This hotel was an excellent choice. We stayed for 4 nights during our trip to Istanbul and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are on a smaller side but very cozy. Everything, from the room, bathroom, lounge area and terrace were sparkling clean. The terrace has a beautiful view of the city if you want to have your drink and enjoy the view there. The staff were very polite, welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping ladies Firuza and Guli kept our room tidy and clean daily during our stay. The front desk personnel Said, Resul and another gentleman I forgot the name of were very friendly and gave us great recommendations on places to eat locally and we even booked a bosphorus cruise breakfast tour through them which was more affordable than other ones. The location is in the heart of Taksim where there’s night life and lots of shops, places to eat and explore. We took the metro and buses during our trip, which were a walking distance from the hotel. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again if I revisit Istanbul in the future.

I was scammed !! This place is a total disaster rooms are sooo small compared to pictures don’t be fooled !! No clothes wardrobe and it’s not soundproof I barely could sleep there !!! I’ve had the absolute worst stay here -three completely sleepless nights because the hotel turned off the AC in the entire building.

Because of this, we were forced to sleep with the balcony door open, which led to:
1.Constant street noise - cars honking, people shouting and partying all night.
2.Mosquitos everywhere - I woke up multiple times covered in bites, killing several every night.

This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I’ve stayed in many places around the world, and this is by far the worst. I’m extremely disappointed and exhausted.

To be fair, the staff are great - friendly and professional, but that doesn’t make up for such a basic comfort issue.

If you actually want to sleep at night, stay far away from this place.

Rooms are not soundproof as stated on Expedia and Hotels website. Stayed in room right in front of lift and you can hear the mechanical noise of the lift throughout the entire night as well as the two seperate doors opening and closing when the lift is used.

Party in adjoining room - noise was so loud.

Shouting from the street can be hear in the room also.

Reception called me at 2am on the second night stating that they can hear me on the phone.

I could also hear reception phone ringing from my room.

So soundproofing claim is completely false.

Very welcoming, Abdullah was excellent as was his English. Owner also friendly and helpful and willing to chat and explain some of the art on display.
Room was small but not cramped. Wifi worked well. Air conditioning worked well. Quiet street but very quick to Taksim square. Shower powerful and lots of hot water.
Roof terrace is a definite bonus with comfortable seating.

This was the first hotel that we stayed in during our Türkiye trip and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was cozy and clean and comfortable. The staff were very professional and friendly and were ready to assist at all times. When we checked out I forgot my iWatch in the room and Resole (the front desk attendant) caught up with our car to return my watch. I’m so very greatful for this above and beyond service. Wonderful property with classic contemporary style near Taksim Square. I had an amazing stay at Trinity Hotel Istanbul! Everything about the experience was excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly — a special shoutout to Abdullah, Rasul, Atta, Arsin, and Gooneh for making my stay feel like home.

The cleanliness of the hotel is truly top-notch, which is something I really value. The location couldn’t be better — right in Taksim, just off Istiklal Street, placing you at the heart of everything with easy access to transportation.

The air conditioning system was strong and reliable (which is rare to find in many places), and the beds were very comfortable. One of my favorite features was the rooftop terrace — the views of Istanbul from up there are simply breathtaking.

Overall, this is a hotel that really delivers on all fronts. I definitely recommend staying here — I’ll be back for sure!

The hotel was relatively clean and quiet, with a convenient location very close to Taksim Square. However, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially when compared to the level of hospitality we've received at other hotels in Istanbul.

There was no breakfast service provided, which was disappointing. The room itself was very small and lacked comfort in terms of both space and amenities. Additionally, we did not feel the warmth or attentiveness typically associated with Turkish hospitality.

On one occasion, due to the extremely hot weather, we kindly asked a housekeeping staff member for a small bottle of water. Rather than responding helpfully, they were skeptical and hesitant, appearing to argue amongst themselves about whether to give it to despite the obvious need. The issue was then unnecessarily escalated to the receptionist, who reacted unfavorably and told us, somewhat dismissively, “If you need anything, call reception directly.” This interaction left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as guests.

Furthermore, the in-room amenities were minimal. Only one small sachet of Nescafé per person was provided, with no milk or whitener available. The cups were disposable cardboard, which is not ideal for enjoying hot beverages and does not align with the standard expected of a quality hotel.

