La habitación pequeña con una ventana que da a la entrada del edificio y se escucha todo, poca privacidad. El baño tiene una puerta corrediza que lo hace sin privacidad. El hotel es demasiaod ruidoso. Se escucha todo desde la habitación Los Cobanos, otros huéspedes hablando en el pasillo y los empleados hablando y riendose desde las 6 am. Moviendo muebles, lo que hace dificil el descanso. No tienen ningin respeto por los huéspedes y el descanso de los mismos.

Las imagenes de la web distan bastante de la realidad. Habitaciones muy antiguas y precarias en su interior. El agua salia muy poco y el ultimo dia estuvimos sin agua. Desayuno basico incluye solo huevo, platanos, frijoles y solo cafe.

I’m highly allergic to Bees. The property had a beehive in the balcony. Although all windows were closed some way somehow the bees managed to get inside the apartment. I alerted the property staff but my msg and calls went ignored through out my entire stay. The apartment was dirty and had a horrible smell that lingered throughout the unit. I’m highly dissatisfied and I would like a full refund.

They tried to allocate me a bad basic room, with no wardrobe, desk, chair, or sofa when I had paid for an higher grade luxury \"grand room\" with all of these items listed. The allocated room had huge areas of pealing wall paint, dirt smudges and only a bedside cabinet for furniture. Clear attempt at miselling. I refused but they said no other room available. It was late so I accepted it on the basis of receiving my correct room next day (4 night stay). Internet did not work in this room, no hot wter night or next day, restaurant closed at 8pm when it states open till 10pm, one thin sheet on bed, no spare cover or blanket. Entrance and reception locked shut at 10pm but was never told of the night exit ( jokingly marked \"emergency exit\") at other end of complex, so couldnt get out at night. Next day got correct room, but internet still doesn't work. After much complaining, they hooked me up to the hotel admin dept one. In correct room, sofa was battered and ripped, water leaked from sink ever time used so had to mop it up very day. Two varities of omelette with avcompaniments offered as only breakfast food. You pay extra if you want fresh milk with your coffee or use free powdered milk. Good air con comfy bed. Staff helpful in ordering taxis etc, near eateries, stores etc. The hotel is run down and rooms nowhere as nice as pics show. I defitely dont recommend

mucha expectativa pero gran decepción

el parqueo muy limitado, las manijas de las puertas son dañadas, de toda la carta que ofrecen solo tienen 2 opciones. las mesas del desayuno son muy limitadas es decir poco espacio, si no madrugas no tendrás donde sentarte, las toma corrientes eran funcionales pero solo de 1 lado. de las duchas no sale agua caliente.

This hotel is in a great location and met our family’s needs. The rooms and facilities were clean and staff was friendly. Amenities in the room were very basic, the beds were a little hard but we got used to them. I was surprised that they didn’t have comforters or bed spreads, just the sheet set. The kids enjoyed the pool and we appreciated use of the large common dining and living room areas for when family members came for a quick visit. We felt safe walking around and there were many stores, bars and restaurants in the area. The free breakfast was a big plus for us.

I stayed an extra night and had to book a different room. I stayed in the quadruple suite, which is great for families with small children. The room is very small compared to the photos online (adults be warned). There was a mini fridge in the closet, a TV, a dresser, and a night stand. Only downsides were that the AC didn’t cool the room as much due to the fact that it’s near the window and you could hear everyone’s conversations from the carport and all the traffic from the street. The shutter-type windows allow all the heat and noise from the outside to enter the room.

Whenever I book a hotel, I don’t have high expectations because in person nothing ever looks like it looks online. My experience with this hotel was great. The check in staff was friendly. If you have a car, know your plate # for the check in. I had an apartment style room. The master bedroom was spacious with enough room for your luggage. The room also had a TV. The only downside was that the bathroom was inside of the master bedroom. The second room had two twin beds. There was a mini fridge and a nook with a counter and cabinets in the hallway connecting both rooms. The ACs in both rooms worked and the shower had hot water but the sink did not. Housekeeping stopped by in the mornings to check if we needed their services. Housekeepers were nice and respectful. You get complimentary breakfast depending on your booking, any drinks other than coffee or other food are extra. The waiters were very attentive. Room service was prompt. Don’t expect anything fancy, but the food was still good. My room was located across the street from reception. If you come back late at night, there may or may not be hotel staff to assist you in parking in the garage. If not, you simply just have to have someone get out of the car and open the door from inside of the lobby for you to be able to pull in. Area was safe in my opinion. The hotel had wifi throughout. On both sides of the property, there were pools which were cleaned every morning and one side had a trampoline. Check out was fast.

