Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all.

Overall ok hotel, nothing special. The restaurant good, bar excellent and very good service there.
Furnishings in the room (junior suite) very low quality, Ikea style quality. Water leaking from shower to the bathroom floor and simple plastic cover for the shower area. Very low quality furniture, especially in the bathroom. Bottom of towel cabinet had gotten wet earlier and showed the damage. The bed nice and the room ok even though using the word \"suite\" for it is very misleading. Just a decent large room.

Very comfortable new hotel. Loved the king bed. Food for both breakfast and dinner superb. Service in the restaurant can be improved. Based on who takes your order, you might eat quickly or wait a long time since the order was forgotten and then eat cold food. Other than that hotel is great.

New hotel. Rooms not overly big but nice partition. Big 55\" tv set. Very good (changeable to 5 different settings) room lighting even for reading in bed. Perfect double bed with the right mattress. Walking distance to Wismar centre. From the hotel it is only a stone throw to the harbour. Big parking area behind the hotel and for the moment free of charge. We will visit again.

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft eiskalt, da die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Erst gegen 22 Uhr wurde uns ein mobiler Heizkörper gebracht, wodurch es im Schlafbereich etwas wärmer wurde – Bad und WC blieben jedoch weiterhin kalt. Das „Bad“ selbst war extrem klein, eher wie ein Zugabteil: Waschbecken und Dusche auf engstem Raum, das WC noch einmal separat, so klein, dass man sich kaum umdrehen konnte.
Zusätzlich war das Zimmertelefon defekt, die Rezeption war darüber nicht erreichbar. In der Nacht kam es dann zu massiven technischen Störungen: Zuerst schaltete sich das Deckenlicht von selbst ein, später ging der Fernseher zweimal selbstständig an – jeweils mit hoher Lautstärke. Wir wurden regelrecht aus dem Schlaf gerissen, an Nachtruhe war kaum zu denken.
Am Morgen bin ich mit dem Fuß auf einen Metallhaken getreten, der aus dem Teppich ragte und ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellte. Ich habe diesen umgehend an der Rezeption vorgezeigt. Die Reaktion war ernüchternd: keine Entschuldigung, kein echtes Eingehen auf die Situation. Auch auf die Schilderung der nächtlichen Störungen wurde lediglich mit einer zurückhaltenden, eher zweifelnden Reaktion reagiert. Nach Rücksprache mit einem Vorgesetzten wurden uns von der Rezeptionistin zwei Flaschen Wasser angeboten, auf die ich verzichtet habe.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt unzumutbar, wir sind sehr früh abgereist. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und Marke ist dieser Zustand absolut nicht akzeptabel. Leider keine Empfehlung.

Trevligt boende

Hotellet ligger i hamndelen nytt & fräscht. Dusch & toalett var separat vilket var en smart planlösning dock var toaletten rätt trång. När vi varit på promenad tänkte vi ta en kvällsöl i baren på hotellet men de två kvinnorna som jobbade där var så stressade att vi hoppade över det tyvärr en tråkig upplevelse när man vill avsluta kvällen trevligt.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und was wir super fanden, Toilette und Dusche getrennt voneinander. Man kann zu Fuß die Innenstadt erreichen und der Hafen ist ja nur paar Meter entfernt. Frühstück war uns persönlich für 25 Euro pro Person zu teuer, am Hafen gibt es genug Bäcker usw wo man günstiger Frühstücken kann. Alles in allem aber ein top Hotel.

Bra hotell i hamnen

Servicen är jättebra. Jag reste med cykel som gick att låsa in säkert i skåp precis vid ingången. Rummen hade A/C och var väldigt rena och fina. Frukosten var okej och hade det jag önskade av en frukost. Restaurangen kan vara mer spännande för priset - men maten var vällagad och fräsch. Det var lätt att hitta och välskötta allmänna ytor. Ligger precis intill gamla fiskehamnen och mycket bra restauranger precis där.

Skønt, hundevenligt hotel

Meget sødt og venligt personale. Gode til engelsk. Et rigtig hundevenligt hotel (det bedste vi har oplevet), med en lille hundestation ved indgangen, med snacks, legetøj, hundefoder, transportvogn - alt man har brug for. På værelset var der kurv og skåle. Så fint. Derudover rigtig flot og moderne hotel med god parkering, og i gå afstand til centrum.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage

Das Hotel war super, Service sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Tolle Lage direkt am Hafen und vor der Innenstadt mit viel gratis Parkplätzen in der Nähe.

