Comfortable

Comfortable bed, good size room with plenty of storage, but insufficient hangers, excellent breakfast.
More care needed around the pool with damaged and missing gratings and sunbeds that need attention.
Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location and easy walk onto Kalkan. The staff are attentive, friendly and make you feel most welcome. The room, we had a panoramic room with fantastic views of the bay. It was not huge but had everything we required. Decent shower, with plenty hot water, towels changed daily and bedding changed regularly. The pool area always had sun beds available and the pool was good for swimming. Overall we were pleased with our stay at Mogon and would return for further stay.

Lovely room with nice side seaview balcony. Great breakfast served on the roof terrace with amazing views. Lovely pool. Location fantastic as long as you don't mind steep hills - less than 5 minutes to bars and restaurants, another 5 minutes down to beach.

Our stay at Mogons Exclusive did not start very well as we did not get the room we thought we had booked. A family room is not 2 bedrooms and a living room as advertised on Expedia (I’m taking that up with them) but is a bedroom with a/c and another room (or ante room) with a sofa bed and no a/c. So we ended up in a triple room that was very tight on space. It was on the 4th floor with a tiny balcony but great views over the pool. However we were woken every morning with chairs scraping in the restaurant area above. This started at 7am. I’m guessing staff were setting it up for breakfast and then carried on until 10:30. I slept with ear buds in every night to reduce the impact.
The positives are the staff. They tried really hard to find us a room that we were happy with and even offered us a room each. But by then we had moved into 3 rooms and were just exhausted after a very late flight
I’m afraid that I wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.

**Hotel Review:**

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the town center, making it convenient to explore the area. Although check-in was officially at 2pm, we arrived early and were kindly allowed to use the hotel facilities, which was a nice touch.

Our room was comfortable, featuring a balcony with a lovely side sea view, and it also came equipped with a fridge. While the bed was a bit hard for my liking, it wasn't a major issue. The room was well-maintained and provided everything we needed for our stay.

One downside was the pool area, which appeared a bit tired and in need of some maintenance. We didn’t end up using the pool as the white slates around it were broken, and there was water on the sides, making it quite slippery.

On the brighter side, breakfast was served on the roof terrace, offering stunning views over the town and sea. The breakfast itself was plentiful with a good variety, ensuring there was something for everyone.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable with a few minor issues that didn't detract too much from the experience.

This is our second time at. Mogons exclusive and it didn’t disappoint. We love it’s central location modern decor and good breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Look forward to returning next year

Great - and try the hamam!

A very nice experience. Scrub in the hamam followed by massage was amazing.
Just one kind suggestion: provide fresh orange juice (or at least a high quality non-fresh) with the otherwise excellent breakfast.

I am a frequent visitor to Kalkan and have stayed in most properties . I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions.

Firstly I would like to say that this hotel is the best value for money .

The rooms are clean comfortable and modern . For some reason this hotel is never too busy . Customers tend to stay for short stays only .

There is a happy atmosphere and the staff are so welcoming .

I have stayed in other accommodations but the breakfast here is just right in quality and quantity . Offering choices of cheeses, meats , olives , fruits , cakes and pastries as much as you like . Coffee , tea and juice are also available .

The rooms have modern tvs and a fridge where you can keep your own drinks cool and tea and coffee and a kettle are within each room .

The views are good from all rooms (some have a better partial sea view and some a full panoramic view .)

Mogons is a street away from the main town and top of the old town . It might be a slight incline for those with mobility issues but what you save in cost of the rooms a taxi up is still cheaper overall.

The location is quieter and you get a good nights sleep . Close enough to bars etc but far enough to get a decent nights sleep .

In busier hotels you may have a problem getting a sun bed . Not so here . Also most rooms have a small balcony to sit out on .

There is a small bar inside and a bar on the roof terrace where breakfast is served with panoramic views .

Perfect value for those on a budget.

Clean and convenient

This hotel is very convenient right in the middle of town but yet not in very noisy part of it. Lovely and quiet. Clean and comfortable. The manager Irem Hanım Spoke great English and was very helpful to us. Clean, comfortable and convenient and didn’t coast as much as similar hotels. Loved it . The terrace to have breakfast has amazing view and breakfast was fresh and delicious. I recommend it to those who wants to stay right in town

A new hotel clean and great location. The bar area is not stocked. No lunch offered. Breakfast is good. Staff friendly and helpful but the hotel lacks a “heart”. Possibly as it is new the place is it efficient. A shame because we have been coming to Kalkan for more than 25 years andhave sampled many hotels. The manager was constantly on his phone, and appeared indifferent towards his guests. The staff at breakfast were charming. Rooms are comfortable, and it was a good deal.

A perfect week

This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time in Kalkan and we went with Mogons Exclusive based on reviews we saw and we weren’t disappointed. The hotel was always clean and our room was cleaned daily.
The staff were incredibly helpful. From providing beach club recommendations to taking photos of us in the evening before we went out, nothing was ever too much trouble. They provided restaurant recommendations and even got us a last minute reservation somewhere! They also kindly arranged our transfers to and from the hotel. The hotel is in an ideal location as it is about a 10 minute walk from the main strip where all the rooftop and marina restaurants are located. We also weren’t too far up the hill so we avoided the need to spend money each night on taxis! It is also about a 10/15 min taxi drive to Kaputas beach.
We absolutely loved our stay here and will no doubt be back at some point.

