This Dushanbe hotel LOOKS new and has a good location. It's not far from the bustling main commercial street, lined with various shops. Reaching the central tourist area requires a taxi ride of about 15 minutes. The hotel rooms are large and include washing machines. Like other hotels in Tajikistan, there's no hot water kettles or coffee machines accessible in the rooms, presumably to keep the carpets clean. Guests must use the dining room for coffee and tea. Breakfast is very simple. The hotel staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

I would especially like to thank Alim, who went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly made my stay more enjoyable. Excellent service like this makes a big difference, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good stay for 3 nights. It is close to the airport, and there are actually a lot of services within a short walk. The streets are unlit and the pavement is not in the best condition but the area was perfectly walkable at all hours. Among the staff, Alim was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was also very kind. Less than perfect items: was told a driver would be waiting for us at the airport-- no driver so the hotel paid a taxi driver to bring us; the place is actually a Lot farther away from the center than it would seem. Traffic can be heavy, so the taxi ride into town can last 15-30 mins; the runners on the stairs are starting to come loose, creating a potential trip hazard; the duvet was Enormous!, much too hot and heavy for the current climate. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Our second time in this beautiful hotel that feels like home. This time we were 11 people providing pro bono dental care to the children. We had to leave by 6 AM everyday and we were provided with fresh breakfast at 5 AM everyday. The hospitality of this boutique hotel was phenomenal. Everyone in our team commented how it felt like a true home instead of a commercial establishment. As usual Matin, the young manager stole everyone's heart.

All around wonderful.

Located in a quiet neighborhood very close to a major road with resturants and shopping. The airport is closeby too. The room provided was spacious and like new. Very clean and the hotel managers were very kind and helpful. I had no worries as a solo traveler. Bonus: the hotel is run by excellent english speakers!

Best located hotel in Dushanbe

Just a short distance from the restaurants, shops and airport, this hotel has it all. An amazing oasis of genuine residential life cushions this highly tastefully designed hotel with spacious rooms away from the large boulevards. Beautiful fruit-tree lined roads with aqueducts surround the hotel, and the staff and services are excellent.

Just a world class experience from being collected at the airport, to the scale and quality of the facilities, to the proximity to everything that matters and most of all an expert insight into local culture and customs, topped off with a family feel. Most highly recommended to take the edge off any travellers exhaustion to recuperate. Tastefully decorated and delicious breakfasts to boot!

酒店员工热情好客，乐于助人。他们午夜时分热情地迎接我，甚至还帮我付了出租车费。当我发现自己把重要的摄影包落在出租车上时，他们立即联系了司机，尽管当时已是凌晨1点左右，他们还是让司机把摄影包送了回来。我真是太高兴了！值得高度赞扬他们。

酒店距离市中心不远，几乎去哪儿都很方便。酒店建筑很漂亮，周围环境安静祥和。房间宽敞舒适。我对这次入住非常满意。如果我今后有机会前往杜尚别，我一定会再次选择这家酒店。

The hotel staff are incredibly hospitable and helpful. They came out of the hotel and greeted me nicely at midnight and even paid the taxi bill for me. When I found out that I had forgotten my important photo bag in the taxi, they immediately contacted the taxi driver, even though it was about 1:00 in the morning, and had the driver bring my photo bag back to me. I was incredibly happy! They really deserve a huge compliment.

The hotel is not too far from the city center, and is close to almost everything. It is a beautiful building and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and nice. I feel absolutely satisfied during my stay. If I were to travel to Dushanbe again, I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main street, with shopping centers and restaurants in the neighborhood.Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and are well stocked with amenities and towels.There is no noise leakage from other rooms.Matin and other staffs are helpful and friendly and willing to help you during your stay.I would stay here again when I visit Tajikistan.

Hotel sympathique, qui ressemble plutôt à une guesthouse. Les jeunes hommes à la réception sont très accueillants et n'hésite pas à aider. La rue qui mène à l'hôtel n'est pas en bon état et les taxis ont parfois dunmal à trouver, mais en fait, ce n'est pas loin du centre! (Et à même pas 10 min de l'aéroport). Petit déjeuner tout à fait convenable et varié.
