Great location. About a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis. Lots of restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs which wasn’t a problem for us. Great breakfast food provided. Chistos was a very gracious and attentive host. Thank you Christos. Would recommend this hotel for staying in the Monastiriki area.

Our stay here in Athens was amazing! We were warmly welcomed by Christos after a long flight and cramped train ride. He did everything to make our stay nothing short of wonderful. He was very responsive and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Every major site is within comfortable walking distance. The space was very clean and cozy. The view was very nice even with it being partial. I would love to stay here again!

Wonderful host and great location in a quiet neighborhood. There are ALOT of stairs - but that was my fault , it clearly said stairs in the description. Very big room but somewhat small bathroom.
It was misleading that it comes with breakfast. It comes with bread eggs and ham to cook.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pandarosos Divine suites. The location is excellent, close to everything and very walkable. Our room was lovely, with everything that we needed. Beyond the wonderful amenities, Christos ensured that our week was perfect. He was very helpful during our stay and ensured that everything went smoothly during our holiday. We appreciated his help very much, we would highly recommend this location!

Breakfast is half fresh and half stale since it is set in the room and and what is not used is probably served to the next user. Staff of one is on call by text only, no desk or attendant, obviously no breakfast room or loung. It’s a narrow building that has been turned into 4 or 5 rooms on 2 floors, up a difficult staircase.

The photos of this place do not do it justice as it is a little gem in a perfect location. The room is spacious and wonderfully decorated. The host was very nice and gracious. He in contact with us the whole time for easy check in and check out and anything else we could ever need. The included breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed it out on the balcony for a real European feel. AC worked very well and the area was quiet at night. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Would book again and highly recommend that you do.

We had a great stay! Christos was so attentive from start to finish, always bringing fresh fruit and wine to the room. We had no issues during our stay and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room as well as the very convenient location. Somehow it's right in the middle of everything but still very quiet at night (the shops below close before late). I definitely recommend!

Best staff equals best stay

Christos really made the trip. He kept us well informed and welcomed us as if we were his family. He brought us a bottle of wine everyday and fresh towels and food. We had so much food available in the room we didn’t even need to eat out. He reached out a couple days prior so we knew what we were getting ourself into. He was also very helpful recommending places to eat and visit. Thank you Christos we will be back to stay specifically because of you. Hadn’t planned on coming back to Athens anytime soon, but now we want to come back to stay with you.

Absolutely stay here!

The location is amazing! Walkout and you are in the heart of Plaka/monostiraki. Getting around as so easy. Also brilliant to take the metro from the airport or port (1.2 euros, instead of a 50$ taxi/uber). Being so central was so great to come back in the heat of the day to have an AC break. The breakfast in the room is plentiful and generously refilled each day so never without food accessible. Comfortable bed (North American queen size) and always clean. They also have the thickest nicest toilet paper I have used. Only draw back is we were on the second floor and no stairs. However the staff are amazing and helped carry luggage. We had our luggage delayed and with no front desk I was really worried about getting but again the staff was out of this world helpful and gave us their cells and they coordinated with the airport directly to get the luggage and bring it to our room. There was a bottle of wine and slippers on arrival with the usual bathroom amenities(which with no luggage was appreciated!) Absolutely recommend (if you can do stairs)!

Well located in Plaka. The host, Kristos, was very accommodating and did everything he could to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. He continually responded graciously to our requests.The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom and shower were well up to standards. I would describe Pandrossa Suites as more or less a cross between a tiny (4 guest rooms, I think) and an Airbnb. Unlike an Airbnb, there is daily room cleaning and Kristos provides daily water bottles and food for breakfast (cereal/granola, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, snacks, etc.).

Pandrossa Suites is well located within Plaka. The terrace was fine as far as outdoor space, but the view from our terrace was directly across from an ugly, nondescript building. If you care about view, you should ask about it before you book.

Wonderful stay here for a few nights during our stay in Athens. Location is absolutely perfect...near all the important sites. The host went out of his way to communicate with us....pleasure to deal with. Rooms clean and well supplied for the entire stay.

First time visiting Athens and loved staying this hotel. All historic site are walking distance as well as shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend for tourists. Just don't put your wallet on backpack on crowded street. I stopped a woman tried open zipper with 2 men behind.

We had a great stay. Perfect situated studio with a great terrace and a nice view on the Acropolis.
Everything is available.
Pity the toilet seat was not very stable.
But the services of Christos are incredible. Always willing to help, provide advies and be there in case it's needed.
If we come back to Athens one dat, we Will book the studio again!

Small Boutique Hotel, Large on Appeal

My stay was brief, due to my passport and credit cards being pickpocketed on the metro. The hotel is charming and tastefully done. Christos is wonderful and always available for information and advice. The location is great, close to major attractions and surrounded by restaurants and shopping.

