The cleaning schedule leaves a lot to be desired if you are there than more than 2 nights. The breakfast staff was dripping sweat into the food. There wasn't much food available or very many choices. We never saw anyone at the front desk.

The room was not as clean as the last time we stayed at this Quality Inn. There is a sign in the elevator that states housekeeping is only on Mondays and Thurs. I highly recommend staying on the 4th (top) floor, we could hear the ppl above us walking at all hours. There was a baseball tournament going on, the hotel was packed with children running the halls and all trash cans were overflowing, no ice in the ice makers that are only on 2nd and 4th floors.
The fitness room has very outdated equipment, ellipticals make very loud clanking noises. I couldnt get 2 out of 4 treadmills to work, might bave even been3 out of 4.
There were questionable characters in their cars in the parking lot for hours, i saw them when left for a ceremony and they were still there hours later. There was a single black OJ simpson glove in the parking lot next to a car thats door was wide open for several hours.
Overall, we would not stay here again.

We booked due to a baseball tournament, and checked in 2 hours after check in time. Recieved our key and went to our room and it was not even ready yet. When we went down to talk to the front desk, she was rude and said \"nothing I can do, you will have to wait\".
We already had taken all our stuff out and went to our room and the beds were stripped/trash still in there and it wasnt cleanes, had we known before our room wasnt going to be ready for a while, we wouldve came back, but wasnt told anything. we understand things happen, but the front desk did not need to be disrespectful.

We wete just passing through, so a 1-night stay. Hotel was very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel shows a little wear, but kept up fairly well overall. Bed was very comfortable. If staying in Pratt again, I would certainly stay here!

Easy check-in, clean lobby/breakfast. We arrived early, but went right to sleep. In the morning, when we wanted to take our showers, the water in the tub did not work, at all. Front desk gave us a room 2 doors down to bathe. Very, very inconvenient, but at least a remedy. We could not turn the heat down in the room but it was comfortable, albeit hot. Room, hotel, personnel very nice. When we were checking out, I felt we should have compensation for the inconvenience; she said she could offer us nothing because we made the res through a third party. My husband is on oxygen, carries a lot of bags with hoses, etc. To change rooms, redress, to walk down the hall to bathe was a challenge, and very time consuming, as we were trying to get an early start, as we had a 12 hour drive to get home.

The room looks a bit run down. We have been staying at this hotel for years and this was the first time it didn’t feel the same. Carpet squares were not sticking to the floor, room smells musty, chair was partially broken, when moving the chair it would move the carpet squares underneath.

New girl at check in was snapped at by her supervisor when some type of error was made. The breakfast area was not staffed with food running out as well as utensils. Our room was not cleaned after our first night. We were told we had to ask that it be done. We will not return.

The lock didn't work on our door. Requested a room with a working lock. Person working came and checked to make sure the lock really didn't work. Deadbolt like lock still didn't work for him, but the flap to keep the door open did. Was told that would be fine to keep the door locked. Asked again for a room with a functioning lock. Was given key to a new room. The new room had dirty towels on the bathroom, and the bed did not appear to have been touched. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned. We requested our money back and went to another hotel. Had previously stayed when owned by flag point, quality inn was lacking in quality.

When i got there for check-in and after paid he asked if i had dog i said yesterday but when i booked didn't say anything about extra charges so i had pay 25.00 out of pocket cash for my dog. And got very dirty stained up room and was told these are our rooms for pet owners.and rug was coming up trip couple times they didn't not give me extra towels we stayed 2 days then he pointed we only do housekeeping on Tuesday they never cleaned our room we had to dump our trash. breakfast was like supper foods only had dry eggs polish sausage and potatoes with bell peppers and bread and waffle machine..very disappointed in our stay there for price i paid. Name on motel didn't match the app .

The front desk staff were very friendly. Check-in process was quick and easy. We had a kingsize bed that was super comfortable. Our room was clean. Nice shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits with sausage gravy, shredded cheese, waffles, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice and coffee. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This the 2nd time we have stayed at the property and this time the room we got was nasty (no other way to put it). Stains on the furniture and carpet, bathroom was dirty with long hairs stuck to the walls. The bedding was CLEAN so that was a plus!! I only to my shoes off to hop into bed and shower and would only touch the white sheets. The room just left an icky feel on you....needs a good cleaning and update!!! Never swam but the pool had a green tint to it. Next time I will pay more for a better hotel!

The property is on the downhill, looks visibly worn and in need of upgrading. Carpet in rooms for instance needs to be cleaned. Room was \"clean\" but felt damp and smelled moldy. It was hard to sleep because of the poor air quality and overall lack of air circulation.

