Specifically, there are no outlets readily available by the bedside, at least in the room I was in, where I could charge my phone. Also, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived, and we had to ask to have it refilled the next day.

Located in the central town square, this hotel is very well serviced. The rooms are about the usual Steigenberger standard, the breakfast has ample choice but the serving area is very cramped and can be dangerously overcrowded with people. The staff are very friendly and helpful at the desk, the restaurant and bar. The room and bathroom was very clean. Only negative was that there was no air-conditioning at all, which in a hot summer was quite oppressive.

Excellent location: Locates in the heart of the city by the local market place. Excellent breakfast, although some waiters (trainees) were all too eager to serve me by taking my cups and plates away in a situation when I was still eating and drinking :) Reception worked perfectly. Restaurant was excellent: Prices were reasonable and dinners were awesome ! Only negative issue were the sizes of the rooms: Those are quite small. Internet worked perfectly.

Stayed here for two nights while traveling on business - this was my first time to Wismar. Highly recommend staying at this hotel, centrally located. Staff and service was outstanding. Room was large and very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and dining for lunch and dinner in the restaurant was great. Will stay here again.

The hotel was sparkling clean, very formal and comfortable (I am from the USA). It is in the center of Wizmar square with beautiful cobble stone streets. The hotel could not be in a more convenient location! There is a TV in the lobby where guests were watching football together in cocktail attire. This is a great hotel and town, I wish we had spent more than one day here.

Magical visit to Wismar
Hotel's location was ideal - right on the market place and within a 10 - 15 minute walk to the train station pulling our suitcases. The condition of the hotel and room was impeccable. The hotel respected my request for a quiet room and also put our luggage in the room while we were out sight seeing. The front desk service was \"all right\" but no one made us feel particularly welcome. We would highly recommend this hotel and would eagerly stay there again. We passed on the breakfast provided by the hotel.

Schwierig, wenn man ein Zimmer nahe der Küchenlüftung hat, die um 22.30 noch lief und kurz nach sechs wieder startete. Rumpelt wie ein Generator. Ein anderes Zimmer konnten wir nicht bekommen. Es wurde Ohropax angeboten. Nichts für Migräniker. Alles nur teilrenoviert. Das Bad hat seine besten Zeiten gesehen und ist in dem Zustand auch gar nicht mehr richtig sauber zu bekommen. Geputzt war alles. Lobby und Restaurant ganz hübsch.

Das Hotel ist im Zentrum und direkt am Hauptplatz (mit vielen Restaurants und Cafe's gleich um die Ecke). Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und waren schnell im Zimmer und konnten in der Garage unser Auto abstellen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Hotellet har en fin central beliggenhed. Venligt personale. Rene og pæne værelser. Dejlig sauna. Ville nok ikke kalde det en spa. Flot gym og imponerende cykelkælder, med værksted og cykelvaskeanlæg. Kaffemaskine på værelse, men på anden dagen skal man hente og tilkøbe kaffekapsler. En lille ting, men det er mærkeligt at man ikke giver samme service på 2.og3.dagen, som på første overnatning.
