The price was low, which is what I was looking for. The room I was in was nothing like the pictures posted and felt run-down and dirty. They have ice machines but none of them work. Signs posted to get ice at main office, but they don't have any either. They have a coffee machine like the one posted in the pictures, but no coffee is being served. I only stayed one night and stayed about 9 hours total. I would probably come back again, but if my wife was with me, I don't think she would go for it.

It was a great layover place for us. Our sons live in Abq and we will in Chicago area. We usually drive straight thru but due to some medical issues this past year we needed to make out trip a two day one. 7 Boutique Hotel fit the need perfectly. We checked in with Amy at the front desk and also checked out with her the next morning. We would stay again and are pleased that they are family owned.

Only gave 1 star because I can't give 0. I wish I would have taken more pics. This place is NOTHING like it makes it out to be. Yes, it was a cheap stay but I don't even think I got what we paid for. We had a total of 3 rooms between us. One of them was smelly, one of them had roaches and none of them were CLEAN. The towels were stained. The non-smoking areas were DRENCHED in smoke. Hair in the tub, even the toilet paper holders were rusty and dirty! I was FULLY clothed when sleeping and didn't sleep too well. The room across the hall from me was ALWAYS partially open and there was trash sitting outside the room next to me for 2 days we were there. Nothing was clean! The woman at the front desk was not friendly. The ceilings above the cement filled pool were about to cave in and the non-working ice machines looks like a health hazard. I have NO idea how ANYONE gave this place more than one star. KEEP DRIVING! DO NOT STAY HERE! Not until they start charging a little more a night and put money into the property. I supposed they mean well? Comes off LAZY.

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no one available to check us in. I looked all over the hotel to find someone to check me in. I rang the bell several times and visited with another guest who said she hadn't seen anybody at the check in desk for over an hour. Finally, a lady comes out and is extremely rude because I had awakened her from her sleep to check me in. I have never been treated in a more unprofessional manner. Our hotel room had no hot water so we couldn't take a shower. The stool ran and ran and wouldn't stop. The microwave was dirty. We found a staple in the carpet and a red sequin on the sheets. The bathroom fan was very loud. We were told it was a non smoking hotel and yet there was a horrible odor from cigarette smoke. The towels were old and scratchy. Someone knocked on our door two different times and then ran away. There was no one available to talk to about this issue. The room appeared unkept and had a definite odor. We had difficulty sleeping because we were worried about the cleanliness of the room.

The hotel served its' purpose after being on the road for 10 hours. The front desk person came out in a tattered bathrobe and night clothes, but I did roll in after 10:40pm. She was polite and efficient. The center atrium smelled horrible as did the main lobby. The building has obviously had better days. I got into my room which was old and worn, slept in my clothes because I was afraid to take my luggage in with me for fear of cockroaches. If I wasn't so tired, I would have gone elsewhere. But, the heat worked and the water ran. I slept for about 4 hours before I had to be back on the road. I got what I paid for.

Very bad, you're first step very funky smell, the front desk looks like homeless and very bad attitude I registered and she only give me recipe no invoice, I went to the room I check the beds they no change, I see pubic hair, crumbs, some dirty spots on the sheets ( I forgot took pictures), the bath tub was dirty, by the sink, inside of microwave, they put some plastic cups with no plastic cover

Plus i dont think yhey ever check in the fridge because there was a half gallon milk that was like it turned into cottage cheese yuke. I will never stay in this disgusting place 😤 again. Staff was very helpful and courteous, family owned business, which is why I hate to give any type of bad review, my sister whom I was sharing the room with arrived before me, but since it was after 10 pm, (even though in their policy it says check in times ends at midnight) The front desk said we could either have our keys left with our other sister checking into another room, or she could \"leave them out\" for me? leave out where?
Also, carpet was dirty, kept getting little black rubbery pieces of something stuck to my feet, the hair dryer was broken (would add pic if I could it was literally broken by the coils and burned), no hot water in shower unless you let it run for quite some time, towels and wash clothes very thin and small, sink was newer but use with caution as the water splashes everywhere even when barely turned on...a/c barely cooled the room...fridge not very cold...price for one night was great, but not worth it...sorry :(
Could be a really nice place if updated and cleaned...

We booked 2 rooms. For the price it was ok.
Lobby had a strong smoke smell.
One room was pretty good, beds were not very comfortable and more than a few hairs in the bathroom.
Room two had a lot of hair in the bathroom and a bad smell.

A Quality BUDGET Hotel

This was definitely a “unique experience”. Our room was comfortable. Our check in was fast. And the price is unbeatable. But there’s also a little bit of “get what you pay for”. Ceilings were in disrepair in the bathroom. Efforts to mop the floor had been done, but still a pile of hair and dirt in the corner. Rooms smelled recently bleached and beds were comfortable (good) but marks on walls and outdated fixtures and features were hard to miss. Would definitely stay here again, just felt that some of the other reviews were a bit too generous.

The 7 Boutique Hotel is a perfect stay & the most economical & comfortable overnight you'll have. The general mgr & staff work very hard to ensure the rooms are the best they can be. The beds are comfortable & the linens are clean. Yes, this is a refurbished old hotel but don't let that stop you from a pleasant stay.

When I checked in she said that I should not have been able to book online. I understood why when I entered the room. It was obvious by the odor they had a sewage back up. When she went to check she said the room was fine but she was so wrong. As you can see in the pictures the bathtub was full of dirt and what looked like chunks of fecal matter. While there i killed 6 cockroaches, double checked all my bags to make sure none got into my stuff and i left.

I wish hotels.ca still had a number to call to request a refund and tell them this place should not be listed.

I was extremely unsatisfied with this hotel and location. There is no way it should have the rating it does. The security door from the parking lot was broken and didn’t lock. The first room they offered was dirty. I went to the desk, she offered another room. It was better, but not great. I chose not to stay because there was no way I would feel safe and comfortable there. The woman at the desk said she understood but there were no refunds. I chose to leave. I couldn’t stay there. I ended up staying a couple miles away in a bright, clean, safe hotel and was much happier for almost the same price. I hated spending the extra money, but for my peace of mind it was worth it!! If you choose to stay here, lower your expectations.

We have stayed at the 7 Boutique several times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We travel with our dog and there is plenty of area to walk safely.
When we travel we look for convenient and comfortable. This is a great fit.
