I booked my stay at Ibis Hotel, but when I arrived I realized the booking was on Ibis Budget, a lower quality hotel next to the one I thought I was booking. Very misleading!!! Not happy with my stay, the staff was slow and unhelpful, left a day earlier. Will not use again

Bom custo benefício, porém o quarto é apertado

Pontos positivos: bom preço, localização bem no centro do Copiapó, funcionários gentis, cama e chuveiro muito confortáveis.

Pontos negativos: café da manhã com pouca variedade (de frutas, só tinha laranja, abacaxi e maçã) e não mudou nada nas minhas 3 diárias. Quarto muito pequeno e sem armário.

Buen trato instalaciones deficientes

El trato en recepción a sido muy bueno. Los puntos más bajos tienen que ver con el baño en la habitación cuya ducha acumulaba agua y hacía que se desbordara. También el wc es pequeñísimo.

El desyuno desordenado, sin musica lugubre...muy diferente a otros hoteles que he estado e inclusive ibis de varias otras regiones.

NO DESTACA

La gente muy amable, pero las piezas son deficientes y poco cómodas.
Sin perjuicio que el baño es extraordinariamente chico, deberían advertir que es para personas de tamaño máximo 1.7 mt de altura.... y sobre ese porte te pegarás en las piernas con la puerta al ocupar la taza de baño. consiente que la respuesta del establecimiento será, \"estimado, lo invitamos al ibis rojo que es mas grande\" deberían construir espacios dignos para las personas independientes de la categoría de hotel (NOVO, Ibis y Budget), ya que la diferenciación no debiese ser en poder ocupar un baño cómodamente o no.

Por otra parte, la pieza en la que me quede estaba con exceso de humedad, y las paredes estaban con hongos (pieza 354 a la fecha de 20-02 al 6 de marzo) debajo del lavamanos.

Cuando pedí un secador de pelo, supe que no lo prestan sino que tiene un costo de arriendo aunque fuese por 10 min.

Faltan luces de techo mas que los 5 focos de pared que tienen en las piezas.

El desayuno tenía muchos problemas logísticos, durante las 2 semanas que estuve a la hora del desayuno no había café ni masas dulces ni mucha variedad de comida.
¿acaso el buen desayuno lo guardan para después que salen del hotel los trabajadores temprano?

tenía intenciones de seguir en ese hotel, pero realmente no es cómodo.

Insisto, personal de recepción muy amable.
Personal de cocina, muy flojos y lentos para atender y reponer.

Necesito solución

Compre por hoteles.com y no me entregaron recibo, por lo que ahora se me presento el problema de como rendirlo ese gasto a mi empresa. He leído que se debía pedir pagar en el hotel, pero nunca se me presento esa opción.

Mon expérience globale était très bonne. J’ai adoré le personnel au comptoir, spécialement ceux présent durant la soirée, et tout particulièrement Darío. Il a un sens du service à la clientèle bien développé.
Un bemol: c’est dommage que l’hôtel ne dispose pas de collecte sélective des déchets (déchets, recyclage, compost). C’est le minimum qui vous devriez faire pour aider à l’adaptation aux changements climatiques.
Déjeuner: très bien, mais des œufs auraient été appréciés.

Mala experiencia en el hotel

Aires acondicionados de las 2 habitaciones no funcionan, se lo dije toda la estadia y no solucionaron nada, en la habitación de mis hijos dejaban 1 toalla y son 3 jovenes, la limpieza al parecer solo consiste en cambiar las sabanas por que los papeles de baño no los sacaban, teniamos que decir que los sacaran y mal olor en el lavamanos que siempre se sale a las habitaciones, en general el personal de la recepción poco amable, solo es amable el que sirve los desayunos, en general mala experiencia y al llegar al hotel me cobran 64 mil pesos chilenos, siendo que soy residente y con visa definitiva, es mas, a travez de la página pague 390 mil pesos chilenos mas los 64 que me cobran al ingreso y antes de registrarnos a una pareja le cobran 40 mil por la habitación