Overall, while the location was excellent, the lack of basic services, limited amenities, and poor approach to guest care significantly impacted our stay. We hop

Would highly recommend. New hotel all freshly painted and in a good condition. Perfect location. Literally a minute walk to the busy İstiklal Avenue. Rooms are nice. Small but with sufficient space. Very clean all over. Housekeeping was done well each day. There was hot water, WIFI, a fridge and some complimentary toiletries to name a few. Two bottles of water were provided each day and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff were beyond super friendly and helpful. Very nice. My room was too warm one night and the gentleman immediately came up to adjust the temperature so it was cooler as I struggled with the settings. I was out all the time. There is so much to do in Istanbul. This was the perfect place to come back to as it was safe, clean and in a very convenient location. Staff were always there to assist. Would recommend for sure.

The front desk person denied our vip package and he said that is from Expedia not us,we didn’t offer you anything.the room we got was smallest hotel room I ever stayed in my life,the elevator is super tiny.after midnight the front desk person and some drunk people started screaming and talking very loud in the lobby,I was waiting for them to finish the party but unfortunately lasted until 3:40am,overall this place was super noisy.I don’t know why they call this place a hotel?is very small and basic,the front desk person is very unhelpful.is only one person working in this place.my was very scared of drunk people in lobby after midnight. I don’t know how they got good reviews.we travel to turkey 3 times a year.this was the worst experience.we had to check out next day to go another hotel.

The hotel was in such a convenient location. The bathroom is very modern with an amazing shower!! The staff are so lovely and welcoming.
My partner got sick on the boat on our final night - as we came in the receptionist named Tager asked us how our day was, I explained the situation. A little while later, Tager called up to our room to ask if he was okay and if he needed anything. Tager kindly brought up some hot water and lemon. We are so grateful for his kindness - he is an asset to this hotel!

Very friendly and attentive staff, we had flight delay and they waited for us to check-in until 10 pm. The room is small but comfy. Our room was on the 6 floor so we had a view to the Orthodox Church (which was great!) on the top is a terrace where you can see everything around. It’s literally 2 min from Istiklal street where restaurants, bars and etc., are open until the morning. I will recommend this hotel for short stay and without kids.

The Hotel is in a great location, right at the top of Istiklal Cadesi (famous shopping street) and right next to Taksim Square.
The desk staff are friendly and helpful and helped us find a taxi when we needed it.
The room was tiny, a double bed and a mini fride with no space left around it, no storage etc. One window but with no voew so very dark. Bathroom was an okay size though.
However, we only ised it to shower and sleep so I wouldn't say this was a big issue. Cleaning was adequate and air con was fine.
One problem was that they only provided two small bottles of water which was never going to be enougj for 2 people in 24hours. When we requested more, they charged us for every single bottle. I would have expected at least one bug bottle of water per room before charging. I also asked for a plaster at reception where I thought a standard first aid kit would be, but they had nothing which was a little surprising.
The terrace upstairs os beautiful, you get a great view of the city amd we spent a pleasant evening up there with some Efes.
Overall, a good place to stay for a short stay.

The hotel is in the Taksim neighborhood at the top of the hill. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Many kitchy shops and eateries close by.
The rooms are small, but elegantly equipped. As with most hotels in this neighborhood the steps are narrow. They do have an elevator and air conditioning and a small bar.
If from America this experience is more of a bed and breakfast than hotel experience.
The price is very reasonable for the money, but expect to pay market rates plus for extras (laundry, alcohol, etc.)

Iam very disappointed about my stay in trinity Taksim hotel .
First of all the hotel was under renovation, painting near lift and everywhere , they never notify us about that , whenever i have to take the lift I become full of paint ,my clothes become very dirty white and i tried to wash it , it doesn’t go from it , I had to throw my clothes because it’s damaged at least they should write a peace of paper and notify the guest about that ) .
Phone in the room wasn’t working , no table in the room .
The receptionist Mohamed was very helpful and the lady natalie from house keeping was also amazing

Ghada

Room was clean, comfy beds, coffee and tea with kettle. Location was perfect close to transportation and Istiklal street, many restaurants around and shops. Bathroom and amenities were excellent. Staff was very helpful. Only negative is the tiny room. No closet to hang your clothes but they have hangers behind the door. Otherwise the hotel is in great condition they also have a roof top but I barely used because it was chilly.

Very convenient location just down the street from lots of shopping, food and short walk to Taksim square.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
