The breakfast was great. They even played music while we were having, with my wife, our chilaquiles!!!!!! My room had a beautiful ocean view and a view of the northern side of Rosarito City. My only problem with the location of our room was the noise caused by the waves on the beach.The noise the ocean makes it’s very loud. I love how the ocean’s breeze makes the weather unique & wonderful in the city but I think the waves are way too noisy, that’s why we love San Felipe Beach instead. Sea of Cortez is sublime & perfect in every aspect.

There was no water when we arrived and a hour later when the water came up there was no hot water at all. The rooms conditions are poor and so is the entire Hotel. Will definitely not recommend specially paying what I paid for the 2 nights.

They told us that the ovean view room was not availble and that we would have to go to a double bed room with partial ocean view. This was an \"upgrade\" at no extra cost. (We didn't even need an extra bed).
Then we get to the room and there's no AC, no phone (which is weird), so we can't call them for anything and have to go downstairs to report any issue. Mind you we were at the 5th floor.
Also, the TV wasn't working either.
For what we paid, we didnt't expect the issues listed above.
The only good things were that the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the view was cool. Breakfast was included and starts at 8am. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and didn't get a chance to eat there.

this message is only for families coming to stay here. I avoid this hotel. If you’re coming by yourself, it is what it is. This hotel is utilized as a day labor hub. So you’re gonna get droves of a bused day labor workers with a little to no respect for families. If you bring kids who are young, there will be kept awake from all the disturbing noises coming from neighboring rooms. Again for a single person or a single person with a significant other, it’s great for budget. For families with children completely avoid.

To start we were upgraded to a room with AC. I can say that this hotel has amazing staff. Helpful and the customer service oriented of any upscale hotel!! The room was clean, not spotless but clean. The free breakfast was good. The only thing lacking is a good wash and polish on all the floors. For the price i would definitely say again!

Its was ok, not worth $80 for sure. Could barely see the ocean, we returned to the hotel around midnight and we wanted to shower. There was NO HOT water at all, ran the water for over 45 minutes and NOTHING! water was all over the floor since the curtain didn't protect enough(too short). The breakfast at their downstairs restaurant was awful!
My hubby eats really spicy food but the chilaquiles were UNEATABLE! He was blown away on how extremely spicy they were. They took a long time to serve us (and there were only maybe 3 other couples there, so we didn’t have time to order something different. Just very disappointing.

The hotel was good, the staff was friendly. The rooms were freezing and there was no heater. Check out takes a while. I got breakfast and notified staff so my room could be checked out. I finished and still waited 15-20 mins for check out and my deposit.

On Saturday we booked a night, waiting for about 2hrs to check in. When we walked to our room we realized someone was already in our room. We head to the lobby and they move us to a different floor/room. I had paid for an ocean view and a king bed. The new room had no view and two queen bed. The service at the restaurant was great. We really liked the free Mexican Style Breakfast. Chilaquiles are my wife’s favorite Mexican dish and that’s exactly what they were serving in the morning. 10 out 10 is my score for their breakfast. Fabulous service. They even served tepache at noon. We want to comeback as soon as we can. The good old US Of A is good but not as good as good as their neighbor South of the border as far as making real Mexican food; and that’s all I got to say about that!!!!!!!

I have told you once and I’m going to tell you again. The waves hitting the sand on the beach are too loud. I prefer a beach that is soundless. Perhaps in a beach where sound wouldn’t travel through the air and I wouldn’t had to listen to any sound. Something like a vacuum. It’s too much wave sound.

The corona plaza is always a good hotel although if a swimming pool is your fun then I suggest another hotel, in the winter their pool is freezing as well as the jacuzzi…. Other than that the service is splendid and they are very friendly and courteous, rooms are clean and the water is hot .

The hotel is downtown Rosarito in a convenient location to various restaurants & bars. The hotel went thru a lot of renovations. It is only 1 block away from the beach. The place is very clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful.

The staff blamed me for breaking a window and charged me for it but first they went back and forth between the managers one of the maintenance guys told me that he didn’t even know why they had put us in that room because the ac didn’t work and now I know why to blame me for the broken window.
