No parking, you must walk with your luggage to the hotel a few blocks or so. We enjoyed our stay; the little balcony was great to sit at night. It was a little loud, there was a bar right underneath to the right and at night they would make noise, and you could hear loudly. But it was a good space and close to everything, that's the great part! There is a lady that comes by to collect the deposit and she was kind.

Location, location location! It's close to everything you want to see in town as well as close to the metro station. Everything is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from this place.

Instructions to get into room were easy to follow. We also received a call from owner the day of check-in. The room was very clean with plenty of space. V36 is in the heart of Plaka district. Tons of choices for shopping, eating or just a coffee. Walking distance to the majority of museums and tourist attractions, like Acropo9lis and surrounding ruins. Would highly recommend V36.

V36 is a short walk to the subway station and in the heart of Plaka, near the Acropolis, restaurants and shops. The location is perfect. We found Christos to be super helpful. The suite is modern and clean with all we needed. So convenient. Great value.

Beautiful place as pictured. The location is great and the junior suite we stayed in was well maintained and very clean. Quiet & safe area with many nearby food options & coffee shops. Close to lots of well known stores and about a 7 to 10 min walk to the Acropolis museum area and the happening Makryianni street. The wonderful owner allowed us to store luggage there before check-in so we could explore while we wait for the place to be ready. Our bed was a little hard, but the extra comforter they had available would've made it fine if we used as extra padding. I would suggest to add a couple of small face cloths in the bath and for the small step into the bathroom, maybe a watch your step tape or a motion light of some sort. Ceiling fan and AC here too. A light and bright unit with a lovely deck space. Expect to pay a small climate resiliance tax. (8 euro when we stayed there)

Much smaller than pics lead you to believe. Room is dirty, we had dust and hair everywhere. We were left old coffee and sugar. In fact, the sugar was marked as expired 2 years ago in 2023. The location was the only perk since it was a short walk to many sites. But the room was noisy with loud droning sounds throughout the day, and people talking and banging around in the hallways as early as 6. Came to find out staff started \"cleaning\" room then. It was super disturbing. Would not stay again. A friend booked down the street at another small apartment that was so much nicer and friendlier and we wish we had too.

Good location. Not well marked though as it is one floor in a commercial building. If it wasnt for other clients helping us out we would have never gotten into our room. There is no front desk but manager is pretty reponsive after you figure out communication. The cleaning lady was crazy. Room was clean, good amenities with fridge, microwave hotplate, etc. The view from the roof of the acropolis was amazing, especially at night.

Our junior balcony suite was perfect - very clean and well equipped with a microwave, espresso machine, and refrigerator. This is my second time staying at V36 Suites. It is a safe, clean, and modern venue. It is very convenient to Syntagma square, the Plaka district, and Metro and Bus lines. The staff that work there are amazing and welcoming.

Great location close to the town center and the acropolis. Pretty easy train ride from the airport and then a short walk to the apartment. Communication was good and it was convenient to leave our suitcase while we explored the last day. The only drawback was an extremely firm mattress. After a long day of walking, my hips were pretty sore trying to sleep on the hard bed.

10/10! Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a spacious accommodation walking distance to all the highlights in Athens. AC is cold. Shower is hot. Bed isn’t the most comfortable/soft mattress but it works for sleeping. Appreciated the streaming on our TV. Was nice to have a balcony to sit out on. They were kind enough to allow early check in AND late check out. The cleaning staff greeted us with a smile every morning.

The apartment building is in an excellent location - it's really close to Syntagma Square and to Plaka. There are lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment we stayed in was lovely and clean. It had a lovely big balcony where we sat out every morning and evening. Our host Christos was so friendly and helpful.
