Great location. 5 minutes walk from the metro and hop on and off bus. This is a smart hotel. Very up to date. Breakfast has lots to choose from and fresh squeezed orange juice. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel in the centre of the action. Walking distance to great bars, restaurants and of course, the Acropolis. Staff are friendly and helpful. I got the train direct from the Airport for €9 and it's only a four min walk from the train station. I was flying very early so got a taxi back to the airport which the hotel pre-booked for me. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room app is worth downloading too so you can easily control settings.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in with easy. Staff was very helpful. We had an issue with a safe. They came up to the room. They fixed it within a few hours. Very clean and woke up property. Very centrally located and a very good spot to stay.

Nice single room — the bed is small but the room is spacious (with a super high ceiling!) As all the reviews say, the staff are lovely (and efficient.)
One piece of feedback (not a complaint) - it would be nice to have a surface somewhere to keep some stuff. The desk (useful, with a great lamp) had various bits on it already (welcome drink and snack were a really nice touch), and there isn’t too much extra space around the sink so I struggled to find somewhere to keep a few bits out. I’m not a light packer so maybe other solo travellers didn’t notice. Also appreciated the many wooden hangers — plenty for one person.

Our stay was wonderful. Comfortable room excellent location wonderful staff. They even arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and they did not fail us like an unnamed hotel in Rome did with a promise of a driver would definitely recommend can walk to all of the great locations in Athens.

This is a fun super modern hotel right in the middle of a great shopping and eating area. Very different withall the smart switches, and the included breakfast is fantastic.
What I loved the most was the shower. Best rain shower ever after a long day of travel.
Definitely would stay here again.

This hotel has an amazing kind and friendly staff. Wheather its reception or a lady at the breakfast, just great! My room had a wonderful comfy mattress and the best rainfall shower I've ever tried in my life! Finally a proper watter pressure, it felt like jacuzzi jet. Breakfast had great selection of foods, location is so central
I would come back in a heart beat!

Perfect location, spacious room (junior suite), very modern clean line design, super nice and helpful service from all front desk staff. We had pre-requests as we came to celebrate one's birthday and all were beautifully organised. The welcoming was lovely with personal staff explaining the rooms smart option. The luggage was taken to the room by the staff without us asking (the room wasn't ready on early arrival check-in time). And with all of that, the sofa bed wasn't compatible- there wasn't anything to hold the middle section when it's open and the body didn't find it's ease supporting spots and was bit unfun to wake up like this. The room lights went off suddenly few times (funny situations) but we just pressed them again. The shower was great, but the rain shower head need more maintenance as its was partly sealed, squirting in different directions and the stream was little stronger than usual, probably due to pressure from water outlets that were not clean of limescale.

I had a lovely stay at Hellenic Vibes Smart Hotel. Fabulous room (Hellenic Vibes Suite). Very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the treats were a lovely touch. Good choice of food for the tasty breakfast.
All the members of staff I encountered, reception and restaurant, were courteous, professional and friendly.
I only wish my ferry hadn't been 7 hours late arriving so that I could have had a longer stay!

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very nicely laid out. Even though we were on the first floor next to a busy road, we were not bothered by the noise. The breakfast was high quality and with a lot of good choices. The location was terrific, close many sites and with restaurants in every price range near by. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location could NOT be better. Amazingly walkable, close to almost everything, restaurants, bars, ancient ruins, sites, the metro, it was literally so easy to get around. We booked the Executive Acropolis view, and it was AMAZING! AMAZING! The staff were friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything. The room and en-suite were clean and had whatever we could ask for. The bed was very comfortable. We did not partake in breakfast, instead opting to go to one of the many restaurants around. The ONLY thing I could be critical of was the HVAC system was not working well and it did take the staff a couple days to get it worked out. This was not a huge deal as we went when the weather was mild, but in the summer, it would’ve been miserable. However I do not believe this is a common occurrence, as the hotel is modern, and as I said, the staff did work to get it sorted ASAP. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Highly recommend! Friendly staff, nice rooms, and super location. The only only thing to watch out for is the door handle. If you grab the outside and push it will crush your fingers. I almost broke my finger accidentally.

