Parking was easy. Floor 2 stunk really bad and the carpet was soaking wet. I had to go to several floors to find a working ice machine. Accused my boyfriend of being homeless bc he was walking around outside on the phone for over 30 mins and asked him to leave the property. Staff wasn’t the nicest. I saw th cops there multiple times because of complaints from other visitors about staff

I know this place have multiple reviews bad and good. So far i got a lucky my room that always very clean. I appreciate the Ladies that clean my room every day even on weekend. Gave me clean towels everyday. I stay more than 4 weeks. I extend same room every week. The only i don't like is the pressure of water of my shower that make the floor wet. Even though i have shower curtain and a small rug on the floor but still make the floor wet everywhere. Staff wise, Patric and Kindra only are the best and very Kind staff. The India Lady , \"NO\" very mean . She is at counter during Saturday Noon. She have attitude in the phone. Not even listening your explanation first. I am trying to check out and same time trying to check in too, same room. I don't even finished my explanation or reason yet , but she already mad. She is super mad right away and hang up me. Then i call back and she answered me, all is good that i can still checked in same room. Maybe she realized when she hang up on me that she had attitude lol. Over all still very good my stay. Thank you to good staff Patrick and Kindra. Always kind to your customer. Good Job!

After check in, we went to our room, which smelled like freshly smoked marijuana. As we were unpacking we noticed hair all over the pillow, so we inspected the bed and it had hair, stains, and food crumbs under the sheets! I went to the front desk and asked if the bedding could be safe because it was unsanitary for my family to sleep on. Keep in mind the room I originally booked was a double queen and we were in a single queen! The person at the front desk rudely said there was no one that could change the sheets! I said I have a small child and we are not sleeping in a dirty previously slept in bed! She told me she was canceling my reservation and refunding my money, which did not happen! I had to call Motel 6 customer care to get the issue resolved. This was the nastiest hotel I have ever been in and the worker was extremely rude and unprofessional. This experience was a disgrace to the Motel 6 company and I will never stay at a motel 6 again because of this experience! End of story

Well, it’s a bad location. They only have one entrance that’s the main entrance so if you don’t find parking by the main entrance, you don’t park all the other doors are locked. The fourth floor is a smoking floor, which I got the window was stuck open. the bed was so hard you can’t even sleep on it. I was there for three days did not sleep. It is not upgraded on the fourth floor. The elevator did work. The staff is very rude. The housekeeping manager just walked in my room, thank goodness how the security lock on knocked and told my husband to get dressed that they were coming in no ma’am we’re in here sleeping so if you don’t mind sleeping on a hard bed, their pictures are not what the motel looks like. The staff didn’t speak English very well at all. The price prices were reasonable if you don’t mind sleeping on the floor means stay there.

I reserved this room months ago for our trip. Day of the trip, i get an email from my credit card about a potential fraud alert from a charge from motel 6. I immediately the hotel to give them the card number again and they told me they canceled my reservation and if i still wanted it, I could walk in and they MIGHT have a room.

So, they canceled my reservation the same day I was supposed to check in, because my card declined, and they didnt try to run it again or call me, and instead IMMEDIATELY canceled my reservation.

If you cant rely on a reservation, then there's no point in making a reservation. I will never stay here again and won't stay in any motel 6s again if I can help it, because that seriously messed up my vacation

Most of the hotel staff was great. The front desk people not so much. The bathroom didn't have a tub, just a shower, and looked like it had mold around outside of shower. Holes in blanket, and curtain. Chipped wood on desk and chair was dirty.

Staff support is very lacking. You have to remove your stuff out at 11, if your paying daily, everyday, even though you made another reservation for the following day. They want a $20 early check-in fee, which you have to pay in cash. No card. Front desk will lie to security and say they had an issue with you

The room was horrible . There was blood on the inside of the door. There was burn holes in the bed conforter and sheets. The sheets and towels were dirty. There was severe dust buildup in bathroom on the vent i am asthmatic and couldnt breath well. There were penuts stuck in the air conditioner vents and the phone was dirty with crumbs in the part where the reciever goes. And by the safe there was a random thin red blanket shoved behind the safe and a plastic bowl that was dirty in the closet floor. I will not stay here again and i reported to corporate and asked for a refund .

Roaches all over hallway flooded loud parties staff are the rudest people I have ever met at a motel. I have end stage Parkinson's and nothing but stairs entering the place. Extremely dangerous and difficult to get in and out. Immediately told them I was leaving and they would not refund me the money for the next day

It was triggering and terrible for my ptsd. No really its was it was a terrible experience to say the very the least. The bed was uncomfortable and the couple fighting and screaming at the top of their lungs all damn night wasnt what i wanted to hear. I hope someone called the police. I was just minding my own business after a 300 mile journey across states. So i wouldnt suggest staying here walk or drive a little bit further somewhere else.

Horrible management, the lady manager has a horrible attitude. Made me wait till 3pm for a clean room bc supposedly there “all dirty rooms” and none were available to check out early. And when I came to check in only the top floor was available to me. Proceeded to not let me pay with tap but accepted it for other ppl and swore up and down it didn’t work. Then at check out she tried to SCAM US out of our $60 deposit saying it’s $20 when the manager lady argued left and right saying we had to pay $60 for our service animals and that they only take cash on the deposit, not till we threatened the cops did they actually fess up the deposit.

Was trying to extend my stay and had already paid for the next night, but she insisted that I had to check out at 11:00am and sit in the lobby until 3:00pm before I could check back in. It was the most ridiculous and frustrating experience.

