Ok on a budget, but lower your expectations
As a university residence turned hotel-for-the-summer, I wasn't expecting great luxury. But the absence of room darkening curtains was a shock when the 3 a.m. sunrise shone right through my window. And wifi that only works in the lobby?! Please, no!

We had a large flat with separate kitchen and lounge area but strangely there were no pots and pans and we rang and asked for some crockery. The flat was in a back building, some distance from check-in but overall not a problem and the flat was more than satisfactory. Clean and very quiet except for a little traffic noise at times but nothing too serious. The breakfast was a huge spread with everything you could be hungry for. The hotel is very convenient to the market area, the station and the castle. A lovely town to visit.

Hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä ja keskeisellä paikalla. Vanhahko ja vähän kulunut hotelli. Miinuksena huono ilmanvaihto, koska ilmastointi/jäähdytys puuttui. Yö oli tosi tuskallista yrittää nukkua ikkuna auki, josta sitten liikenteen melu kuului sisälle voimakkaasti. Muuten onnistunut vierailu hotellissa.

Siisteys huoneessa ja hotellissa oli hyvällä tasolla. Tullessa aiheutti ihmetystä, kun kattovalaisinta ei ollut huoneessa, vain 2 pienempää valaisinta pöydillä. Ja ilmastoinnin puuttuminen vaikutti yöuniin, oli liian kuuma. Tuuletin oli kyllä huoneessa, vaan sen päällä oleminen ei kuumuuteen auttanut. Aamupala oli makoisa ja riittävä.

Hotellin paikka kaupungissa on erinomainen , mutta viihtyisyyttä pilasi se että huoneet ovat tukalan kuumia ja sen takia epämukavia koska ei ole minkäänlaisia viilennysvälineitä kuin pieni fan joka ei tuota kylmää, tästä johtuen joutuu pitämään ikkunaa auki ja kuinkas ollakkaan huone oli suoraan kadulle ja meteli sieltä huoneeseen todella suuri ja myöskin häiritsi nukkumista tukalan kuumuuden lisäksi. Muuten Hotelli on ok ja aamiainen erittäin hyvä.

Miten tämän kuntoisa huoneita voidaan myydä hotellihuoneina, eikö asiaan joku jo puutu?? Ei ilmastointia, todella tunkkainen ja vanha. Pieni yhden hengen huone, todella todella vaatimattomasti sisustettu. Asiakaspalvelussa illalla myöhään mennessäni virkailija alkoi kovaan ääneen huutelmaan että pitääkö tämä osoite paikkaansa... piti hänelle aisasta huomauttaa. Eikö henkilökunaanalla ole ymmärrystä että asiakkaan tiedot eivät ole julkisia. Aamulla lähtiessäni oli hyvin asiansa osaava ihminen tiskin takana, kiitos siitä. Huoneen kylpyhuone oli jätetty siivoamatta, lattialla karvoja ruhtinaallisesti, peili hammastahnaroiskeissa ja siinäkin roikkui jonkun hius. Kehittämisen varaa!
