Inn Athens is certainly a step above a lot of other hotels in the area. It’s in a perfect location, and had some of the most comfortable beds. Breakfast was a dream. The staff seemed a little less hospitable than I expected.

We loved our stay at InnAthens! The staff was amazing, so helpful and kind. The rooms are great (though the City View rooms can be noisy.) The complimentary breakfast was incredible. Plus, the location is perfect. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions such as the Acropolis. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Athens.

Friendly and informative check in, with the staffer helping we old folks with our suitcases up to the room. Large clean room. The room was booked at last minute (an earlier booking had been made for the next night) because our cruise ship had mechanical issues and we had to disembark a day early. So we actually had two check ins because our pre-booked room was different. The staff held our luggage then moved it into our second night room. This hotel is wonderful and we will cheerfully stay here again when we return to Athens.

Our stay at this hotel was a frustrating experience that soured our Athens vacation. Our \"Deluxe City View\" room sits directly across from a church. Starting at 7:30 AM on Sundays, bells ring every 30 minutes. The noise is loud enough to pierce through earplugs, making sleep impossible.
When we raised this, the front desk response was dismissive and lacked empathy. She argued that because we hadn't complained during a previous short stay (where we happened to check out early), the noise shouldn't be an issue now.
Their resolution process felt like a penalty. We were offered three bad options:
A downgrade to a smaller \"Classic\" room or a semi-ground floor \"Classic\" room.
Or pay a €30 per night upgrade to a Junior Suite --despite the room being listed online for less than our original rate for those exact dates. Only after a unnecessarily heated argument did they lower the fee to €20. We eventually paid the upgrade just to end the conflict, only to find the new room had a transparent bathroom door with zero privacy. We were so exhausted by the front desk’s gaslighting attitude that we skipped breakfast for three days just to avoid her specifically.
A hotel’s quality is defined by its problem-solving and hospitality. The front desk receptionist's attitude was rude and unprofessional, she turned what should have been a fun trip into a stressful ordeal.

Beautiful boutique hotel at prime location with easy access to metro, park, shops and restaurants. The room is very clean, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has huge selection of food. Highly recommended!

Restaurant & front staff were very friendly. Located on a quiet side street and the location was perfect for walking to Plaka, Psyrri and Monastiraki as well as to the Acropolis Museum.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. This was my 2nd visit this year. The hotel is conveniently located within the city. Close to the Syntagma station and round the corner from where the airport buses depart from. Lots of options available for eating and drinking. The Greek Parliament building and other tourist sites within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is very well decorated / maintained. The room allocated didn’t have a great deal of natural light but was a good size and very clean/ comfortable. The breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and professional. If I was returning to Athens I would stay at the hotel again. Thank you.

Staff was very friendly and anticipated my needs regarding transportation. Food was wonderful. Be careful if you have mobility limitations to make your needs clearly understood before booking a room. There is no access without stairs though staff are extremely helpful in providing assistance. The courtyard is a lovely feature.

I am sad we only had one night to stay at InnAthens. It is perfectly located near Syntagma Square and The Plaka for all the major history sites. After a 3 hour delay in our flight, spent on the aircraft, it was so nice to have a super comfortable bed in a scrupulously clean room to stay in. We received 2 glasses of wine in recognition of our status with OneKey (Expedia) and had a lovely chat with the bartender. The included breakfast was great, and we were able to store our luggage after checkout for a worry free tourist day in Athens. Will stay again if we have a need for an Athens hotel and would highly recommend.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made for a relaxing experience. The breakfast was a highlight—lovely in both quality and presentation, with vegan options available that were freshly made to order. We also loved the location, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.
That said, for the price point, a few improvements would make a big difference. The in-room blow dryers are outdated—they’re attached to the wall and require holding down a button continuously, which is inconvenient. Cleanliness could also be improved; while the room was generally tidy, it was noticeably dusty and lacked the pristine feel expected at this level.
Overall, it’s a very nice hotel in a great location with excellent breakfast options, but some attention to detail would truly elevate the guest experience.

The staff at InnAthens were extremely helpful & friendly. In particular, Maria (reception desk) was very professional & knowledgeable of the area which aided me in finding my way around Athens. The rooms were well appointed & the outside area was very nice & inviting. The breakfast was very good with a variety to choose from. Close to the Plaka area (10 minutes by foot) . My only complaint was that this property did not have a pool. Athens in August & early September can be unbearable.

Inn Athens is a gem! Stayed this past week and wish I vould have stayed longer. The staff is courteous and available 24/7. Rooms are clean and very comfortable with enough room for 2. Food was delicious. Our transportation yesterday morning to the airport was right on time and were sent off with a bagged snack since we left very early. I would recommend the Inn Athens mot only for the above but easy walkability to the village town and sites of interest.

it was a really clean, spacious modern style room with a refrigerator, nespresso machine, robes, slippers, and a safe. They have various types of rooms, I got the cheapest and it was half underground, but still pleasant. It looked out to the courtyard. If you want a better view you might need to upgrade. The hotel is right down the street from the metro and buses to the airport. Very convenient.

Well located near the acropolis, with plenty of dining/shopping options in the surrounding neighbourhoods. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, while the property itself was absolutely beautiful. We had to leave early the next day, and we didn't have a chance to enjoy breakfast; however, the staff prepared us with breakfast to go that included; fruit, juice, pastries and sandwiches. Thank you Inn Athens for an amazing (albeit short) stay.

This is a beautiful modern hotel with boutique charm. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is absolutely incredible. Anything you could want and they constantly bring out fresh and hot food. Great great great location. Walking to tons of restaurants, mini markets, squares, shopping. Etc. and a safe area too! Lovely hotel.

I did not liked the room I got. B5. I think I over paid for this room that had too many issues: No natural light except a small window to a poor looking yard. Bathroom was with issues. 1. no shelf to put your soap etc' in the shower. 2. the water drainage is not good.3.toyalet button (small amount) didn't work.4. sink faucet was loos. Room cabinet needs renovation.

Hotel organised transfer from ATH which was exceptional. Breakfast excellent in the courtyard. Single coffee machine occasionally the cause of a queue, but not for long. Our room (A6) only had one bedside table, the other was a jagged stone (albeit a very pretty one!).

We arrived early from our cruise and they held our bags while we explored the Plaka. The location to the Plaka is great - just a 10 min walk to lots of great shops and restaurants. The hotel was nice and quiet and the rooms spacious with an awesome shower and a very comfortable bed. Communication with the hotel was excellent. We had limited time in Athens and they provided tour recommendations for us and arranged our transportation to the airport for our group of 4. As we had an early flight to catch the next morning, they provided a breakfast go bag for us, which we really appreciated. Great 1 day stay in Athens following our cruise!

From flaky pastries to made-to-order eggs, fresh juices, and local cheeses, it was hands down one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Thoughtful, flavorful, and full of Greek charm.

Our room was massive by European standards. Clean, airy, and elegantly designed with minimalist touches that still felt warm and welcoming. The high ceilings and natural light made it feel like a chic apartment rather than a typical hotel room. We had more than enough space to unpack, relax, and truly settle in.
