We had the Standard Apartment no balcony which was still wonderful! The bed was super comfy! Very close to all shopping, restaurants , coffee, bars, markets..anything you need is very near and walkable. Very clean and easy to access! Our driver Panos, super nice and friendly! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

I love this place. It’s right in the centre of the shopping area, and still very quiet, green and well-equipped . Their staff are very responding and helpful. We need to check in very early in the morning due to the schedule of our cruise and we can do it very smoothly thanks to their help. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Athen in the future.

This place is amazing. The location couldn’t be better. The apartments was comfortable and well stocked. Achilles picked us up at the airport and helped us get checked in. One of the rooms was hot and someone was there in two minutes to look at the AC. Highly recommend!

The entrance to the building looks beat up but the actual accommodations were nice. Sofabed could have a more comfortable mattress. The mattress cover need be changed. It was stained. Great rooftop with great drinks/food and best view of Acropolis at night!

Absolutely the best location! NS Place is right at the center of Athens, and is within 15min walk to most places. It's 2min walk from Monastiraki Square, so it's away from all the crowd, but still close enough. The room is very good at sound insulation, so it's dead quiet inside. We asked for the hotel private van for transfer from airport directly to the hotel for 75euro for 5 adults, and it's really door-to-door. NS Place is not a traditional hotel, so it has no lobby or reception. Everything is done through the phone by messaging the house keeping service, concierge, or transfer services, and they are very responsive in replying our request. We are very satisfied overall and highly recommend NS Place

The room was incredibly. The location was amazing amd the views from the yes 3 different balconies were breathtaking. Couldn't possibly been any better. Make sure you get the room for 4 people. I even hate to bring up any negative but it is necessary. The room keys had the name of the hotel along with the rrom number. Just terrified to think about losing a key. Loved having a laundry room with everything included. Fabulous stay overall.

This property is in an excellent location, steps away from Syntagma square, Monastiraki flea market, Agora, restaurants, shops, and a short walk to the Acropolis. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views of the Acropolis at night. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were very clean and spacious. This is a great place to stay with the family. The rooms have a small kitchen and living room area and laundry machines on the floor. Highly recommend.

Great location, but missing a few things

Great location and easily walkable to all the main sites. The transfer service to/from the airport was great and very communicative, but make sure you have WhatsApp to communicate with them. Very spacious and modern. But it was lacking in a few areas. I wish the kitchen had basic things for prepping food - salt, pepper, olive oil (it’s Greece after all! It was nice having a washing machine, but it stopped both times we used it and gave an error message of low water pressure. We were able to restart it, but it took a while. 1 hair drier was broken.

Modern, spotless apartment in the heart of Monastiraki tourist area with everything you need for a short break. It was extremely quiet in the apartment so very well soundproofed to say we were in one of the busiest spots in central Athens. The apartment was small but an ideal size for a couple and they had made very good use of the space. My partner used the gym in the building which was very well equipped and there is also a communal washing machine and dryer which is free to use if you need it. There is a rooftop bar on the top floor with amazing views of the Acropolis/Parthenon. Again, never heard any noise from the bar. We were on floor 2. The bar is on floor 4. We took their private transfer from the airport which was useful and stress free for us. Worth it if you don't know Athens. It is well located for the sights but Athens itself was too busy for us. We headed onto Nafplio after this which we much preferred but the apartment was excellent.

This property it's beautiful to live in, the beds are comfy and the showers are stunning. It is close by to anything you might need such as all of the sights and the restaurants.

The only down side is that there is a Starbucks on the ground floor with an additional entrance. I have no idea why the staff led 5 of us with baggage through a busy Starbucks instead of showing is through the alternative entrance.

This place does get noisy at nights due to the location but i didn't mind for the convenience.

We loved the patio with the chairs and table and the amazing view. It was so safe and easy to walk around everywhere. The lady who communicated with us was so helpful and answered promptly and when we asked for items, they brought things like towels right away and had so many to give us. The beds were comfy and the balcony overlooking the Acropolis was a wonderful spot to have coffee or a drink in the evening. NS is in a perfect location with everything in a 2-20 minute walking radius. For the price you can’t beat it. They were very quick to respond to messages via what’s app and they had a lot of amenities you won’t get in a regular hotel (microwave, FREE laundry which was a major plus, multiple TVs). The safe is bolted in which I like (hate when safes are movable). The only con I have about the room we stayed in was the bathroom. It’s dimly lit and has quite a small shower which has seen better days. But for the price you can’t go wrong.

We really enjoyed staying at NS place. It was immaculately clean, located really centrally and nicely appointed with everything you could need. The communication via WhatsApp once we were there worked very well and responses were quick and efficient. It is located in the hustle and bustle of a very busy city so a tad noisy at night, but didn’t cause us an issue. The balcony was very narrow, but had a sweet little table and two chairs. Unrelated to the accommodation on the top floor is a wonderful rooftop bar with the best view of the Acropolis you could find. Such a great place for a drink and food watching the sun go down.

