The most incredible stay! Located in the perfect spot for shopping, dining, and an amazing view of the acropolis. We got the top floor with the hot tub, absolutely the most romantic setting! Staff is wonderful, very clean, and chic! A true hidden gem!

I absolutely loved my stay at A77! The room was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. What truly sets this boutique hotel apart, though, are the special touches. The lavender sachet left in the room at night was such a charming and relaxing detail, and having breakfast served in the room was indulgent.

The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, which made the entire experience even more memorable.

The location couldn’t have been better. It is situated within walking distance of many amazing restaurants and attractions.

This is absolutely where I will stay again the next time I’m in Athens. Highly recommend!

Our stay at A77 Suites was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is elegant and beautifully designed, with so many thoughtful small touches everywhere that truly elevate the experience. We were welcomed with a refreshing cherry juice, which immediately made us feel at home.

Breakfast served in the room was a treat, and our suite featured a balcony with a partial Acropolis view—absolutely stunning. The location is ideal for exploring Athens, yet the hotel feels calm and exclusive.

Hospitality was truly on point—warm, attentive, and personal. An amazing stay from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Beautifully appointed boutique hotel

Our communication with Jenny prior to our arrival was excellent and in check-in she was more than helpful and accommodating. Our suite was beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the suite was a nice treat and delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend A77!

small boutique hotel in the heart of Plaka's ice cream, food, and tourist shops. A short walk to the heart of the city. Rooms are not suites but 30sm queen rooms that have been nicely decorated. Staff are all young and eager to help. Breakfast comes from outside supplier so is limited to pre ordering. Not a deluxe hotel; breakfast but depends on what you are accustomed to. Definitely not a 5 star hotel experience but with 5 star rates.

Perfect, Quaint Boutique Hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay, and wished we could have stayed longer. The main interior/lobby was amazing with the boutique. Our hostess/manager was very accommodating and friendly. All other staff were also very sweet and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and very filling the hotel was very clean and up-to-date with nice furnishings. We will definitely stay at A77 on our next trip to Athens. I highly recommend this gem!!!

Love the charm of this restored old home right at the heart of Plaka shopping, restaurants & sites. Constantina & Helena were so attentive, ordered my husband's medicine for us, and even gave us a few paracetamol from her own supply as we ran out for the night. Maria brought us waters and scrumptious breakfast. We were even upgraded to a better room. We'll definitely spread this gem of a hotel and make this our homebase when we're in Plaka.

The staff at breakfast as well as at reception were extremely kind and friendly and offered us some very useful recommendations! The rooms were pristinely cleaned and were freshly decorated, making us feel cozy and right at home! The food was delicious and we thoroughly appreciated the little extras (herbal tea, bath herbs) with the history made our stay even better! Better than anticipated. The shower was lovely, the staff was wonderful, and in a great area of the city. I was a solo traveler with severe jet lag so up before the sun and was able to take quick 1mile jogs up to the Parthenon for breathtaking sunrise views every morning, feeling safe doing so. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great night in Plaka

Small boutique Hotel located in excellent location, lots of restaurants and shops around, I haven’t seen this part of Athens, but this is the only area I would recommend for travelers to stay. The hotel is very clean, service is great, very friendly staff, we only staying here for one night, but if I come back to Athens i will definitely stay here again.

A77 was positively amazing. The rooftop room took our breath away. There could be no better view in Athens. We sat in the room’s rooftop hot tub watching the Parthenon light up for the evening. We ate breakfast on the room’s patio watching the city come to life. The service was wonderful.

Amazing find in Plaka area Athens

Amazing hotel in Plaka - beware of photos posted as thought was getting an acropolis view - but apparently what was booked was courtyard - but hotel moved us - had sanction with view of acropolis - hot tub - not so great having breakfast in room - but very small SLH - would recommend.

A77 is right in the heart of Plaka. You can walk to everything worth seeing and eating. There is even a little lane that is a shortcut to the Acropolis next to the hotel. The hotel is nice. The only drawback is that there is no dining room, so you have to eat breakfast in your room. Overall, I am more than satisfied.

Stay at A77 in Athens.

I am a frequent traveler and stay at hotels a lot. This one is an apartment hotel but i have to say that their staff was THE BEST (not one of the best - THE BEST) that i have ever come across.

The hotel itself is an apartment converted into a hotel - but it is nothing short of a 5 Star experience. The bathrooms are classy, the rooms were spacious, the linen was clean and it is right in the middle of a great marketplace.

Checks all the boxes. I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

Right in Plaka/ you spill out into the center of shops and restaurants. Was not noisy- we slept. Highly recommend if you want to be right in the middle of the action.
