Well in my opinion need upgrade lights in the bathroom,is poor just one light in the center of the ceiling and nothing in the shower ,staff are excellent very nice people very friendly,nothing to add ,clean room ,breakfast were ok ,every morning something different,,the hotel was completely full ,of course breakfast time around 9:30 to 10:30 almost nothing left but staff fill up the options,excellent air conditioning,I will recommend to everyone excellent zone ,near to all points of interes and very very secure more importantly,I will say thank you to all staff and administrators

This hotel is old with basic and antiquated furniture. The room was not perfectly clean as the floors were dirty and I needed to clean the bottom of my feet constantly. In the bathroom I found hairs on the sink.
They give you a tv clicker when checking in at the desk but no instructions on how to use it, I had to come down to reception and ask but they couldn't help as there's only one guy in the building who knows how it works! He came later to teach me..
Overall, I could never stay here again.
Breakfast was ok. Stayed for 2 days.

I really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall was really good and the staff was exceptionally polite and very helpful. The breakfast included at this hotel was also a really nice addition with a great variety of well prepared foods to choose from. Overall I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking for a great spot to stay while in Lima!

Great staff. Great in the summertime. A/C. Fridge and microwave included. Near Park Kennedy and walking distance to many activities. Due to the fact that it doesn't get brutally cold in Lima/Miraflores no heating system. It does stay relatively warm inside and they give you extra blankets.

Room was spotless and the staff was awesome. The front desk helped me out many times, and the staff for breakfast was very friendly. The hotel employees who cleaned my room were very thoughtful as well. My only complaint is that the surroundings of the hotel are loud. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep. If you want to enjoy nightlife and walk back to your hotel, this is probably the spot for you.

Very small. But the room wasn’t expensive either. A little outdated, but it did not cost the premium price either. The wall plugs were completely outdated. He will need adapters. They are very loose. You have issues charging your phone. The rooms are very small, but most people are not going to spend their time in the room anyway.. The staff was very helpful.

Nice hotel and very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. Location is very central to most attractions and liked the convenience of getting around. Near by club/pub noise can be annoying as they play loud music until 02:00AM. Room in the mid section in the 4th floor will be the quietest but if you are in the lover levels facing the streets then ear plugs are highly recommended to catch a good night sleep after full day of sightseeing.

Super convenient location in Miraflores - the Airport Express stops a few steps away, which was a bonus.
Do note that due to the central location, it is bustling, and we appreciate the staff providing us with a quieter room when we requested it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The rooms had sufficient space, the beds were comfy and the water in the shower was nice and hot without any wait. The terrace where breakfast was served was pretty, and the breakfast had a good amount of options.

The room was fine, the staff was very kind, but the location of this hotel is not ideal. We stayed on a Friday night, located directly on a street with all of the clubs and bars in Miraflores, music, screaming and honking didn’t stop until 2:30-3am…. Not ideal if you have an early morning tour!

Do not take the rooms 222 or 202 to loud music, use the room on the back of the hotel. Even though, the hotel has a great service, convenient location, and safe zone. I will be back anytime I’m working in Lima.

The hotel is located next door to Berlin Street where are many bars and dancing clubs. On the weekends and even Sundays people party until 3-4 am with cars honking horns and is impossible le to sleep. The hotel has double Paine windows but is not enough I really should have changed hotels . The staff is very nice

The staff at Las Palmas are wonderful. The place was very clean and safe. It's just a one minute walk to groceries, Kennedy Park, Tourist Info, and banking...etc. They had a good free breakfast with eggs everyday. I stayed there twice and would stay again.

Arrived at 1 am. They showed me Expedia saying I reserved a matrimonial bed. I needed a double bed, but they were able to accommodate me for 4 nights and I had to pay the other 4 nights for a single room with one bed. That was my only issue but an important one
I checked my Expedia email and says I reserved for 2 beds, the hotel showed me Expedia email for 1 double bed. I will contact Expedia later but was not fun at all

From start to finish great experience with friendly staff who really make it seem like they are happy to see you. My friend traveling with me is blind and had a service dog and we were all welcomed. Showers had hot water and bathroom and bedroom clean with upgrades. Bed was so comfy and such great comforter it was perfect.

Good breakfast, very kind staff, very clean room.
Dirty worn-down furniture in the lobby creates a bad image to the entire hotel. Why don't they get rid of it?
Very good location in the heart of Miraflores. It is near the Airport Express bus station and a lot of restaurants, small shops. Better stay in this area than near the seaside.
Electricity outlets were positioned sideways and plugs kept falling out of them. Too bad! They should be changed.
The sound isolation is very good: there was a noisy street outside, but thanks to the multiple-layered isolating windows, I could not hear a thing!
Very comfortable bed, clean sheets and clean bathroom as well. They also give you plenty of soap and liquid shower gel.