I will say it was Halloween. Dogs barking in the hallways. People up all night, elevator looks like it’s been shot up. They require a $20 deposit that will be refunded at checkout. Seems a-lot of people check out late. The tub drained slow. The hallways smell like bad foot odors. Not good. Do not stay here.

I've never had an issue at this hotel before, but it was overrun with people who were up all night in the hallways and we couldn't get any sleep at all. The room was very muggy and uncomfortable. The staff is ok.

This place is a complete dump bedbugs cockroaches, and that is just the staff. Bedbugs and cockroaches in the rooms, big enough to steal your bags and maybe even steal your car. Not anywhere on the website did state that they would charge $50 for parking, which is absurd would never stay here again even if it was for free. This place should be condemned by the state and the owner should be locked up for attempting to charge people to stay at this place.

Ac was good, cleanliness was terrible. Someone let their dog crap on the floor in the hall and it was still there the next morning. Initially put us in the wrong room, which was a disaster zone. Window was left open and the bed unmade. Moved into correct room (two Queens) and was fine.

This is a old Hotel. Lots of pot smokers and crackheads staying there. Owners are terrible. I put a No Room Service sign on my door that i made. Didnt stop the maids they banged on my door anyway. The last day i was there one of the owners banged on my door. She asked me how many days have i been in the room with no maid service? I told her 2. Told her i empty my own trash and swap towels with maid every 2 days. She turned around and walked away. I've never stayed anywhere that the staff and owners we're so rude. I'll never stay there again. I switched to Super 8 off Alta Mere drive. No potheads or crackheads and customer checkin was easy. No hassels or rude stares like Motel 6. Do yourself a favor. Don't book there unless your desperate. Super 8 is same price and you get free breakfast.

Had planned on a late check in so I arrived in the area when it was already dark and I'm glad I saw it at that time of night.The area is very sketchy. There were several people loitering outside which seemed really odd. It looked more like a short term apartment place than a hotel. I cancelled my stay immediately and had to find another place quickly. I don't ever plan on staying here.

Hotel was sketchy as heck.
The entire place has this weird combination of musty and cigarette smoke and fresh paint smell permeating through the whole place.
The smoke smell was faints and they're doing a decent job of trying to get it removed. Our hotel room though was a different story as the smell of someone smoking outside came in through the bathroom vent and made the whole bathroom smell of marijuana smoke. It was so bad I actually asked to change rooms and kept the door to the bathroom shut. What was infuriating is that their first offer to try and fix it was to provide a couple of air fresheners. to the front desk guy's credit, I declined the air freshener solution and he was able to provide a new room. 2 days in a row while staying there we had a visit from police officers regarding something unrelated and I didn't want to have anything to do with it. In our first room the air conditioner was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. But the second room we had a much nicer air conditioner and that went much better. The room was reasonably clean but there was always a faint smell of smoke somewhere and the whole area just didn't feel all that safe.

I give this place zero stars. I’m ok with a budget hotel, but the staff was the worst part. After checking in, I was ID’d two times before I was allowed to proceed to my room. Your deposit isn’t guaranteed unless you check out in person. They made me wait in the lobby while they checked my room before they released my deposit. Do not waste your money.

The staff was really rude. As I purchased a reservation online and read the hotel's Pet policies, As it states there is a fifty dollar refundable pet fee for non Service animals. Although I have two service animals the lady tried to charge me a hundred dollars per animal. She was very rude, very disrespectful and did not.Let me and my family check in for our reservation. I would not recommend this hotel to any one coming in to fort worth. You are better off staying at motel six north fort worth. At least they have respect and they are nice compassionate, Understanding and very reliable. 0/10 Stars, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my life. It’s nothing like the pictures and they made up policies that weren’t mentioned before booking. They made us pay a deposit that isn’t mentioned at all before booking that must be paid in cash and they make you use the ATM they have if you do not have cash. The area is super sketch, while we were in our room we hear people screaming at each other in the halls and I saw that there has been past people who have stayed there complaining about their car being broken into before. We didn’t stay there for more than 20 min and decided to leave and not stay there for one more second. After asking for a refund on at least one night since we didn’t stay for the days I booked it for the guy tells me they do not do refunds and it was too late to cancel my reservation.

Wow. It was a budget stay but pretty bad one. Will never do this again. People (other guests?) were fighting very loudly for a long time into wee hours in the morning. I was expecting to hear a gun shot 😵‍💫 Didn’t feel safe and definitely not worth saving $20-30.

Well the stay started off great the last that checked me in was very nice polite and asked plenty of questions to make sure everything was good and I booked the right room and everything else I go to check out and there’s a new lady and she’s very rude with the customers in front of me who had a language barrier and then asked me for my id…lost it… and the got an extreme attitude with me as if I lost it or was withholding it from her holy for her to find it under her book as she was yelling at me. To top it all off as I turned around she slammed the one inch window as hard as she could so I’d know she was upset and there was a roach luckily I was only there for one night but as rude as the staff is with doors that don’t latch when you leave the roaches are the least if your worries

I guess I can’t complain after booking a cheap hotel, but they said it’s had smoke free rooms and most of the days I couldn’t sleep because it smelled of cigarettes and weed. The toilet could not flush, I could hear noise from all over the rooms that I could not sleep at night.

Absolutely worst place we ever stayed. No service. Asked for towels or to get room cleaned and we only got a set of clean towels on 5th night there. No coffee even though big picture in lobby with morning coffee. Had to phone hotel for someone to come to front desk to check out after waiting 20 minutes in lobby. No food services close. Staff could not speak english. One star is too much for this hotel. I trust expedia less for adding this hotel to their list of hotels.
