Lovely hotel to stay in, Ana was very friendly and welcoming and the pool is amazing! Only downsides for me was that the beds weren’t the comfiest, I could feel the springs in the mattress quite a bit so did have a sore back by the end but otherwise nothing to complain about with the rooms, very clean and nice otherwise. Also location is a little far from Old Town and I wish we’d stayed closer however, it’s quite easy to get into the town via bus or boat, just adds to the price overtime.

My kids and I spent a week here at apartment ana. I did not drive so used uber to get to and from old town Dubrovnik.

The hotel itself was beautiful, spectacular views, comfortable bed. We had what we needed in terms of a bedroom. I asked to borrow an iron, which Ana kindly lent me. Please note there is no hairdryer in the room. Aircon was great. Fridge in the room was good but was a little noisy at night. Bathroom was clean but outdated.

Pool was amazing, my kids spent hours in there. We checked out at 10am and Ana kindly let us stay until 2pm as we had an evening flight.

Nearest cashpoint about 15 min walk, please beware when using this. I withdrew money and it gave me €100 short. I have no had to dispute this with my bank.

Although this was a beautiful place, I would say if you are with children perhaps be mindful that the pool is for relaxing swims - more for adults I’d say. I was anxious that my children were too noisy. Upon arrival Ana asked us to keep noise down (my children hadn’t made a noise yet as we’d only been there for the night). It is a holiday so I didn’t want my children to be limited to the noise they made as children naturally laugh etc.

Also, there is no food at the hotel at all. We were able to order from a local takeaway some nights which was reasonably priced. Other than that we had to go to the supermarket or go to the restaurant by the beach. There are other restaurants in the area about 15/20 mins walk.

All in all our stay was lovely

Absolutely perfect, can't wait to return!

Absolutely cannot fault this amazing property, location and country!

From arrival to our spotless apartment, just mere steps from the spotless infinity pool, to waking up to the beautiful scenery, our experience was exceptional.

We stayed as a family of 3, in the (only) Deluxe Apartment for our weeks holiday. The apartment was super modern, spacious, had a well equied kitchen & two bathrooms (bonus!) as well as a beautiful veranda, all overlooking the coastline and pool.

Ana and her family were accommodating, helpful and even left a gorgeous basket of fresh produce, picked on the property for us to use (what a simple but special touch!). The pool even had a little hut with cold refreshments (payable) and additional small kids toys and sunscreen which was nice. It's family suited, but not family orientated which is perfect and still very, very peaceful. Additionally, there was a ping pong table out front that our 10yo enjoyed using.

We booked the 3 Island Tour and a seperate water taxi through the property. Both were good but we didn't realise the water taxi trip was included in the 3 Island trip already, so could have saved €30 (minor detail).

The bus stops are literally outside the property's door, so able to visit Dubrovnik and Cavtat with complete ease. There is also a lovely beach and Poseydon beach bar just 10 minutes walk downhill, but you still have to make the journey back up of course.

Cannot wait to return - thank you Ana and family for a great holiday!

had a lovely stay in Croatia. The place and its views are truly beautiful, and there was plenty of space to park the car without any issues. It’s a very peaceful and quiet location, perfect for relaxing.

Ana, the host, was extremely kind and helpful — she provided us with a kettle to boil water and a hairdryer upon request, which I really appreciated. I also liked that the trash was taken out of the room every day, which kept everything clean and comfortable.

There are some stunning beaches very close by, just a short walk or drive away.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The view from our balcony was incredible and it was not too far from the beach and a good walk every day to make up for all the delicious food and drink consumed! We will be back :)

its a family owned place. nice and quiet with a very nice infinity pool. rooms a little outdated. make sure you pack shampoo/soap and bring cash to pay for your stay because they don't rake credit cards. uper far from old town so i wouldnt suggest if that's what you want to see. if you have an early flight the next day and done with the sight seeing, then this is for you. its only 10 min from the airport

Where do I start the room where one of us was supposed to stay couldn't be open so Ana gave us another room which was dirty, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the bed was not made, we only have a very old sheet and a very thin duvet to stay warm, the hotel was supposed to have a pool but it empty and couldn't be use, total waste of money

Apartment Ana is a good place to stay with 20 minutes drive to Dubrovnik. Overall the place is clean, comfortable and pretty with a sea view. The toilet/bathroom could be renovated as is outdated and small but other than that the condition is good. The hosts Ana and her family is very welcoming and lovely.

