Kändes som ett vandrarhem, trista rum, otroligt lågbudgetfrukost med hög bullernivå skrapande stolar på det smutsiga klinkergolvet och frukosten uppdukad på receptionsdisken… trevlig personal men kommer inte boka detta hotell igen.

Hotellet var bra, rätt litet och jag tycker inte riktigt att det matchar bilderna på webben.
Rummen var fräscha men man kan inte låsa dörrarna, frukosten var ingen höjdare väldigt liten frukost och väldigt litet i lobbyn allmänt!
Personalen var trevliga så det är ett plus.
Hotellet var ett okej hotell och funkar att stannar där en natt, men troligtvis inget jag tar igen

Rummet var mysigt, dock var det lite kallt. Det gick att vrida upp elementet, men det hände inte mycket med värmen.
En god och mysig frukost med mycket att välja på. Tända ljus på borden och en bra på platt tv där man satt och åt.

Gratis fika i lobbyn. Jag kan tycka att fikat ska vara inplastat eller med lock. Jag valde att inte ta fika därifrån pga smittorisker med många männsikor som checkar in och kanske hostar och nyser i lobbyn. Annars tycker jag att det var en bra ide och det kändes lyxigt att man kunde ta fika när det passade.

Sköna kuddar och täcken.
Skjutdörren i badrummet var väldigt dammig på ovansidan och nedertill syntes att den hade blivit fuktig flera gånger då träet vågade sig. Såg inte helt fräscht ut från städningen i badrummet, vid fogarna på golvet.

Annnars ett jätte bra läge. Mysigt litet hotell med närhet till ica och ett mysigt Haga centrum. Rekommenderar hotellet.

Tacksamt leende

Vacker placering vid Klarälven, i lugnt område av staden. Ett litet hotell med personlig karaktär. Blev uppgraderat till ett större rum vilket jag tackar för, Rummet var litet slitet vilket märktes fämst på skrivbordet som borde åtgärdas via ytbehandling. Skön säng, härlig dusch/toalettrum. Frukosten bra men skulle gärna ha önskat något varmt, t.ex. äggröra och bacon/prinskorv. Men mätt blev jag och lämnade hotellet med ett tacksamt leende på läpparna. .

Supert . Hyggelig betjening og fine rom . Denne gangen fikk vi dobbelseng😀. Bodde her for snart 10 år siden på vår første kjærlighetstur og da fikk vi enkeltsenger , nedtur 😂😂😂. Den gang var det restaurant på hotelle noe som var et stort pluss . Nå gikk vi noen hundre meter for å komme til restauranter , så ikke noe problem 😀

Väldigt bra och prisvärt hotell. Sköna sängar, rent och en bra frukost. Utsikten var underbar. Väldigt nära Sandgrund och centrum nåddes på 7-8 min. Tryggt område.
Dyr parkering men över bron kostar det mindre och man går snabbt dit. Rekommenderar

Dårlig renhold på badet. Veldig mørkt rom med dårlig lys mtp så lite vindu. Vaffeljernet ved frokosten burde stått for seg selv, for hvis du skulle ha frukt, meieriprodukter, gryn eller syltetøy kom man ikke frem pga vaffelkø. Savnet grove rundstykker/brød, men ellers ok frokost.

Synd att kalla (och bedöma) detta som hotell, borde ses som ett motell. Ingen service efter kl 22, fruktansvärda sängar, ingen ac och området för servering av kvällsdrink/frukost liknar Scandic tidigt 80-tal. Detta till trots så gör personalen stor skillnad med deras soliga humör.

Bra lugnt boende, med god frukost vid vackra Klarälven o endast några min walk till centrum och Lars Lerin o Värmlandsmuseum. 15min walk till Inre hamn för båtbuss genom stan. Ett boende vi gärna besöker igen.

Bra hotell med läge vid älven. Hade turen att få rett rum mot älven och då på skuggsidan när det var 29 grader och SOL i Karlstad
Litet rum och varmt men vi kunde sova med fönsterrutor öppet hela natten
Frukosten av det enklare slaget men det fanns allt att välja på. Lite speciellt med att frukosten var uppdukad i receptionen

Kunne det vært særlig bedre..?

Et helt nydelig opphold i en fantastisk by. Hotellet har tilgang på god parkering på andre siden av CCC, allerede der har de scoret bra i min verden.
Når man i tillegg møtes av en fantastisk blid og hyggelig betjening som svarer godt på alt jeg lurte på så var spenningen stor, ville rommet matche atmosfæren?
Rommet hadde et moderat stort bad, men tross sin størrelse så var det helt perfekt innredet så det fylte alle sine oppgaver med full score. Selve rommet var også moderat på størrelse, men med en god seng og stoler samt en nydelig utsikt over elven så sto det kun igjen frokosten som hadde igjen noe spenning hva kvaliteten gjaldt.

Frokostsalen, i fare for å virke repetitiv, moderat i størrelsen men atter igjen så er alle funksjoner ivaretatt, godt nok utvalg av pålegg og betjeningen var kjappe til å rydde klart bord så fort de var forlatt. Litt utfordringer har de nok med fugler på bordene ute, men hvor mye en kan skylde dette på Hotellet er jeg usikker på. Kanskje om de var enda litt kjappere til å rydde bordene der ute, for der kunne det bli liggende litt lengre enn inne la vi merke til. Men igjen, fugler er fugler, ikke lett å temme de 😉

Alt i alt et meget godt besøk, ser ikke bort fra at vi tar turen igjen ved en senere anledning 👌

Sentralt og flott utsikt

Hotellet ligger sentralt med flott utsikt fra sjette, øverste etasje. Rolig strøk, vi fikk en fin tur langs kanalbredden til og fra restauranten der vi spiste middag. Parkerte gratis i gata mellom kl 18 og 09. Rommet hadde alt vi trengte, og frokosten var rikholdig. Hyggelig personale. Anbefales.
