I had such a great stay here! I mostly interacted with the guy on night shift who was very kind but all the staff in passing were so friendly and very helpful during my stay. The room itself was very spacious and extremely clean. I liked that the large sofa also doubled as an extra bed and the rainfall shower head was also very nice after walking all day. The location is also perfect, I felt very safe as a solo female traveler going in and out at all hours of the day and many sights/restaurant's are within a walkable distance (Monastiraki 4 min, Plaka 12 min) I will definitely be staying here again when I return!

This was the *perfect* location; only slightly off the main drag of Monastiraki, this hotel was clean, modern, and located near some of the best food and coffee you'll find in all of Athens. Our stay came with complimentary delightful breakfast at La Pizzetta just down the street, which was also wonderful. Highly recommend!

The facility is clean and basic, but the shower is outdated and lacks a rack for shampoo, or loofahs. The worst part of the room is the lighting situation: you can’t dim the lights or have only one or two on. It’s either all lights on or all out.

This is a little gem in a nice neighborhood in Athens. It’s a convenient walk to shops and restaurants in Monastiraki. Our room was large enough to accommodate 4 and was clean with a beautiful modern large bathroom. The rainfall showerhead was awesome!! They provide water and a bottle of wine in a refrigerator. Tiny elevator with room for 2 but we managed! The best thing is the superstar employees! Maria greeted us with a warm smile and helped us get all of our luggage up to the room (remember, tiny elevator!!) 😛 We walked a few minutes to breakfast at a little pizzeria that had the most delicious selections of croissants, eggs, and fabulous coffee. Then there is Nikos- a fine gentleman who accommodated our need for ice by running over to the pizzeria to bring us 4 cups of ice …twice!! Then he asked us if we will be able to get breakfast when we checked out. We could not, it was too early. So once again, he goes to the pizzeria and brings us back pizza for our morning breakfast. Who among us has never eaten pizza for breakfast? Well, it was the thought that counts!! Then to top it all off, when I got home, he let me know they had found a ring in the room that he was willing to return to us. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay again if I’m ever in Athens!!! Thank you, Maria and Nikos!!

The hotel itself was good in terms of comfort. The location was really great in terms of proximity to the acropolis but the overall neighbourhood felt unsafe with excessive graffiti ( not sure is this is normal for Athens). The breakfast was not good so won’t recommend (I ended up eating at other places instead of having breakfast offered by the hotel as it was located separately from the hotel with basic options even though it was paid for). Close to public transport and food options. I think if you are looking for location this hotel works.

Nikos went above and beyond by recommending great places to eat, tourist sites to visit, and even helped us plan our time in the area. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage for a few days while we traveled to a neighboring country, which was incredibly convenient and appreciated.
The cleaning lady was also a sweetheart — always friendly and did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and comfortable.
Overall, the customer service here was top-notch, and we truly felt at home.

We stayed in their Premium Penthouse for 4 nights and had a great stay. To be really honest, I originally hesitated a little because I was not sure if this was a hotel or an apartment. We wanted a hotel with a concierge service because it was our first time to be in Greece. We decided to stay here because people favorably commented on their staff, room cleanliness and great location. I especially liked the way they responded to negative comments (although there weren't many to begin with). The front office team (Maria, Nikos and Stathis) was just wonderful. They may not be available for 24 hours (something like 8 or 9 am to 11 pm) but they are very helpful, responsive and kind. They were very responsive prior to our stay and they arranged a driver from the airport to the hotel in advance. It may have been slightly more expensive than Uber but the driver was very professional and we felt safe. They also arranged tours for us. When my wife got sick, they went extra miles to helped us multiple times to reschedule our tours (thank you!). I should say that you should not expect a large front desk when you check in, though. It was literally a desk.

This location is very convenient to major tourist destinations. Staff is very available and personable with guests. Aesthetics of the walk in lobby and stairs are rather bare -bone, but nevertheless functional. The rooms are a bit tight for families, but would work well for smaller groups. WiFi is fast.

Still Athens is perfect in every way. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the receptionist with a smile. He made every effort to have our room ready by 1. We left our bags with them around 10am and went to walk around. We got back at 12 and our bags were in the room. We met three different staff… all exceptional. We met the lady owner and her son… also very friendly and exceptional. We were two couples and shared the penthouse room-501 on May 30,31 and checked out on June1st. The room was perfect with two balconies. One room had a queen bed with its own balcony and door. The other was like a studio style with its own balcony. It was a great deal for the location that was so convenient to everything. We walked to Acropolis which took us 18 minutes. We are older so we walked at a slower pace.

Since I left early before breakfast time for two days, I got breakfast delivered to my room the day before for my convenience! Also, the hotel in a very convenient location for visitors.

Great contact prior to our stay; how to get there, they ordered a car for us to come from the airport, good communication how to check in after hours. The room was so spacious and comfortable. We really liked the area, it was near shopping, sites we wanted to see and could walk to, metro station wasn't far away and proved to be convenient. The central market wasn't too far away and fun to see. Restaurants all around. People at the reception area were always very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is located very near everything. The room was very cozy and super clean. Noise was the only thing that bothered us a bit because we went with our kids and we didn´t go out at night so you can hear people partying until very late at night and at the same time the city wakes up very early in the morning, so there is noise almost all day round. The bother to us is minimal though. Everything was very good and the staff was AMAZING. Super nice and super helpful. We will come back to the same hotel if we visit Athens in the future.