Modern hotel, comfortable, not too far up the hill

This hotel is was built and opened relatively recently so is new and modern. The lobby has some lovely furniture and decor of the hotel has been thought out and a lot spent on it. Rooms are decorated to the same standard with quirky light fittings. Comfortable bed. Room was a little on the small side, as was the bathroom, but adequate. All rooms have balconies. Good sized fridge in room with kettle and mugs. Around 10 sun loungers at the pool but hardly ever used as most people go to the beach or beach clubs. 10 minutes walk all the way down to the harbour. Around 3 minutes to first supermarket, restaurants and bars as you go downhill so not far which made everything walkable. Uphill on the way back but not too bad. £2 for a taxi from the harbour if you didn’t want to walk it. It was a shame we were only given one room card as it meant the room wasn’t air conditioned when we were out as we needed to take the room key with us. It has a chip in it to activate the electric and air con in the room so once removed it got hot quickly. Communal areas not air conditioned which made it stifling and stuffy when you left your room and hot after the walk up hill in afternoons or evenings. Only downside was that our shower leaked and we missed the cleaning service on most days - the cleaners wouldn’t come if you weren’t out by 11 most days. Breakfast was until 10.30 so we went back in the room after and missed the cleaning service. Would have been nice for them to come back later.

Gorgeous Boutique Hotel

We stopped her for one night and wish we had more time to spend at this stunning boutique hotel.

This hotel is superb from the outside and gorgeous on the inside. It's very modern and beautifully decorated.

The room was spacious and with all the amenities you can think of. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

All areas of the hotel are immaculate and sanitized to comply with COVID-19 regulations.

The breakfast was of delicious variety of traditional Turkish breakfast food with a good selection of freshly cut fruits. I must mention that the breakfast is served in the top floor which has a beautiful balcony that overlooks the gorgeous coast of Kalkan... you would wsnt to take your time eating your breakfast to take in and enjoy the views.

The service; from check-in to check-out, was impeccable and with a smile. Irem, the owner of the hotel is friendly, always with a welcoming smile and ready to help.

I most definitely recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay. We will certainly return for a longet stay.

Bathroom was clean but the bed and pillows were dirty, there were stains and lots of hair. Also hotel stuff should warn guests to not leave the car on north side of the hotel cause on that side theres a traditional bazaar one day a week and i had to leave my dinner table from center to move my car away.

Otel müdürünün bizi karşılamasından uğurlamasına ilgisi çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi manzarada her gün keyifle kahvaltı yaptık. Sadece Odalarda banyolarda havalandırma yok bu sıcak günlerde sıkıntı biraz. Banyo için otel kitlerini tercih etmeliler bence. Ve ses yalıtımı eksik.

Die Lage, die Zimmer die Menschen die hier arbeiten und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis alles top

Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde wäre das bad. Die ecken und kanten mussten nur gut geschrubbt werden.

Ich habe vor noch viel öfter nach Kalkan zu kommen und werde weiterhin bei jedem besuch dieses hotel buchen

2 gece konakladık. Havuza bakan odada kaldık ve bir rahatsızlığımız olmadı. Resepsiyondaki İrem hanımın güleryüzü ve ilgisini özellikle belirtmek isterim. Oteli internetteki yorumlara bakarak seçtik ve gayet memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Restauran manzarası çok güzel ve ferahtı.Otelin konumu güzeldi. Otel odasının büyüklüğü idealdi. Biz çok memnun ayrıldık. Yine o taraflara gidersek tercihimiz burası olur.

Genel olarak güzel bir deneyimdi. Deniz manzaralı odası enfes, çalışanlar yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli. Havuz ve odalar temizdi. Sadece odalar küçüktü. Hamam sauna hizmeti veremediklerini söylediler, zaten hizmete açık olsa da ek ücret olduğu söylendi bunu sitede ya da hizmetlerde belirtmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Butik otel degil de böyle bi otel seçme sebeplerimizden birisi hamam ve sauna olmasıydı. Kahvaltı yapılan teras cok güzel ama ne yazık ki şöyle bi Türk kahvesi keyfi yapayım deseniz olmuyor cünkü Türk kahvesini sadece lobide içebiliyorsunuz. Bu sebeple müşteri memnuniyeti konusunda bi tık daha çalışmaları gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bir daha tercih eder miyim bilmiyorum ancak kaldığım süre boyunca rahat ve huzurluyduk çalışan emekçilere teşekkürler.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Otelin kahvaltısı çok başarılı, terasta açık büfe birçok çeşidi olan güzel bir kahvaltı. Otel dışındaki sokakta park yeri bulmak oldukça kolay. Odalar 2 bavul açmak için biraz küçük, onun dışında bir problem ile karşılaşmadık, tavsiye ederim.

5 günlük bir konaklama yaptık, temizlik ve hizmet olarak çok iyi bir otel. Personeller güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Konum itibariyle yeri çok güzel her tarafa yakın ve manzarası çok iyi. Otel ile ilgili tek sıkıntım ilk verilen odanın duvar manzarası olması ve oda değiştirmek istedğim zaman ekstra fark almaları oldu.