1 Stern Abzug, weil die Buchung von Hotels.com nicht im Hotelsystem vorhanden war und dies für uns und den Service sehr aufwändig war.

Nyt og flot hotel med god beliggenhed.

Holdte en efterårsferie på dette fine hotel, vi var to voksne og en teenager på et værelse, lidt klemt med pladsen men det gik. Dejligt at toilet og bad er adskilt i to rum, man skal dog være obs på at der ikke er meget plads på toilettet. Nåede ikke at spise i hotellets restaurant pga de mange spisesteder det er i byen, men det skal helt sikkert prøves næste gang.

Hotellet var fint, fin betjening ved morgenmaden og udvalget i hotellets morgenbuffet var rigtig god.
Værelset med lille køkken var lidt småt, men der var, hvad vi skulle bruge. Toilet og bad var adskilt og toiletrummet var ekstremt lille. Badet var lidt større.
Parkering på stor parkeringsplads for 4 € i døgnet. Kun lille gåtur på 5-10 min til

Fint hotel, god parkering og venligt personale. De mangler tydeligvis folk så dem der er der knokler helt vildt. De er søde og hjælpsomme. Værelserne er meget små, og badeværelse er så små at de minder om en autocamper. Det hele er dog flot og rent og man sover godt i sengene. Rigtig god morgenmad hvor man kan sidde udenfor hvis man har lyst til det

Wie auf einer Kreuzfahrt

Modernes Hotel, als witziges Detail ist das Zimmer wie eine Kreuzfahrt-Kabine aufgebaut inkl. WC und Dusche, trotzdem genug Platz.

Ett bra hotell med stor parkering (utomhus). Bra frukost mycket att välja på och mycket lugnt. Rummen var ok, lite udda toalett/dusch då toaletten är separat och mycket liten (gå in o backa ut) men det funkar. Vi besökte även deras bar vilket blev en bra avslutning eller början av kvällen. Läget är bra nära till centrum. Kan absolut komma tillbaka.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Der Checkin war schnell und problemlos.
Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ähnelt sehr einer Schiffskabine.
Das Frühstuck hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl, ABER alles, was warm sein sollte, war eiskalt. Egal, ob es das Rührei, oder der Bacon war. Sehr schade.

Wir nutzten das Hotel als Zwischenstopp während unserer Urlaubsreise und waren total zufrieden. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel ist riesig und wir haben sehr ruhig geschlafen. Der Ausblick in Richtung Stadt ist wirklich schön! Wismar selbst war entspannt an einem Nachmittag zu erkunden.

Schön und neu!

Sehr schön und neu. Unser Zimmer...vermutlich alle Zimmer...als Kabinen auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff gestaltet. Das Hotel war ursprünglich für die Werft konzipiert.
Wir haben aber gefroren! Auch wenn die Fenster zu waren war der Temperatur nicht im Zimmer einstellbar, im Display stand \"Zentral\"....offenbar wurde die Heizung zentral gesteuert.

Das Hotel liegt schön zentral, so dass man fußläufig alles erreichen kann. Die Toilette ist zu klein, da bekommt man Platzangst. Die Einrichtung (Deckenumrandung, Kopfteil beim Bett, Schränke ect) sind alle aus Plastik. Das Zimmer roch auch nach Plastik. Deshalb haben wir nur mit offenem Fenster geschlafen. Das Frühstück war top und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Nur die Lösung im Zimmer für Bad und WC finde ich sehr unglücklich. Die Größe des WCs ist unangenehm, man passt gerade so herein und es wirkt „billig“ im Gegensatz zum Rest des Zimmers und dem Hotel insgesamt. Es ähnelt sehr stark einer Flugzeug-Toilette.

Empfehlenswert

Modernes, kühl designtes Haus im dazu passenden (etwas zugigen) Umfeld. Ist wohl Zeitgeist, der nette Service macht es wett. Das Abendessen kann man nach kurzem Fußmarsch woanders gemütlicher und günstiger einnehmen. Alles ist neu und sauber. Die Zimmer sind ok, nur - wie von vielen bemängelt - bei der Toilette hat man das Schiffskajütendesign übertrieben. So etwas enges ist für den aufgerufenen Preis einfach unzumutbar. Für die Freunde von klaustrophobischen Kreuzfahrtschiff- und Flugzeugtoiletten. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut, das Parken günstig. Insgesamt empfehlenswert für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
