Complained to check in desk, requesting new pillows as the actual pillow was brown with sweat marks, pillow case was clean trying to cover the marks up, changed room as well due to disgusting cleanliness and poor condition, flush toilet and water came out of the handle, doors were hanging on from.top and not commected to bottom of frame , really poor

Very nice quiet hotel in a beautiful part of Phitsanulok. Full hotel facilities, with very nice buffet breakfast. This hotel can get very busy with its conference facilities. There is also a Spa, Pool and Massage on site.

Room are a good size. But very old. While rooms are cleaned every day and new bed sheets daily. There were cobwebs in light shades / corners and bathroom floor walls very dirty skirting etc. which wasn’t just age as was able to improve wall appearance myself by just wiping with a towel.

The rooms are quite outdated. Majority of the outlets in the rooms don’t work. You have to run the water for a while before it stops being brown. I couldn’t even get all the lights to shut off so I had to sleep with it on.

However, the breakfast was good and the lobby area is very pretty.

One night at The Imperial

Arrived in the early evening and found reception very welcoming (maybe glad to have something to do as hotel VERY quiet). Meal taken in main restaurant was reasonably basic but tasty - lychee soda was excellent! Room tidy and clean but bathroom a little dated. BIG problem was the pillow - I know we all have different needs but, after staying in hundreds of hotels, this was like a brick (my Thai wife agrees wholeheartedly!) So, tip for any farang - bring your own! Took late breakfast at 9.15 to find we had restaurant to ourselves. Plenty choice to set us up for the day but, understandably, would have been fresher/hotter if we'd been earlier. I've under rated our stay due to the pillow/sleepless hours but no complaints otherwise

สระว่ายน้ำ ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ตามมุมต่างๆ คือจัดระดับโรงแรม มัน 4 ดาวไหนหรอ

พนักงานฟร้อนบริการดี เบลบอลบริการดีให้ความช่วยเหลือเยี่ยมมาก

ข้าวสวยในโรงแรมแข็งมาก จานละ 19 บ ควรเสริฟข้าวหอมมะลินะ

บริการรวมๆคือดี ห้องพักกว้างขวางแต่เก่ามาก ไม่คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่าย

Old hotel with a beautiful Lobby and restaurant, only the rooms haven't been renovated. We also had to pay an upgrade price because they put is in a old room and told us these are Expedia rooms.. how strange, because I booked the room on the picture, and thats what we had at the end, but first paid extra money

Old hotel but reasonably well maintained, Good breakfast and big swim pool make for a nice evening dip during hot days. However, hotel is a 15moins walk to the BigC and Tesco malls. Overall a good-value stay and will return again if at Phitsanulok again.

Hotel is large and a good design but.

Some facilities poorly maintained, some gym equipment not working. Pool closed at 7 pm and opens at 19 am. Why not make it available until 10 pm and open at 7 am. After a gym session I would like to swim before breakfast. Pool is there but closed until 10 am.Why.
Restaurant was advertising Salmon festival until end of Sept. We decided to eat at the restaurant. We ordered our meals and settled down. 10 mins later told \"sorry all Salmon meals not available\" A large hotel with Salmon specials runs out of Salmon - go and get some more!!. We noted the Salmon Festival poster was still there the next day.
Breakfast was OK but coffee was awful. No brewed coffee available despite a coffee cafe section right there in the restaurant. Several staff there doing nothing but no proper coffee available. Breakfast was Cht 300 but no coffee.
room air conditioner worked but no control. Adjusting thermostat seemed to make no difference. When we checked in the bell boy turned it down to 5 deg and we didnt realise. Woke up very cold in middle of night.
The hotel has so much promise and so many staff but so much is not available to guests. At the prices charged for food and drinks, we expected better.
A pity.

Got pinged again here for double bed request even after I requested db in our booking they got 200 baht out of us and that will be the last time. How cheap is that to loose a regular customer for 200 just for a double bed. Oh and don't order the French onion soup as they haven't a clue how to cook it!!!!!

