Overall, it's definitely value for money. Clean and modern rooms, excellent reception service, and several amenities within walking distance make it exceptional. The restaurant and its unique service, along with a bar on the pier, are also a great place to stay. I recommend it.

Property was clean. Staff was friendly. I did not like that the room did not have an iron, coffeemaker or microwave. It's difficult if when you're a coffee drinker or bring leftovers but cannot heat it. They could put a microwave outsider for everyone to share. I hope this helps future people that stay. Overall a nice spot to stay.

Staff was very attentive. I had a small problem with hot water. Couldn’t fix it that morning, but explain to me what was going on. The water did get hot that evening and it was very hot the next couple of days. Not a big problem, but they sure jumped right on it for me

We had a pleasant stay at Marina Hotel. As part of a big group staying there for a wedding we booked a room for our grandparents, but unfortunately from what we heard there is only one handicapped room in all the facility and it was already occupied. I encourage the staff to have more rooms accessible for the elderly.

Staff was not cooperative or helpful. We got there at 2:40pm to checkin, but were told to wait until 3:00pm despite having a prepaid reservation. Asked them to put luggage in our room after 3:00pm, but that was not possible either. Free Wi-fi was advertised, but the password was readily available. THERE IS NO HOT WATER. All our showers whether at mornings, afternoons or nights had less than lukewarm water. We got colds from showering with cold water. UNACCEPTABLE!

The room was really nice, very clean, upon checking in i wasn't given the hotel wifi code, which was odd. We arrived 30 minutes early and she gave us the room key but told us that check in wasn't until 3pm. Wow for a lousy 30 minutes she wouldn't let us go to the room!!! I asked why? She said it wasn't ready. We stayed 2 nights. Not many cars in the parking lot. 2nd night while showering I see something up the shower head, its moving!! Idk what it was but it freaked me out, my husband killed it, now Im traumatized. Checkout i tell the girl my episode and ask to get some type of credit she said i have to speak 2 Maria at 9 am. We left and i called and the girl says no at 10am. I call speak 2 Maria and she offered no credit on my bill but a 10% off my next visit. No we are not coming back. The area is a marina. Barely any life around, nothing to do. The swimming pool was not pleasing plus the bugs all around the area made it impossible to enjoy the outdoors.

The property’s food wasn’t the best. Some of the food was bland, the beans tasted old, the mashed potatoes were box flakes and they were not fully cooked. Stuffed chicken was dry and we were not able to eat it. My husband ordered the lobster soup and we had to send it back due to the cook putting merlo wine and made too sweet to eat. The waiters were not on the same page when it came to the included items of food and drinks. Some of the waiters included them and others said it wasn’t part of the deal. I was very upset to find out I couldn’t have toast with my scramble eggs. The floor in the rooms were so wet i almost fell twice due to the humidity of the room the ceiling was dripping. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hidden gem!!!! Outstanding service and comfort- truly you are in paradise while there! Private beach in walking distance less than 5 minute walk, lots of excellent restaurants in walking distance as well. Great for families and couples as well. I do not understand two things about Hotels, and Salinas did them both. First, the check in time was 3:00, I arrive at 12:00 on a Thursday! The receptionist said I could come back at 2:30 with a wink. Big Deal! The place is empty! There are plenty of made up rooms! Secondly, THE PLACE IS EMPTY! Why they put as far as I can tell the only other patron in the room adjacent to mine is not understandable to me! The guy watches football with a headset on drinking and cursing while partying virtually with his friends. All those empty rooms!!

The property is amazing!!! It’s a Marina with a very good restaurant and an awesome night time vide with live music and friendly people… The staff is super friendly and security was on point. I didn’t give it a higher rating because I had an issue in my room with the hot water, their was none 😠 I repeatedly reported it to the front office but got no were… After a long day for me a hot shower is a must.
