionava e nonostante le promesse di risolvere la problematica in breve tempo abbiamo dovuto dormire nel caldo più torrido.. va comunque detto che la struttura non rispecchia un albergo a 4 stelle e in particolare la colazione è stata al di sotto delle aspettative.. molto bello invece il giardino esterno!

Vi var 2 veckor på samma hotell och trivdes riktigt bra med underbar personal och god service. Vi fick den hjälp vi behövde och tips om vinprovningar mm.
Restaurangen hade allt man kunde önska sig till frukost vilket ingick i bokningen. Vi åt några gånger på kvällarna på hotellet som serverade bra och god mat men för oss räckte inte de olika rätterna till för så lång vistelse. Vi hittade andra ställen att äta på och rekommenderar att man har bil när man bor där då avståndet till närmaste restauranger är 1-2 km.
Perfekt att cykla runt och välja i bergen eller på platten både landsväg och MTB. Tillgång till cykelrum finns.

Ricevimento accogliente. La camera non è grandissima ma curata (frutta fresca e secca in camera), accappatoio (anche per piscina e vasca jacuzzi in giardino) e ciabattine in spugna, ottima la dotazione del bagno ma mancano teli doccia (solo accappatoio). Pavimento della camera in laminato, abbastanza rumoroso: un vicino di camera si è alzato presto e si sentiva distintamente il rumore dei passi fin tanto che non ha lasciato la stanza. Il letto a doghe era confortevole, ma leggermente rumoroso.
Un po' deludente, per la categoria dell'hotel, la colazione: giunti in sala alle ore 9,30, il vassoio delle brioche era vuoto e ci è stato detto che, se volevamo, ce ne avrebbero preparate altre, ma occorrevano 20 minuti. Scarse anche le torte, che non sono state rimpiazzate. Con questi limiti, buona scelta tra dolce e salato.

l'albergo è molto carino e confortevole, il personale veramente gentilissimo e disponibile, la colazione varia ed abbondante con possibilità di mangiare all'aperto. Il posto è un po' sperduto nella campagna veneta, ma vicino a località di grande interesse ed offre uno splendido panorama ai piedi del monte Grappa.