Pandrosos Divine Suites is in the heart of Plaka. Elias and his staff was friendly and accommodating and safely storing our luggage’s while our room was being cleaned. They also checked us in early, which is good because we needed to rest from our long flight and scheduled an excursion later that afternoon. We were walking distance from all site to see.

The self-served breakfast in the morning was just fine for us. Hard boiled eggs, toast, coffee Americano, cappuccino, expresso, fresh fruit, and jams. The A/C worked fine and it was 95 degree plus outside.

I would booked them again.

Room was clean and comfortable, but I was not aware that there is no elevator. Our room was at the 3rd floor, and we had to climb 67 stairs to get up there. Christos who let us in, carried our large suitcases up… but at check out we had to carry them down yourselves. You also have to make your own breakfast with the items that are provided fresh daily.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful but without injecting themselves into your vacation. They accommodated our varied wakeup times for cleaning the suite daily, stock many different options for breakfast, coffee etc each day and leave the place spotless.

The location is a 10/10 for walking around Plaka, the Acropolis and area sites and even the stadium and museum. All doable for those in fairly average physical shape. We did all with a 9 year old and 4 year old who has random bouts of laziness. No sweat.

The only drawback is the lack of a front desk (but again is great if you like to do your own thing) and check in. They go out of their way with a personalized video instruction, but I just feel like there could be a more simple method. Get around that, and this place is truly great.

Perfect location and super easy to get around all major sites by walking. Room was clean, but some parts of walls (in bathroom) should be repainted (faded and scuffed up by use over time). The terrace is awesome. Two things that are odd -- 1) there should be better communication regarding check in in advance and 2) \"breakfast included\" -- the breakfast was some fruit, cheese and stale bread which is a nice thought and more like snacks, and not really your typical hotel \"breakfast included\" expectations.
The host was very nice and recommended many dining options nearby.
Overall very good experience.

We stayed 2 nights at this property before boarding a cruise ship. It was perfect.

Christos, the property manager was a perfect host. He offered suggestions for everything from dining to where to print documents to finding an extra plug converter.
Beware that there are many stairs to get to the room with no elevator. Christos carried our bags ;)

The accommodations were comfortable and clean.

The door to the property is between two stores on a pedestrian only street in the Monastiraki street market. The square and the Metro is a 2 minute walk away and contains many restaurants and roof top bars. Have a drink at one of the roof top bars while looking at sunset over the Parthenon!

The busy shopping district is bustling but not terribly noisy during the day and it is quiet at night. No need for a car. Steps away from Ermou street with everything from Starbucks, souvenir shops, restaurants, and retail stores like Zara, H and M and Sephora.
Would definitely stay there again for a short jaunt in the city.

Christo was very accommodating. Difficult to find. The door to the place is on a pedestrian walkway. No elevator or front desk. He rents out 4 \"suites\". Very clean. Door to bathroom was off the tracks. Easy walk to shops and Acropolis. Very close to Metro. Taxi dropped us off near the place and we wandered around to find it. Plenty of food provided by the host. You could eat both breakfast and lunch there. If you need a front desk, then stay at the Dollia or the hotel Plaka. If not, this is a great choice.

Such a perfect place for a short stay in Athens. In the heart of the shopping district and walkable to all the best sites for a two day visit. It is so close to the metro - easy access to and from the Airport.
The building has only four rooms and is so quiet - perfect for sleeping. Our room also had a huge outdoor terrace. Christos met us at the location and showed us the room and the amazing snacks and breakfast food stocked in the little kitchen area. He does a great job looking after the hotel. I highly recommend this place for a visit to Athens.

The perfect way to experience classical Athens

This was an amazing little experience in the heart of Athens. We were greeted by Christos after hours with a wonderfully prepared assortment of pastries, fruit, milk, eggs, and sweets for our breakfast the following morning. A bottle of wine was left for us also to celebrate our time in Athens. The room had a charming classic quality to it in the heart of Monastiraki, just walking distance from restaurants, cafes and the Greek Agora. A fabulous experience overall. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay at Pandrosos Divine Suites

Pandrosos Suites was fantastic. We arrived at 10am from a cruise and were worried about storing our luggage. A quick phone call and 10 min later our luggage was stored in the secure stairwell. The suites are in a great location near shopping, food, and historical sites. After several hours of walking around we were quite tired and the Suite was a fantastic place to recover. Good AC, LOTS of room, plenty of snacks, fruit, water, juice (even a bottle of wine on the bed). We were totally refreshed a read to go out again that night.

We celebrated our anniversary with a trip to Greece and we are so glad that we selected to stay at Pandrosos while we were in Athens! It was as if they knew we were celebrating - our room was fully stocked with treats, breakfast and drinks. Two robes, slippers and drinks were left for us and there were so many wonderful personal touches. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony, with views of the Acropolis in the distance. The location was fantastic - steps from everything, but the great thing was that at night - it was peacefully quiet. We can not say enough great things about Christos! He was there to greet and welcome us and was the kindest host. He went far and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. Efcharistó!!