Obviously the view is incredible! Every day we were in awe of the surrounding islands, the lights from Cavtat, the super yachts - breath taking!! The pool area is beautiful and well maintained - always a sunbed and umbrella available - but bring your own beach towels. Rooms are a bit dated, with basic brown carpet, but always clean with bins emptied, towels changed and toilet rolls provided every day. Be aware, their bath towels are TINY!! I needed 3 to cover my body mass!! Shower powerful and plenty of hot water. Beds comfy. A/C was great and our triple room, #31 had a huge balcony right at the end, so lovely for star gazing and towel hanging. Unfortunately during the summer months, Anna and her team don't provide breakfast, but a large fridge in the room allows the purchase of yogurts, milk etc. The restaurant on Plat beach does a great ham and cheese omelette for 7 euros though. There are 2 beaches to choose from - one large gravel beach in front of the restaurant or carry on to the right, up and over some stairs, and you'll reach a smaller pebbly beach with a pier. My teens preferred this one as they could rock jump and dive - better snorkelling. Warning - if you are infirm, unfit or lazy, hire a car. I counted 305 steps between our room and the seaside - only 10 mins down, but a tough 20 mins getting back up. Ana provided pick up and drop off to the airport for 20 euro's, but for Cavtat and Dubrovnik we just used Uber. Highly recommend Apartmani Ana and Plat!

The overall property is fine. Pretty basic but ok. Rooms were clean on arrival but then not touched until check out day.
The owner and most of his family were very helpful except for one lady that was constantly complaining about everything! Chatting, kids playing, swimming in the pool... Literally anything and everything was a problem for her!
For those reason I would not recommend this place.

We just stayed for one night on our arrival to dubrovnik but it was perfect for what we needed. Ana was lovely and really helpful answering all our questions! The apartment was clean and comfortable with gorgeous views (photo). There was a restaurant nearby 15 min walk which was great to get food. The pool was gorgeous 😍 We arrived by car and struggled to find where we could park up at first, you can park in the bus station/stop off the main road for free and come down the steps to the property (which we did since we were just there for the night) or can do down to property car park, I'd email Ana for the road to turn down if you want to do that and are just using Google maps

This place is a nice family run place. While the place is cash only, there is an atm right down the street. The room was clean. The view from the room and pool was amazing! The balcony breakfast was great. The beds could use an update, as they were not too comfortable. Also the bathrooms could use a facelift, but this property was overall worth the stay 10min from the airport.

Apartmani Ana offers a very unique stay away from the more crowded tourist places like Dubrovnik. It's great for unwinding and the multiple beaches nearby make for a great beach day. The swimming pool was almost always empty when we visited so when we used it we essentially had the pool to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and kind and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was amazing, the fruit was picked from the garden and although it was simple everything tasted so good, especially with the views of the beach. Definitely get the breakfast if you choose to stay here.

There's not that much to do in the area so I would only recommend staying here for 1 or 2 nights.

If you're in the area you need to eat at King Konoba. It's the best seafood restaurant I've ever been to, and it's a short walk from the property.

Quaint hotel in a quiet town

Ana is very nice, check in is quick and easy. The place is a bit farther from the sea than indicated on the map, but all is walkable (although on a hill) But it's closer to the main road (easy if you want to catch a bus)
The pool is also great, saltwater.
Rooms are a bit outdated and it could use a new mattress. But the view makes up for it and the breakfast that can be ordered separately and is brought to your balcony is so worth it.
Also ample free parking on-site.
I heard the local restaurant koboba king is fantastic.

Hotel Ana worked out perfect for the two nights we were in that part of Croatia. It was exactly as advertised. It has adequate private parking. The breakfast which Ana provides in the morning on the balcony was very good and well worth the extra money. Wifi was a bit weak but we didn't travel to Croatia for the internet. The view from the balcony was tremendous.

This hotel is outside of the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. Quite easy to get to town.
This is a family owned hotel, and the family is more than accommodating, and super friendly.
If they offer breakfast for a few extra euros, pay it. They deliver it to your balcony every morning. It's a wide array of cheeses, meats, fruit, drinks and bread.

Best of all worlds.

Wonderful quiet location away from the tourist crowds of Dubrovnik yet close enough to drive into city or catch bus from right outside apartment. There's also an option of taking a boat taxi to Dubrovnik old harbour from the jetty - but ask your host for details as he will have to call ahead to check boat will pick up. Last boat back is 11pm. Lovely beach just a 10 min walk down steps and back up to keep you fit! Worth booking shuttle to airport for E15 as airport bus doesn't stop in Plat. Perfect location for visit to Dubrovnik. Have already booked another night before early departure next week. Only 10 mins drive to airport.

