這次住了2晚，餐廳的部分真的很棒，不管是菜色或味道，另外這次住寵物房，飯店還有提供寵物食品和用品，真的很貼心，服務真的很棒。
美中不足的是因為疫情有些設施不開放，例如三溫暖等，一直都待在飯店，設施都玩過好幾輪反而有點無聊，建議可以利用週邊景點來個腳踏車導覧。

瑞穗溫泉的五星級飯店，來拜訪客戶，順便安排兩天的親子四人房型住宿行程，飯店服務非常的好，裝潢的設備及整體環境很像到了外國城堡景點，天氣非常好，美中不足的也許是疫情的關係，兩個晚餐和早餐的菜色都沒有太大的變化，所以若是有機會再來入住，希望飯店的餐飲部份可以再多變化，或是特色料理。

這次入住的是親子寵物房，住宿環境很好，只是在餐廳用餐時，寵物規定要放在大廳的櫃台，而且住房前的說明，並沒有寫\"必須\"(不是放在餐廳的櫃台;而且在城堡區時，還被放在一間無人的房間裡，這樣不是沒有人在看管嗎?讓人不放心)。如果飯店有設計寵物可進房入住，就應該要安排主人用餐時，也可將寵物放入提袋或提籠，放在主人旁邊，我們為什麼會選擇\"寵物進房的房型\"?目的就是希望可以都在一起。我們也入住過其他有接受寵物進房入住的飯店，會安排有攜帶寵物住客的用餐區。希望飯店可以針對此點作適當的調整，才不會讓客人覺得因此被排擠。

這種經驗 一次就夠了。
整體而言 建築很漂亮/房間很大之外, 其他都是一般般, 沒有很大的亮點。遊憩設施 玩水算多樣也OK, 小朋友玩很不錯, 其他能玩的並不多, 也不像廣告那麼多樣, 好玩。比較糟糕的是 餐點, 真的不像這價位飯店該有的水準, 早餐更是悲劇, 跟商旅差不多。總之, 這種經驗 一次就夠了。
