I am an avid traveler, and I have been travelling for 3 weeks hence I have tried many hotels, this one is one of the worst hotels with very rude staff. Upon checking in, the staff refused to speak in english, even though they spoke fluently, they presented us with a room with broken door and AC. After discussion over how we need the room door to lock, they moved us to another room with broken AC. They were very rude after we accidentally bumped into the lamp and were very disrespectful. They made us feel very unwelcomed and unsafe in regards to staying at the hotel. After requesting to speak with the hotel manager, we were told that the manager does not have time for us. The midnight staff were also unhelpful and not polite when we inquired about the broken AC. The room was full of fly and very hot . Upon checkout, there was no one at the desk but the cleaning lady

Lovely haven from which to explore Foligno and enjoy stunning locations slightly further afield like Spello snd Assisi.
Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Excellent lighting. Quiet in spite of being central and able to walk into town.
Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and staff always on hand and very friendly and helpful

A Nice Facility Close to the Train Station

A nice facility, close to the train station. Very comfortable room and bed. I did not like the base of the desk lamp in the shape of an assault rifle. Seemed like a glorification of violence in our already violence-saturated culture, particularly in the US. Beautiful bathroom. Really nice hot water. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. I would rate it a 2 star at best. The pictures provided online are nothing like the hotel. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood. It was absolutely filthy and had a horrible smell. I would never come back or recommend this establishment.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very well located just steps of the train station to visit the wonderful mediaval town of Spello. Don’t miss it.
The hotel has a very nice breakfast and the room and bath are excellent.

Road tripping around Umbria

We were on a traveling vacation, and decided to use Foligno as a base to explore southern Umbria. The location was great as it was two blocks from the historical city center, which is very nice for exploring Foligno. The hotel was beautifully renovated with care taken to modernize while stilling keeping the elegance of this beautiful villa of the early 1900’s. The bathroom was spacious and very modern, the linens, towels, etc were of a very high quality, the breakfast spread was very nice with a great assortment. Also, staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. Valeria, the hotel manager, gave us great ideas for day tripping around the area(we went to Spello, Montefalco, and Bevagna). We would absolutely stay there again when we’re in the area.

Unless you can book a suite.....

Really small room comparable in size to tiny Manhattan hotel rooms. Breakfast was so sparse I passed on it. Unless I could book a suite I would not stay here again.

It just doesn’t get any better than this.

We loved our stay at this classy, elegant hotel. The room was outstanding. So comfortable. The bath was clean and well appointed. Every amenity was thought of. The breakfast was brilliant. The coffee was delicious. But most importantly the service was attentive and friendly. You feel as though you are the only guests and we were not. Everyone walks around with a big grin on their faces. The location is perfect. Close to the main pedestrian streets and restaurants. Sadly we were only there for one night. We will look forward to an excuse to pass their way again.

A first class local boutique hotel!

It's a beautiful boutique hotel with first class design, first class service, and first class comfort. It's within a few minutes of walking distance to the vibrant Foligno town center where there are many good restaurants and shops. The hotel staff offered their service of any need, they delivered just that! We booked two rooms and stayed there for 6 nights when we drove to nearby hilltop town on daily base. It was very enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel!

A beautiful hotel.

Quiet location, very attractive hotel. Easy walk to town and railway station. The most comfortable bed I have ever had whilst away from home. Rooms are large and attractive. Great shower. The breakfast is absolutely lovely and the staff, Claudia and Francesco go out of their way to make you welcome, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended and will use again. The only negative is a tiny wardrobe with nowhere to put clothes.

The hotel was in very good condition & amenities supplied generous. Loved the large shower head. However the high tech air conditioning stopped working during the night. Very close to the city centre & train station. Friendly concierge though he could've been more informative about existing events within the area. Good variety of breakfast.

Unprofessional staff.

Everything was great until I checked out. The staff was fighting at the top of their lungs while checking me out. The reason they were yelling was that one thought I had laundry that had not been returned to me. I understood their conversation and told the person checking me out that I was not waiting for any laundry. The one checking me out screamed back at the other staff member, \"he says he doesn't have any outstanding laundry\". Extremely unprofessional and unsettling.

The Hotel,Staff,Service and location were outstanding. A complete renovation made this villa completely current with convenient amenities but still had the charm of a turn of the century villa.
You can tell that the owners put a lot of money and effort making this a superb place to spend 5 wonderful days. The staff went out of there way to take care of any request and were very helpful.

Struttura veramente consigliata. Bellissima esteticamente, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Camere molto ben arredate e pulite. Un valore aggiunto è rappresentato dall’ampia doccia presente nella camera. Inoltre davvero vicino al centro storico, raggiungibile a piedi in 5/10 minuti. Torneremo sicuramente!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Betreffend die Pandemie ist man sehr bemüht, alles richtig und gut zu machen! Das gibt Sicherheit und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sie sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider wurden die Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Grünanlage nicht gereinigt, so dass sie nicht zum Verweilen einluden.

Essendo un 4 stelle ci saremmo aspettati un servizio migliore. Una notte in una camera da 250€ e non c'era nessuna amenities da mangiare o da bere, neanche una bottiglia d'acqua offerta in camera. Nessuna attenzione al cliente che in un 4 stelle non accetto: nessun menù del frigo bar, non erano presenti alcolici e in dotazione c'erano 2 bicchieri di plastica. Nessun kit per preparazione del the. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere gli accappatoi di cui uno all'arrivo aveva la cintura spezzata e legata insieme da un nodo. Una nota positiva erano le pattine offerte e il kit in bagno, di ottima qualitá e tutto il necessario anche per il cucito. Il servizio di parcheggio e la colazione molto buoni