This is an apartment not a regular hotel. Usually that means figuring out where/how to get the key. In this situation an airport pick-up was available for a few extra Euros over a taxi. So worth it. No stress at the airport and no hunting down the key as the driver had it. I used the same driver for a day tour outside Athens.

The property is in a great location. Tourist historic areas and hundreds of cafes/restaurants within easy walking distance. Serious street noise but the sound proofing was excellent.

The room is not quite as large as you may think from pictures. It is efficiently organized but maybe too small for more than two people. Bed was comfortable. Spotless clean. There wasn't a microwave in the kitchen, which would have been helpful.

Overall I recommend it for several days for up to two people. If you are planning to stay with a family could be tight.

The people with NS Place were wonderful. They were friendly, responsive and everything they promised happened, especially the transportation they arranged. The apartment was very clean, spacious, convenient, and had a great view of the Acropolis from our patio. An added bonus was the roof top restaurant and bar. A fabulous view of the Acropolis and sunset and it was a short elevator ride! The food were beverages were delicious. The overall service we received from the drivers, restaurant personnel and the manager of the property was superb. We definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

We had the most comfortable stay at NS Place. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Check in and communication was fast and easy. It is well located, safe with lots of dining and sightseeing options a few steps away.

Highly recommend staying at NS place as it’s location is super convenient and close to all the action/restaurants. The suite has great amenities and it’s decorated beautifully with a modern feel. Our master bedroom and the huge terrace both have views of the Acropolis which is amazing and breath taking! They arranged our airport pickup and drop off with superb communication and made everything easy for us. Will definitely stay here again when going to Athens! My husband and I along with our 2 teenage kids had a grand time thanks to NS Place!

This location is just amazing steps from many restaurants, shopping. NS place rooms are also modern and clean. There is no reception but the communication for any needs was through WhatsApp. She is extremely responsive and had met all our needs..there laundry available on 2nd floor. I loved staying at NS place.

I would not hesitate to stay here again in Athens. The location was extremely convenient and felt very safe. Can’t beat stepping out and seeing acropolis every morning. Nicely finished apartment with very comfortable bed. NS Place also arranged our airport pick up and drop off. My only feedback is that as there is a rooftop bar on level 4, very light/sensitive sleepers like myself may hear the sounds of the bar in the evening if you stay in an apartment on level 3. I would suggest asking to stay on level 2 in that case, or bringing earplugs.

WOW - this property was gorgeous!! I stayed here with my daughter for 2 nts at the end of our visit to Greece and fell in love with Athens. This place is spacious, beautiful, and very well located to everything you will want to walk to. The balcony also offered a view up to the Acropolis!
They make it SO easy to communicate with you via text, VERY responsive. We were also able to arrange transportation through them which made our journey even more pleasant.
I would LOVE to stay at this property again and HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you NS!!

Excellent location and beautiful, clean studio. We walked to Acropolis and shopped in Plaka. Love having Starbucks downstairs and loved the view of the Acropolis from our balcony. Communication was excellent, always a quick reply and they even arranged an excellent driver to pick us up from airport and drop us off at cruise terminal.

One of the best apartment/hotel we have ever stayed, we went to France, norway, Sweden, Spain, Denmark in the last few years, we usually stayed in a mixed hotels and apartments, from less than 100 to 400 lodging, this is one of the best, clean, nice, modern apartment, quality kitchen and bathroom stuff, excellent location 3min walking from subway, close to everything, host very responsive and friendly, leave luggage after check out, very good bed; little noisy at night as you are in the center

Totally awesome. The pictures do not reveal the spaciousness of this apartment/hotel. I was a little reluctant of NS Place because there is no front desk. My experience was totally the opposite. The communication was outstanding and when you needed something it was immediately taken care of. First time in Athens and NS Place made my trip fantastic.

This place is amazing. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with fantastic modern design, just like the pictures. It was great to have breakfast with a view of the acropolis. The location could have not been better. We walked to most places from the apartment. I definitely recommend it.

This place was beyond excellent! We could not have had a better experience. The place was very spacious, comfortable, clean, modern, and had everything we needed (family of 4 with a teenager and younger child). We could see the Acropolis from our balcony and could easily walk to all the main tourist attractions. Numerous restaurants and shops were nearby, and Starbucks was just downstairs. We took the private transfer offered by the hotel and our driver showed us to our apartment and got us situated. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Athens. Highly recommend!

The property is right in the middle of center of activity. Restaurants of all kinds all around. The best bars in town are within 5 mini of walk. We rented a 3-bedroom unit. Our unit was very modern, looked like very new. Unit had everything you can think of including bath robes, slippers. Very modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave/oven and cooktop. We had a small balcony that overlooked a busy street as well a very good view of Acropolis. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for anything more.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! We had such a wonderful stay. The space is very spacious, equipped with everything you could need. The location is wonderful, in the center of it all and just a quick walk to the acropolis. The shower was amazing and the bed was super soft! The staff is extremely friendly and super accommodating. They made sure we got to and from the stay easily and checked up on us during our stay. Thank you, NS place staff!
