The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We noticed that other people had birthday decorations on their door and since it was my mother’s birthday we asked if we could have that too. Our room was clean and organized. I like how they have handsoap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner station-very convenient.

We didnt have breakfast there.

Hot tub was warm but it kinda small for the amount of people were there using while we were.

My 3 yrs old loves and enjoy the swimming area and love the trampolines area.

We will come again.

The sir conditioner did not worked both nights. The first night maintenance came and the filter was so dirty it did not cool the room. The second night it just shut off at midnight and the room was not comfortable. Two nights no sleep. Front desk responded appropriately but I only got returned the resort fee for one of the nights. Not worth the cost of my stay.

My family and I have stayed twice now at your hotel. Both times we had the exact same room. Would have been nice to switch it up. Our bathroom was dirty and the heat did not work. We called down to the front desk to let them know but, no one came to check it out.
We do like staying the hotel, and the kids love the water park and action city as well. It just would have been nice to be in another room, clean bathroom or even a continental breakfast.

Had to switch rooms as AC was not working. AC in both rooms was so loud you couldn’t hear the TV or have a conversation without high volume. Water park is small and very limited hours during the week. Staff is friendly but does not offer any options for the inconvenience of moving rooms. Action city is not included with your stay and the hotel is expensive. Pillows are flat. Would not recommend.

We chose this hotel because of the waterpark, but after booking through Hotels.com, we received a call that the park would be closing at 5:00 on Sunday (this is not listed on the hotels.com website). My son cut his foot getting off of the lily pads. I asked for care and was told there were no medical personnel on site. The staff member called to help had no training, didn’t sanitize the wound, and didn’t know how to bandage it. Very unsafe for a family water park.

Took some getting used to the tin bases under the beds that we kept kicking when walking to the beds, but all in all, it was a good stay. We were there for 7 days. Room was humid.

Waterpark had strange hours/days that were closed/inconsistent hours. Kind of disappointed that they didn't have a pool or hot tub open generally, as there were many times my husband and I wanted to soak in the hot tub at the end of the day but couldn't because it was closed. Seems like a general amenity for a hotel stay.


For how expensive this place was, no breakfast included (I realized that was the case after we booked so my fault). Just surprising in this day and age that a $60/night hotel still has breakfast included. Assume they want to push you to pay extra and fine at their diner.


After a few days without our \"don't disturb\" hanger on and no housekeeping services completed, we had to ask the front desk everytime we wanted housekeeping. The first time they only made our beds and we had to specify moving forward to take the garbage out and give us new towels. That should be basic housekeeping: make the bed, take out the trash and give new towels???

For the cost, we won't be back. For a cheaper rate we could have free breakfast every morning, competent housekeeping and a hot tub/pool every day/night. Will be actively discouraging people from staying here as well; not worth your money.

This place is average. One elevator is not enough especially at checkout time. The beds are a cheap memory foam. We travelled with our 2 teenage daughters and none of the four of us slept well on the beds. The rooms could use some updating. We needed an extra blanket and it took two hours and 3 phone calls before they brought us one. The water park is nice. The water was warm but our eyes all burned after and hour of being in there. So just average. If you are looking for something nice, this isn’t it.

Convenient and positive experience

The room was clean with all expected amenities. A first floor room made it easy to get everywhere quickly. Very convenient. Loud kids running the halls, as expected.
The Chaos Water park was a good size for my 5 yr old who doesn't want anything too exciting. Not too crowded. Lots of lifeguards and the water was all shallow so it felt very safe. It wasn't like the bigger parks where you get whistled at for every little thing, and the hot tub was hot and for anyone over 5.

We really liked this place! The water park is included with your stay. They have a good amount of other activities, but they cost extra. Knickel and dime you a bit. Also no breakfast included

The room next to us was so loud actually shaking the bunk beds in our room from hitting wall called front desk at 10:30 pm they said talk to them this went on till midnight. It was my daughters birthday party and i had cranky kids in morning. Drove 3 hours for that! At front desk i was given 3 coupons for next stay which there won't be one. The city eats restaurant we ate breakfast at wasnt much better the table that came after us ordered after is was served before us. Very unhappy. We came here couple months before and ended up leaving day early said i would get refund i never did but now with this stay too i wouldnt suggest it. Kids bunk beds the blankets were dirty too.

Overpriced! The rooms are small and very dark. There's no continental breakfast or coffee maker in the rooms. There was a fridge but no freezer. Our pillows were very hard. We just happened to find a decomposing muffin under the A/C unit. However, the staff are pretty good. We won't stay here again, that's for certain.

The resort's attractions were great. The only down grade is that there seems to be no sound proofing in the rooms and hallways. People talking in the hallway sounded like they were yelling.

Great little stay for families!

Pretty nice stay; though a little dated, the room and common areas were all very clean and well stocked. The room actually had a real thermostat for the heat/air which was nice. Great toiletries and bathroom products to use. The waterpark was also perfect for our family and the age of our kids (ages 5 and 1), just enough to do for a couple hours and wear off some energy. Our only “complaint” is really just some noise — Lots of loud thumping from all sides from other people and the bed frames; our mattresses were fine, but the metal frame underneath was LOUD when bumped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for families with younger kids!

Water park was good besides a few things that needed simple cleaning. Lifeguards were very Helpful and attentive.

Our AC in our room needed maintenance twice. The shower head needed maintenance. Our room was noisy with the hallway noise and the freeway.

The arcade is fun but the amount of unsupervised children makes it very annoying. Simple security workers keeping kids from running and being rough would go a long way.

Very Hard Mattresses

The beds are awful. They are hard as a rock memory foam. Every time I moved the memory foam was like hard lumps. In the middle of the night I laid there and imagined I was on The Flintstones and I was sleeping on a rock. Also, the pillows were flat. My husband and I didn’t sleep at all. This has to be a common complaint. Never again.

Good bday trip

Birthday trip for my daughter. Staff were awesome and decorated the door during the night. Made her day! Rooms are very clean. Staff are friendly. The place is definitely geared more to younger kiddos.