A View to a Kill

A lovely warm welcome awaits as Ana and her lovely family really care for their guests. Despite arriving late morning, my room was ready and available for me as Ana was very keen to ensure that I had everything I needed to ensure my stay was enjoyable (which it was). The room was basic but well laid out and TV channels available for just about every nationality and language. The view from the balcony was amazing looking out to the bay and nearby islands. Breakfast on the balcony is such a lovely and relaxing start to the day. Plenty of space for hire car and a great regular bus service to Dubrovnik right outside the apartments meant this location was ideal for exploring the surroundings as well as being really close to Dubrovnik and all the sights that had to offer. A stay here is highly recommended.

We stayed here during a heatwave and appreciated the efficient air conditioning. The view out across the water is fabulous - the downside is a 7 minute walk downhill to the beach for a swim which means a very hot walk back up the hill after cooling off.
The hosts were wonderful in looking after us. They suggested a good place to go for dinner and got up at 5.30am to take us to the airport.

Pleasant surprise right by the airport

I booked this place very last minute before a flight out the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised. The host met me as I approached and took me to my room. The room was nice and spacious. The view over the sea with the sun rising in the morning was excellent. The best part though was the convenience; I doubt you can stay any closer to the airport.

The only drawback was that I was forced to pay in cash. Luckily I had it.

Travelling with friends, our two rooms shared a balcony, which Ana went to some trouble to open up. The view from the balcony was great. Rooms were a good size. Bathroom was small, but the shower was good strength. The taverna at the bottom of the hill served an excellent meal. Handy for Dubrovnik Airport.

No complaints at all... the owners were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and I had a great view of the sea from my balcony. Breakfast on the balcony was a nice touch. Wifi also worked well. It's a bit outside of town, though... there are a few restaurants in the neighborhood and it's a 10 minute walk to the beach, but be prepared for a $25-30 taxi ride into the center of Dubrovnik if you don't have your own car. Great place overall.

Great setting and friendly staff!

This hotel like most of the establishments in the area used to be a family home in the village of Plat. The setting is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms have a nice view of the mediterranean, and there are fruit trees all around. The owners awaited us with fresh fruit from the garden, while doing our paper work. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is free internet and free parking. You will be required to pay cash, once at the hotel as they don't have a credit card processing machine.

Conveniently located to the airport for an early f

You need to be aware that they only take payment in cash (Kunas, Euros, or $'s). In our room the shower was dysfunctional as the hose leading to the shower head was leaking badly. Shower water containment was a challenge but that was the case everywhere we lodged in Croatia. They provided a convenient way to get to the Dubrovnik Airport. Local detail mapping for eats and the beach access would be very helpful.
Our room was a bit crowded for 3 people, but doable for the price.

Very enjoyable stay near Dubrovnik

We enjoyed our stay @ apt Ana. The facility looks new. Everything works well. The slight drawback is the hard access to the beach but the view is lovely. All the family staff is helpful & friendly. Breakfast is a tad expensive but they brought it to your lovely balcony to enjoy. I would highly recommend as a good alternative to the even more expensive Dubrovnik.

the hotel is close to dbv airport which was important to us as we were arriving from the USA. The village of Plat is close to DBV but not crowded and overcrowded. We traveled by car to see the old city of DBV and were able to relax in Plat. This is what we wanted.

Gli asciugamani sono stati messi martedi al nostro arrivo e non piu cambiati.
Le pulizie giornaliere che era scritto venissero fatte tutti i giorni intendeva solo pulizia bagno senza riassettare i letti.

Nous avons passé 14 nuits dans ce logement, En famille un couple et un enfant, très belle vue des chambres et de la piscine, L' hergement est très bien situés, nous avions loué une auto mais les bus juste en face desservent tres bien les villes alentour. La chambre est correct, un peu vieillissant, mais l'extérieur rattrape tout, elle possède petit réfrigérateur qui permet De faire quelques repas sur le balcon, manque une bouilloire. Les plages proches sont tres belle et la restauration est possibles. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et discret. Nous avons passes de belle vacance reposantes a Plat. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Infinity Pool was perfect. Hotel was small and nice. All what you needed to relax. Very nice view from room. Aircondition was great at summer.