I stayed in two rooms a large suite and a standard room both were excellent for my needs. The standard room has a big bed and a medium size bathroom. The surrounding areas are safe and quite. I loved the free breakfast with fried plantains, massed beans and eggs it safes me money and time. At 6:30 am stars breakfast. There several local and multinational fast food chains at walking distance. At walking distance, 5 mins., is a supermarket. A coffee shop near the property opens at 7:00 am. I stayed 20 days at Suites and Apartments San Benito Zona Rosa.

The location is good, it feels safe. However, the room I was assigned is completely out dated (metal door, bathroom tiles). The kitchen was next to the room, and we could hear the staff talking, kitchen ware. Ordered breakfast and it was not good, long delay to receive it. Most hotels offer a water bottle or access to clean drinking water, not this one. Items were priced high.

Loved the place but the couch in one of the habitaciones i had was dirty and had some of the springs broken.
Beds are nice, clean and a good size, but definitivamente ese pequeño sofa en la habitacion da mal aspecto en el cuarto. En lugar de haver mas comoda la estadia, lo have a uno pensar en por que no lo quitan ya que destruye la imagen del cuarto y hotel. Seria mejor que no hubiese sofa en lugar de tenerlo ahi asi de manchado y quebrado.

This was the second time staying here and absolutely loved it both times. The only complaint is that after checking out I was told that I had to pay for a missing remote control. I’ve had placed all three controls on the table inside the room right before leaving the room for the last time. After ok was told the remote was missing I looked for the remote inside the room multiple time and couldn’t find it, I also went through my bags and is was not there either.I had to pay for a remote $25. Next time I’ll make sure I take the remote ms to the front desk before checkout.

When I booked for Junior suite with 1 queen bed, on those pictures it shows even a couch a small kitchen and also a big bathroom but when I got there they told that the app is showing wrong info and the one I got jas a \"queen bed\" but it was actually 2 beds that were put together which was very awkward to sleep as they were separating from each other all the time. Also we wanted to buy some water and the staff was never answering the whatsapp, I asked a girl and she never gave it to me until I called reception and they sent it to me after waiting for more than an hour since first request.

The service was the best. We brought my grandpa and the representative did everything possible to make him comfortable. She would bring him dinner when he would stay in the room and didn't want to go out and she also brought us a fridge to our room at our request. Would definitely go back.

This is the worst hotel I have known, we found cockroaches and lizards inside the room, the food is terrible, they do not allow you any visits not even your own family; After 10:00 pm all the lights go out and everyone has to be in their rooms, they do not allow you to walk outside the rooms.
The owners of the hotel make their employess work more than 12 hours per day for the same salary. They make you feel like you're in a correctional facility.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks while visiting family. They were very accommodating, allowing our family members to visit, as long as there were not too many at a time. Many of the staff were friendly and willing to help out whenever we needed something. One employee always seemed a little bothered when we were around, and even asked us when we were leaving. There were a couple inconveniences that occurred, but when we brought them up to the staff, they fixed the issues. We would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel had friendly staff and management. They gave us a map of safe areas and things to see in the neighbourhood. The hotel feels very safe and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is located in two buildings on both side of the street. The pool on the side we were hosted was nice (there is a bigger one on the other side), but it was lacking lounge chairs. There is a patio beside the pool, where it's nice to hang out.

Food was pretty basic, and they didn't have jam anymore so we had the continental breakfast with honey and butter instead. They were also without black tea - which has often been an issue in Mexico and Central America. Also, only ONE breakfast was included in the price, despite the fact we were 2 guests.

Overall, we recommend this place.

They upgraded my room, thank you. But I was cold all night because the bed had almost no blankets. Couldn't sleep well even after a night of drinking at a restaurant/Club english music fun. The pools are very relaxing to sit by all day and chill. Good location I walked everywhere, even to Wal-Mart.

When I saw the pictures at hotels.com I thought my room would be facing the garden/pool but unfortunately the door of our room was between the exit door and reception. So it could be noisy with guests and staff moving in and out. There was no view but the room was comfortable and ac worked well. Breakfast was alright and security seemed to be a priority. There was always someone to let us in or out the hotel. The location is the star of the show. It's very short walk from super cool restaurants so even at night we felt ok to walk back and from pubs and restaurants. If you're arriving by bus with tica or pullmantur you can also walk to the hotel saving the hassle of a cab.
