Yo reservé una habitación de 2 camas y cuando llegué me dieron de una matrimonial donde , obviamente,no cabíamos 2 hombres adultos. Me dijeron que ya no tenían de 2 camas en esa categoría y me querían cobrar la superior. Sólo reaccionaron cuando yo ya me marchaba del hotel. Revisen las reservas y, si no tienen lo reservado, pueden contactar al cliente, avisar y devolver el importe pagado o anticiparse con una solución sin llegar a que se enoje a las 7 de la tarde

La estancia en el hotel ha sido desastrosa desde el primer momento de la llegada:
1-Se reservó una habitación triple, pero llegado el momento no tenían cama supletoria y nos dieron dos habitaciones contiguas (bueno...un mal menor), la 303 y 304.
2-La puerta del garaje no funcionaba y no se podía entrar, hasta que la chica de recepción consiguió abrirla manualmente. La puerta tuvo que quedarse abierta toda la noche (aunque hay cámaras y el personal de recepción estaba pendiente no es lo suyo).
3-Las tarjetas de las habitaciones no funcionaban correctamente y para entrar en una habitación podías tardar 10 minutos en lograr abrir la puerta. En recepción nos cambiaron las tarjetas por la versión antigua, que curiosamente funcionaban correctamente.
4-En la habitación 304 no funcionaba el inodoro, con lo que no se podía utilizar. Nos cambiaron esta habitación por la 201 (en otra planta).
5-En la habitación 201 la climatización no funcionaba correctamente. El módulo de Mitsubishi se ponía en modo espera cuando activabas el calor.
6-Una toalla tenía cierta suciedad en un tramo de unos 3-4 cm.
7-Vinieron a reparar la puerta del garaje, pero cuando fuimos a salir no funcionaba de nuevo, con lo que la chica de recepción tuvo que abrirla manualmente de nuevo.
Lo destacable del hotel:
A) Comodidad y confort de las camas.
B) Iluminación.
C) El personal de recepción, tanto las chicas como el chico, que en todo momento hicieron lo que pudieron en medida de sus posibilidades (Gracias)
