We had two rooms.
The floor in one of the rooms was slimy and dirty. A bed cover was stained and had mildew. The bathroom window operator was broken. The sink was clogged. The bath shower tiles are slippery.
The ceiling of the other room has open ceiling tiles, which allowed us to hear all the noise from near rooms. Besides, it may allow easy access of insects or mice to the room.

The pool bar was not well stocked and the walk from the pool to the bar at the Blue Moon restaurant was long. Staff was slow to service. The patron has to initiate the service. For instance, I had to ask them if they can help me with service.

Basic hotel. Our building had a sort of false roof tha we could hear the snoring on one side, on the other side room, the coughing. People hanging wet cloth on the hallway walls...in all floors. Incredible they permit such a bad taste behavior.

La propiedad requiere mantenimiento ya que la cerradura de la puerta no servia en una de las habitaciones y en la otra era muy dificil manejarla. No tiene ascensores y hay que subir 3 pisos por escaleras (fatal). Deberian indicar que no tiene ascensor, ya que no se advierte en la plataforma. No habia agua caliente.

El personal fue amable al recibirnos, tendria que decir que la pasamos super bien en familia , pues eramos 17. Pero si el hotel debe mejorar en cosas sencillas debe ser por el poco personal.
No hay opcion de comida para pasar el dia en la piscina, el rest de pizza abria a las 5pm y el fullmoon era la misma opciones para cenar en la tarde. Asi que optamos por salir el sabado a #mojitosportBar,Salinas y fue excelente el servicio

Stayed in room A211 on the new building, dont know if its finished yet, but needs to be soundproofed ASAP, you can hear all the other rooms conversations,snoring, got no proof but im pretty sure I heard when someone in the bathroom grabbed a piece of toilet paper and cleaned his/her areas(new trauma unlocked).Also if in the other room turn on the lights it will illuminate yours. Great staff, great potential!

Although the room and facilities were great, the was a No-Hot Water situation. Water was so cold… Looks like the complete floor did not had hot water and the office was closed when detected. I only stayed one night and reported at the checkout. If we could have a hoy shower that will convert this into a 5 star review!

The hotel is a good value for the area. It is a shame that it is not kept up well. There is a real mold problem in the bathroom. The shower curtain had black mold, and in between the shower tiles there was mold. We also noticed a lot of rust throughout the bathroom fixtures. No one wants to stay in a room with any kind of mold or rust.
I liked that they had a ROKU connected to the TV; they just need to hide the cables and eliminate the wall bracket. We stayed in Room A106.

“The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, there is no hair dryer in the bathroom, the towels are not changed every day, breakfast is too late at 8 a.m. and very poor; it cannot be called a continental breakfast, it is really meager.
If you don’t have a car, you can’t get around because everything is far away.

The front staff was a young lady with a smile and she was very helpful. The room was clean. The only thing about this hotel is the service at the bar, as they can see you but do not come to you to ask if you want anything. You wait long as you have to call one of them when you see them passing by.

The bathroom need better cleaning and equipment maintenance. Need to inform better the charge of the staying. The restaurant closed the kitchen so early an the front desk as well. I see areas open to the water without security guidelines to inform the guest and to take care of his child’s for this al situation. The hotel is a part of a Marine. Need to be better