Our room smelled like urine and the tile floor felt sticky and dirty. The bathroom light above the mirror was burned out, deadbolt didn’t work. The biscuits and gravy were cold and the scrambled eggs were watery mush. The lobby bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I don’t know how this place has a high rating because the desk people were unprofessional and wouldn’t even give me a partial credit

We checked in pretty late in the evening. When we got to our room we discovered our tv didn’t work. They offered for us to change rooms but it was late and didn’t feel like moving everything we had already unpacked until we tried the shower and 1 the drain didn’t drain and 2 we couldn’t get the water to shut off. So we agreed to switch rooms by the time we got into our new room and settled it was close to 1 am. The new room wasn’t much better. Carpet was gross and coming up in some places. They clearly do not do any maintenance to any rooms. The shelf was broken the microwave sat on and was being held off the bottom by towels. One of the elevators didn’t wasn’t working. None of the ice machines worked in the hotel and there was a sign saying they had ice in the kitchen so when I asked they said sorry we ran out!
This hotel is very deceiving! Looks great on the surface but then you get in and it’s one thing after another wrong! I included pictures from the first room we were in and the second. I told them I had a lot of food I needed to put in fridge as we were traveling for baseball and the 2nd room they put us in had a tiny fridge. When I told them I needed a bigger fridge they told me they only had one size fridge in the entire hotel which was not true. The first room had a bigger fridge. If they try to put you in room 404 don’t do it or 407. Like I said I do t think they do any maintenance!

You live and learn....

Checked in at 4 pm, no one at the desk so I waited...and waited. Got my room #, went to it, heard voices in the room, knocked on door, gentleman answered. He said he had another connecting room that they couldn't get into because it was locked from the inside. Had squatters in it. Gave them the room I was supposed to have. Back downstairs I went. SLOWEST and warmest elevators I've ever been in. Took a while but gave me a different room. It was ok, definitely nothing special. The bathroom faucet was a \"wall mount\" single handle with a shower arm out of the wall to the sink, threaded on both ends. I wish I had taken a picture instead of just snapchatting it. Laughable. All ice machines were broken, had to get ice from the downstairs kitchen if you wanted it. One elevator wouldn't work if you were on the third or fourth floor to go down, fine when going up. Did I mention how SLOW the elevators were?? It was ok for one night, bed was comfortable, whiskey was really good too....

People were stuck in elevator when we arrived. The room we reserved was not ready, as the adjoined room hacked in and locked the door from the inside. The host gave us a new room and told us it was clean, because she even helped clean it. When we got to the room, the maid was still cleaning it. A short time later the room was ready. The carpet squares were coming apart and there was one light bulb in the bathroom that worked. We told front desk about lights, and she told us the ballast was broken and owner has not had it repaired. After returning from supper, all of the light bulbs were replaced and obviously the ballast wasn't really broken. Later that evening, we heard a knock on the door. The hotel had given the room to another person. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Kind of difficult during a busy softball tournament going down from your room, when 1 out of the 2 elevators doesn't work going down, just up. Elevator bank area on 4th floor VERY humid. Air conditioner should be on higher, especially since there is a wait.

I have stayed here 5 times and every stay has progressively gotten worse. The rooms are all damaged. From ceiling to faucets and no one bothers fixing or renovating. My room this time had only scalding hot water as the temp control was broken. The room smelled fairly bad. The furniture was all damaged. The carpet is tiled and coming up at all corners. Nothing was in good condition. I ended up leaving at 2 am as I couldn't sleep there due to the smell and comfort.

The property is not maintained well. For one the luggage cart you couldn't push because the wheel bearing was gone. Our 1st room had the lamp half off the wall. The 2nd room didn't meet out standards either. We went to get ice and none of the ice machines in the facility worked. The good part of the facility was the manager refunded our stay and we went to another hotel. The hotel across the street was $10 more but was worth it in our opinion.

So surprised to find the room in such poor condition. Overall, the hotel seemed ok, but the room was just shy of gross. The floors and some of the furniture were badly stained and sticky. The shower was dirty with black dots on the base and there was buildup of grime in the shower door tracks and around the floor. We stayed a few years ago and it was really nice, clean, and well maintained…all while being a great value compared to other hotels. Now it’s just as expensive but the quality has really suffered.

I don’t know what the other places in town look like compared to this and why this place has such a high rating, but it is not great. The only great thing about this place was the lady that worked at the front desk. She was super amazing. My refrigerator was all frosted over and she helped me put my things in the refrigerator downstairs, but besides that I was completely grossed out to stay there it looked like they had not cleaned the place in over 10 years. I left really early the next morning just to get out of there.

Overall, a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and very nice. Our kids loved the pool. However, the hot water in the shower works extremely well, but couldn't get get it to cool down. And the bathroom was a little awkward. Would definitely stay here again.
