Nice hotel small rooms

The hotel was recently refurbished and all new. The hotel has nice parking with an easy access to the front desk. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was ok. No GF options.

The Hetman is in the middle of renovation…dust everywhere because there’s no screening and noise from drilling concrete all day long. The corridor lighting is very dim and although hopefully the hotel will be good when renovation is complete, it’s no place to stay at the moment.

Canadian traveller, travels a lot since a child - hostels to 5 star. Lived and worked in Italy. Owns a Airbnb.

Pros - computer down for check in - offered a drink as I waited, restaurant on site.

Cons - construction - interior and exterior ongoing “all day!” Not noted with Expedia. Not clean, dirty and dark. Think Soviet style hotel. Not 24/7 reception. Waited 20 minutes locked out of hotel lobby because hotel reception was sleeping in another room and not at front desk. Imagine if a person needed an ambulance at the hotel. Unsupportive hotel management.

Suggestions/areas of improvement - Not a 3.5 star hotel closer to 1-2 star hotel. Hotel staff and management that do their best to help the guest have a great stay. I stayed at B&B Hotel Centrum and Hotel Metropolitan here in the same city. Both 4 star. Do yourself a favour and spend a little more to get a decent stay. Bonne Voyage!

Nice place to stay for the night!

I had a brief stay while driving through the area. Quiet and nice parking, easy to find and reach, polite staff. Room was tidy, but bed was smallish for a big guy. Would definitely return if similar terms are available in the future (especially, with bigger bed).

Did like: Friendyl people & Resteraunt. Did not like: Bed too low, difficult to get out of, no hot water in bathroom sink, no soap holder in shower, you to hold on to a round guarter sive of sosp while trying to shower.
Because of the low bed, my knee is hurting. Becaus os this, I will not stay there again.

3 Days at Hetman

Spouse and I stayed because it was the cheapest rate at the time of booking. Location is decent, 20 min walk into the city. Our room gave us the impression of an up scale hostel. 3 nights at $120 is a bit expensive for the area, we did a price check and found the rates to be cheaper for boutique hotels in the area if you were to book the night before, andprobably few days before.
Staff is friendly speaking both English for me and Polish (spouse). Plenty of parking for customers, spots are tight but plentiful and hotel has outside security cameras for safety. Entrance lobby, elevator, floor hallways and breakfast/restaurant are incredible clean.
I thought it was the 2 twin bed but we ended in a 3 twin bedroom that was very small. No fridge is a bummer. Bathroom was clean, some shelf and closet space, beds were comfortable, NO AC, Windows did open, Wi-Fi has poor reception from corner section on the 4th floor.
Breakfast was included and the spread was very tasty. Salads, cold cut meats, cheeses, juices, Polish soup and hot plates that are similar to a sausage (probably rotating items) and one made to order that is offered via sign.
We would stay again if we had to but the location via Galeria Grafica or Galeria Rzeszow would be more ideal for 5-10-20 PLN more. Booking ahead of time a cancelable rate then booking last minute via bookings or hotels may offer cheaper rate to save. Won't book a prepaid rate ever again.

No complaints whatsoever - I hope to come back. Very clean, very very quiet at night despite being surrounded by blocks of flats, excellent staff, only a short walk into the town centre, very nice outside area for drinks and relaxing. Room was excellent, with a very good WC/bathroom, big breakfast selection, fantastic value.

Terrible service

The receptionist was terrible. She couldn't speak English properly and she pretended that she could. She didn't even know what "half past" meant. Also, she was very unhelpful and she lied. Plus she made me pay extra for the hotel room because on the credit card machine she charged me in pounds with a very bad exchange rate (at least 5% worse than the real rate on the day). In Poland many machines give you an option of paying using their exchange rate or your credit card provider's exchange rate. You should always go with your credit card provider's exchange rate. This woman didn't even give me the option, even after I had explained. The room was basic, the carpets in the hotel are very dirty. The service is abysmal and I would rather pay more to someone honest at a different hotel than go to this one to be charged the compulsory extra and be given bad service. I could have easily missed my flight if I had trusted her. She didn't even use the internet properly to find out bus times to the airport. So I ended up deciding if I trust this woman I might not get back to England for Christmas, so I got a taxi to the airport instead. Seriously appalling service.

Good for the money

The hotel is a little removed from the center of town but its good value for the money. My room was spacious comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was good and the hotel restaurant was also not a bad choice for dinner on a cold night. The staff was nice and friendly. The only problem was their lack of knowledge of local transportation to help me with my travels in the Rzeszow region.

The staff was exceedingly friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was mediocre. Location was fine. The hotel would be good in the winter. The room was toasty warm. We opened windows and heard loud music being played nearby. The beds were very very soft. Wood stay again in the cold months. Good free parking .

Hotell är under renovering. Wifi fungerar bara ibland. Kalt på rummet. Hårda sängar. Ingen vattenkokare eller kylskåp på rummet. Liten tv så man knappt kan se bilden. Inget tryck i kranen för varm vatten. Lyhört mella rummen.

Hotel w cichym i spokojnym zakątku miasta. Dojście spacerkiem od głównej ulicy Rzeszowa zajmuje 15 min. Czysto i przytulnie w pokojach i całym hotelu. Słaba kontrola nad czystością obrusów w restauracji (jadłam na nieświeżym obrusie po kimś)Byłam tylko jedną dobę wiec moja opinia może być niezbyt rzetelna.
Ogólnie polecam miejsce na każdą okazję.