Old hotel but still ok to stay. I love their pool. Service is good. I like this location a lot as there are many places to shop like Tesco Lotus, HomePro, Index Living Mall, BigC and Central Plaza Phitsanulok. Can park safely in their parking lot.

It's good for overnight staying

It's just an overnight stay for taking a break from long hour driving. They have good breakfast. But, it seems they lacked of staffs management. They left the hot dish counters with no staffs. So, Guests could not have chance to have such several menus i.e. noodle with soups etc.

A nice hotel near the centre of Phitsanulok

A nice hotel as near the centre of Phitsanulok as anywhere can be in what is a spread out town. The staff were politely efficient and made things happen. The pool is a really good size and there is a pretty good hotel fitness centre. The room was a good size with a massive window giving a great view. Some of the lights and power points weren't working but enough were left that it wasn't worth getting it fixed during my one night stay. The bathroom was well fitted out and the room also came with a fridge, kettle, cups and tea and coffee sachets. The breakfast was very good value, if you are paying separately. It had a massive range of food catering to Thai, Chinese, British and continental tastes.

I was travelling by motorcycle and was treated like I had arrived driving a Rolls Royce. Very courteous uniformed staff. Always smiling. The restaurant had a a great menue. Dinner was prepared well, tasted great & was served quickly. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and an \"egg / omlette\" station. Nice views from the restaurant to the huge pool area with a swim up bar. I'll stay there again when in Phitsanulok.
Cantrally located.

Amarin Lagoon is a pretty decent place. The beds aren't the most comfortable, and it looks like it may be past it's prime a bit (the bathroom ceiling in our room looked like it might cave in), but the breakfast was good, the pool was nice, and the price was affordable.

It was obviously once a very flash place, but has definitely aged with powerpoints worn out, paint peeled etc. Once we got past the helpful but solemn bellboy we had a relaxing stay. Some powerpoints didn't work, but otherwise the rooms were good. Satellite TV but no english channels! The buffet breakfast included was excellent, a huge range of all you can eat. We had a nice swim in the pool before a late checkout at 12. Don't be fooled by the water in the bar fridge, the free water is in the glass bottles above the fridge.

We stayed 13 days. The bathroom ceiling showed signs of water damage but was dry.One night we woke to the sound of water pouring from the light fitting above the bath. I phoned the desk and an hour later the flow reduced to a trickle.
24hours later it was still dripping into the bath from a 240v light fitting, This may be a Thailand problem rather than this particular hotel but I was not happy

Hôtel très vieillissany. Peintures craquelées, fenetres impossibles a verrouiller, vitres sales. Massage fermé. Piscine occupée par une école! Et fermée le matin jusque 10h..Suite vetuste, joints de carrelage de bain noircis, douche qui fuit, clim qui grince. Staff qui ne comprend pas l'anglais. Au secours!

ห้องน้ำมีสภาพเก่า ควรปรับปรุงให้ดีกว่านี้ ที่สำคัญคือไฟส่องสว่างในห้องน้ำเสีย พนักงานควรแก้ไขก่อนส่งมอบห้องให้ลูกค้า แต่พอ Check in พบหลอดไฟเสีย จึงแจ้งให้พนักงานที่ Front ทราบเพื่อให้เข้ามาแก้ไข แต่ไม่มีใครมาแก้ไข หรือติดต่อเข้ามาเลย จนกระทั่ง Check out ก็ยังไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข

Jag såg fram emot att simma några längder och avsluta med en drink i baren. Efter många omgångar pratande med personalen i receptionen, gick jag åt de håll de pekade att poolen skulle vara förbi parkeringen. De visade sig att de var en annan väldigt liten väldigt smutsig pool med stolar som höll på att trilla sönder. Jag gick tillbaka för att klaga och de sa att de var temporärt, läste sedan att de höll på att renovera den vanliga hade varit trevligt med den informationen. De var inte hjälpsamma med annat heller så som att ringa en taxi. Sängen var en av de värsta på min 2 månaders resa.
