I recently stayed at Lumen Bangkok Srinakarin Hotel, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which immediately set the tone for our stay. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect retreat after exploring the city.

The service throughout our stay was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our visit special. A highlight of our trip was the thoughtful birthday fruit tray they prepared, which added such a personal and memorable touch.

From check-in to check-out, the staff at Lumen Bangkok Srinakarin went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and kindness truly made our stay unforgettable. Very friendly staff providing excellent customer service. They're very helpful and very respectful. Had a good stay. Only thing is that the hotel management should look at renovating this place. It has lots of minor issues which makes things very odd and inconvenient. The bed mattress are really bad, I had lots of pain every morning when I got up plus couldn’t sleep well for few nights.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to the yellow line of the MTR, making it easily accessible. The staff is phenomenal, and the breakfast provided is quite good. The rooms are spacious and clean, featuring a kitchen, a living room, a dining table, and a washing machine, along with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. However, the only downside was that the bed was rather firm.

This was a spacious two bedroom apartment hotel, which came with a daily breakfast. Room service was good and there were quick responses to our needs. The only downfall to this location is that it’s quite far from all the things you wanted to do in the city and every day we would have to spend about one hour in transit going to and from the man attractions of the city.

Location is excellent – It's very easy to access the metro train, and malls are nearby, which makes getting around and shopping super convenient.
However, cleanliness in the room was lacking. The rooms are quite spacious, but it seems proper cleaning isn't done thoroughly. It's probably not the staff’s fault – the rooms are large, and they might need to assign at least two housekeeping staff per room to maintain cleanliness properly.

Large rooms, excellent service!

Hotel was convenient to Seacon Square and restaurants. Rooms were very large and comfortable for probably a family of 5. 2 bathrooms are a big plus and bath tub was nice to soak in. Hotel staff was great and very nice. The manager in the lobby was more than helpful and very accommodating. Such a friendly place and will be our next stay in the area for sure. Thank you so much

Great amenities overall. Awesome breakfast (sad to miss the last day because of an early flight!)
The room was great - 2 bedroom 2 bath suite ample space for everyone. however we were a family of 4 so the seats in the living room and kitchen were limited and awkward (could not all sit down together at the same table). Easy fix. Also the light switches were confusing and one of the toilets had minor leak and intermittent continuous flushing issue.

Bad condition and needs updating post covid

Pictures were taken before covid it seems. The pool is green with algae and unusable, tiles falling off and open drains in the bottom of the pool.

As for the room, it is tired and wasn't particularly clean. Sockets falling off the wall and random holes in the wall. The area is not touristy but does have a shopping centre near by (the one \"attached\" is over a bridge and closed).

It was a shame as it was the end of our trip and we had to go to starbucks every morning for breakfast as the hotel felt dirty and the breakfast was some hard croissants and 2 choices of cereal.

Unfortunate to see as it seems to be a casualty of covid (the magazines in the room were from 2020).

The property was dirty and our room was very smelly. The first room we got had ants and after the complaint they moved us to another room. The second room was smelly of mold. After a day when I opened the washer there was old water left inside of the washer and the smell was the source. Although after I complaint they changed the washer but the moldy smell would not go away.

On a positive note the staffs was nice and ready to help.

It is one of the best hotel for the money. In all the places that we have stayed in Thailand, I have to say that this property is one of those property you look forward to coming back to from a long day out. The staff are amazing and helpful, the bedding and rooms are clean. Each room has a cloth washing machine. The property currently has construction going on in the street as the city is building their infrastructure. It doesn't affect the view nor the experience. Food are near by. The restaurant in the hotel has great food. The air-conditioning in each room are hign quality and cools rather quickly. I highly recommend it to all family and friends. Will be staying there again.

Everything was great except the hot spring pool wasn’t exactly hot when I got there but then later on it was warm but still not exactly hot. Also the sauna wasn’t on. Not a big deal but I did choose this location solely for the hot spring pool and sauna. on a side note, the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in Thailand. The food was good quality and many choices and variants. Best part was, the coffee was brewed coffee!!! Like really good brewed coffee and not the typical powdered coffee you see in Thailand.

A non-smoking room that wasn't

I picked this hotel because it was affordable and somewhat near BKK which was my primary goal since we only stayed here for about 4 hours. We arrived pretty late, maybe 12:30AM due to a delayed flight into Bangkok and had to leave around 4:30AM to fly out of Bangkok back to the US. The taxi driver didn't know where it was, but called the establishment and got directions. The staff was helpful. Our room, while marked as non-smoking, was clearly used by many smokers. Granted, you didn't see smoke lingering in the room, but the smell of smoke was enough to give me and my wife a headache pretty quickly. The room itself was nice, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The \"common\" bathroom's shower didn't drain. We were so exhausted that I can't comment on the comfort of the bed. We'd probably think a slab of concrete was comfortable. :) I don't recall it being uncomfortable by any stretch.

Good value for what you actually get. Rooms are really big, and I like the shower bathtub combination in the washroom. Every room has a washing machine, so if you are staying longer term it is really useful.

Gym if functional, there is sauna and a pool. Personally, I am not a big fan of closed swimming pools in Thailand, but it is what it is.

There are big shopping malls around, so there are a lot of eating options. Breakfast seems to be included with every room which is a really nice bonus.

The room is really spacey and comfortable. There are bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. However, living room, dining room and kitchen are in one area. Really suitable for family and business as well.
Different ports are provided for connecting your devices to TV.
The breakfast was delicious with enough choice.
The staff was really helpful and took initiative to guide me to the night market.

The hotel has total of 23 floors. Each floor has 4 units. You can enjoy the quietness.

A glimpse luxury surrounded by shopping haven.

The location is fantastic! Huge choices of local food and the handful of malls within walking distance of 5-10 mins. The room could have been cleaner. There were hairs on the pillows and the bath tub. Wifi were erratic.

Would highly recommend for the family with full kitchen facilities (cups, wine glasses, plates & knives) as well as 2 units of TV-s!

Adequate Hotel for short stay

Spend 2 nights at Vertical prior to international flight. Located \"near\" airport and 200BHT taxi which is reasonable.

The hotel is a good place to spend the last night in BK or transit. That is about it. While i can understand energy conversation, upon check-in the room assigned was extremely hot and took 30 minutes to cool down. The elevators and hallways were also not air-conditioned as well as the fitness room (had to ask to turn on AC)

The rooftop restaurant and bar do not exist anymore and the cafe has marginal food/buffet and not really a bar as part of dining table service.

Rooms were clean and rather spacious which was nice but it was very apparent they are trying to save money anyway they can which is never good.

Nice night market across street and 2 large malls if shopping is in your plans. Not near the BTS but knew that when booking.

A decent hotel for the minimal price but do not expect a typical asian 4 star hotel. Not sure why it is 4 stars.

The hotel was quite and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The best part was its proximity to the airport. The air con worked really well, almost too good! Only a few complaints. The shower didn't drain and I flooded the bathroom because of that issue. Also, the pool was really cold, not very comfortable for an evening swim.

Big apartment but need maintenance and cleaning

We booked an apartment for 5 people . The Apartment is big and well furnished. Having said that it was not clean , especially the bathroom and the living room space. Also we could notice that the apartment needed a good maintenance . We could not close one of the window , one electrical socket was coming out from the wall and the shower was jammed in one position .
