This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations.
The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations immediately. Unfortunately, I had no practical option but to stay the night. The following morning, I checked out right away because I did not wish to continue my stay.
What makes the experience even more frustrating is the cost. I paid over $400 for a single night and I feel that money was completely wasted. Given the condition of the room and the overall experience, the price was nowhere near justified. I genuinely regret booking this property and cannot recommend it to travelers seeking the upscale, luxury experience that is advertised.
