Our hosts were very friendly and super responsive over What’s App (they were also patient as there was a language barrier). They were very flexible with our schedule for breakfast time. Their space was clean and very home-like. My husband and I would 100% recommend.

appartement assez grand au rez de chaussée composée de 3 chambres + cuisine + salon bien équipés : cela semblait bien sur le papier mais propreté dégradée en 9 jours ( la chambre a été faite une seule fois au bout de 3 jours puis plus rien serviettes changées une seule fois : c'est peu) petit déjeuner de qualité médiocre et parfois dégradé ( pas de couvert et tasse non propre une fois , 2 fois des patisseries industrielles périmées depuis longtemps inmangeables une bouteille de lait ouverte pas remplacée au bout de 8 jours ( j'ai dû en faire la demande suite à des problèmes gastriques) , des bruits de chaudière erratiques qui nécessitent des boules quiès , dame avenante et pédagoque mais son mari passe son temps à vous observer dans le salon /cuisine où une caméra a été installée ( ce serait interdit en France et la vie privée !?) et n'hésite pas à vous réprimander comme si on était son petit garçon bref une atmosphère oppressante pour un long séjour

Una bella struttura, pulita e in ordine e sopratutto molto spaziosa, anche la cucina che è condivisa è davvero comoda anche se si è in più persone. Le camere, anch’esse molto pulite hanno tutto il necessario, per riporre comodamente ogni cosa. La casa offre anche un bellissimo tavolo esterno con il gazebo, e la piscina. Anche la posizione è abbastanza vicina dal centro (circa 5 minuti in macchina) e soprattutto è molto vicina a supermercati e negozi. Ho apprezzato molto il condizionatore in camera, che in giornate come quelle in cui abbiamo soggiornato ha fatto egregiamente il suo lavoro. I proprietari sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili.

Buon B&B a 15 minuti a piedi dal Centro e possibilità di parcheggio libero vicinissimo alla struttura. La camera doppia con bagno privato all’esterno è risultata ugualmente comoda poiché il bagno è nel corridoio comune ma proprio difronte la camera. Le stanze e gli spazi comuni puliti e ben tenuti. Proprietari cordiali. Colazione standard a base di cereali, caffè, succhi di frutta cioccolata, merendine e qualche prodotto gluten-free. Unico suggerimento, qualche appendino nel bagno in corridoio.

Proprietari gentilissimi e professionali, struttura accogliente, camera grande e confortevole, letto comodissimo, 2 cuscini per le varie esigenze, ottima colazione secondo le norme di tali categorie di strutture ricettive, location a breve distanza dal centro, parcheggio davanti alla struttura.
La cura dei dettagli e la squisitezza dei titolari che interagiscono con gli ospiti sono il valore aggiunto di questo b&b che non ha nulla da invidiare ad hotel stellati.

Ho prenotato per un weekend perché avevo un torneo e ho approfittato per fare un giro a Foligno. La struttura si trova a meno di un km dal centro di Foligno. Ho potuto facilmente trovare posto. Mi è piaciuto che ospitano i cani, anche se non era una mia necessità. L'ambiente è tranquillo. Purtroppo non c'era il bagno in camera tuttavia era personale e non condiviso. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo peraltro con colazione inclusa. Consiglio senz'altro!

Al piano terra di un terratetto con un bel giardino curato intorno di cui non abbiamo potuto godere in quanto siamo arrivati tardi ed andati via presto.
Camera accogliente e pulita. Colazione abbondante e con molta scelta. Abbiamo chiesto il late check-in e ci è stato accordato senza problema. Host gentili e professionali, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Struttura molto bella e tenuta in ottime condizioni, ampio salone con bellissimo camino.
La proprietaria è di una disponibilità immensa, cosa che ormai non si vede più in giro, avevo avvisato la struttura tempestivamente che per motivi lavorativi sarei arrivato un po’ più tardi rispetto all’orario di check-in, e mi hanno comunque aspettato, cosa che da altre parti non mi è successo.
Consiglio vivamente la struttura anche perché è ben collegata e a 15 min a piedi dal centro e 4 in macchina

La colazione andava bene, ma proporrei di aggiungere anche una variante salata.
Ci sono due cani che comunque sono tranquilli, ma girano liberamente anche all'interno, quindi non è molto consigliata per coloro a cui non piacciono i cani o gli animali in generale.
Nonostante tutto, però, ci siamo trovati molto bene e il personale è gentile e disponibile ad aiutare.

Struttura comoda e accogliente. Lontana dal centro di Foligno circa 30 minuti a piedi, ma la distanza è compensata dalla calma e tranquillità del luogo, lontano dai rumori del traffico e dei locali. I gestori sono molto ospitali e gentili. La camera pulita. La colazione è abbastanza varia e tutto molto pulito e ordinato. La mattina del check-out, avevamo avvisato che saremmo andati via molto preso, ma nonostante ciò ci hanno fatto comunque trovare tutto pronto per la colazione. Definitely commendable

Off-centre but not far from the main touristic area, homely with beautiful interior and garden, breakfast with a nice array of choices (but you have to prepare everything).
Sometimes I knocked to ask for help from the host and got no answer. I would suggest them to have a bell installed.
But the only real (and minor) inconvenience is the bathroom, which is exclusive but not inside the room, one has to cross the corridor.

Escursione a Foligno e dintorni

Il B&B si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Foligno raggiungibile anche a piedi ed è un'ottima base di partenza per diverse escursioni, tra le quali consiglio Rasiglia e Spello! La proprietaria con la Sua cordialità ti mette subito a tuo agio! La struttura è molto pulita, colazione abbondante, camera confortevole con aria condizionata funzionante ed eccellente wifi! Parcheggio auto sulla strada davanti al B&B! Consigliato!