If you avoid that mistake with the door, the hotel Is pretty flawless

Very close to restaurants and walkable to all attractions included museum, acropolis, ancient agora. Do not drive in this area and don't rent a car, parking is terrible. The breakfast got great reviews but I thought it was just okay, the best thing they had was fresh orange juice but the next days there they added ice to make it cold and ended up watering it down too much. Guys put it in a refrigerator, don't add ice, Id rather drink it room temperature than watered down

This hotel is walking distance to pretty much everything in Athens related to the ruins but also close to food and shopping and public transportation! The SMART hotel is a clever concept but there were definitely some technical glitches. Otherwise, the room was spectacular and the service was great as well.

Great location for tourists. However, the room was edgy, modern. Only hardwood, strong lighting. No drawers. Awful lighting and setup in bathroom, tho shower was great. A lot of noise from outside until 3 am. Breakfast was good Greek with almost no options for American or English. Staff was pleasant but not proactive in any way. E.g. street and surrounding street’s were closed all weekend. We only found out about it when we asked about a cab to airport Sunday morning. We had to drag our luggage about 2/3 mile uphill to an area to get a cab. Staff didn’t offer to have someone assist us to get our luggage up the hill. Just pointed us in the right direction. (We are fit but in our late 70s.) Pretty disgraceful.

Hellenic Vibes is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The gentlemen at the front desk were friendly and incredibly professional. They arranged rides for us and even made breakfast boxes for us since we were leaving early in the morning. The rooms are amazing and incredible clean. We stayed there for the first and last nights of our 10 day trip in Greece. Not only did they remember us when we arrived back, they also gifted us with a bottle of wine to celebrate the end of our vacation. Stay here when in Athens.

The hotel is located in the downtown area and is very convenient for public transportation. They provided everything we needed, including a toothbrush, shaving kit, tea kettle, and other accessories. They also offer buffet options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I tried the breakfast buffet, many items were fresh and tasty. I’d recommend it if you don’t have another place in mind. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay.

Hellenic Vibes presents itself with style, and certain aspects of the stay reflect that ambition. The room, while adequate, was comfortable, and the bathroom was truly superb — impeccably maintained, elegantly finished, and a pleasure to use. The electronically controlled A/C, lighting, and other features add a touch of technological sophistication and a sense of security. However, the inability to regulate the water pressure was unexpected and, frankly, surprising for a property positioned at the 5-star level.

Breakfast offered variety, yet the execution fell short of the standard implied. The quality of certain items, particularly the breads, left room for improvement — they lacked freshness, a detail that makes a significant difference in a luxury setting.

With its strengths in cleanliness, design, and modern amenities, Hellenic Vibes has the foundation for an exceptional guest experience. Addressing the finer details — especially in breakfast quality and amenities — would elevate it to truly fulfill its 5-star promise.

In a great location close to Metro, Acropolis & the Plaka. Well appointed modern rooms Were welcomed with a hand written note, snacks & drinks. Given early arrival & late check out at no extra cost. On early arrival our luggage was moved to room as soon as it was avaliable. Friendly helpful staff. Great choice of good quality food at breakfast.

This hotel was upgraded 3 yrs back. The room was very nice and 5 star high tech. Includes breakfast. The staff is great and very helpful. The location is awesome, only 3 mins walk from Metro station on purple line that connects to Athens airport. So using metro was a breeze and costed only $9. Its location is at the happening place in Athens, Monastiraki Square, Close to the Acropolis
Just a few minutes walk from/to Plaka. So many restaurants and eating places 2 mins away. Had a wonderful stay and very happy. Highly recommend.

Great location, good breakfast and great service at the restaurant. Front desk was not as helpful , been in the industry since 1976 and first time we hear a NO for our request of 1 hour or 30 minutes extra at check out since they have it at 11 am, my husband has skin cancer and we had to wait 1 hour and a 1/2 before we were able to go , at the lobby!! All the rooms get empty and I know the don’t do all the rooms at the same time!! So to help us wax possible but they didn’t care!! Told us the guest for that room were there but check in is at 3pm!! Hope they never encounter this altitude in another hotel when they travel and we the circumstances we have!!
