This hotel was well below our expectations. It makes an impression when the elevator doesn’t work, 2 of our 4 day stay the breakfast didn’t include eggs. Our room needs a handyman, floor tile loose in the bath, carpet patched together, and shower floor looked dirty but it was stains (still not a good feeling when you have to determine if the bath floor and shower are dirty or stained). Hilton…you need to get your act together. We paid over $1k for 4 days and it felt like we were camping and working around what was lacking. This is not the first time Hilton has disappointed. No more Hilton stays for us. The Hilton name is not synonymous with quality - AT ALL.

Only thing good about this stay was that Robust coffee.
The greeting staff was a little put off because we interrupted their pre-Thanksgiving staff party.
Then we didn’t get the welcome bag with treats as indicated.
Next we did NOT get room service except every other day. Excuse me to have to ask/beg for clean towels is below your standards.
The phone to contact front desk or outside never did work, reported the next day after signing in.
The bathroom air vent and s filthy clogged with fluff and hairs. The bathroom ceiling is pocked with moisture in multi areas from potential water leaks or just the condensation. No one to take interest to report it to.

From check-in to check-out the staff was super friendly & courteous. The lady that checked us in was a great front line, 1st impression person. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels...absolutely no complaints. Breakfast had something for everyone & there was plenty of it. This Hampton Inn changed me $180.66 on incidentals. Front desk keeps blaming it on their computer. So far I have contacted twice to clear up this matter. So frustrating and lack of customer still’s!!!

The hotel lobby is clean and presentable. The gentleman at check-in was attentive.

The room was clean but it could use some minor repairs. i did notice that the wall baseboard had some type of spilled .. something. The AC unit needed framing and the carpet was frayed at the floor transistion with cracked tile. Thankfully yhe toom did noy smell musty as is rge case with most mid-grade hotels.

Overall I was fine with the experience and already booked again for work travel.

Don’t clean your room during your stay

I would have liked more fresh fruit options for breakfast, but what I was most annoyed with is the fact that I asked for maid service on the third day (when they hadn’t come at all the day before) and all they did was take out trash and give us more towels but NEVER actually cleaned the room & bathroom and didn’t touch the bed sheets. We were there 4 days and with a family you expect your room to be cleaned everyday.

Staff was lethargic , I repeatedly requested for the cleaning lady to provide me a second garbage can for our room. My request was ignored. The parking lot is shared with a car dealer next door. Very limited parking with vehicles strewn all over the lot. Staff need a class on politeness and customer service. You can tell they’re there only for a pay check. I’ll select another hotel in that area in the future.

I was at this hotel for a swim meet. It was very convenient. They keep bottled water behind the front desk for guests. The coffee all day and free breakfast were also very convenient. There’s also a nice snack selection for purchase. Would def. stay here again.

Humid in Lexington Park

The hotel itself was fine; it was clean and nice. Our particular room however, wasn't the best room we've stayed in. The air conditioner was working but it wasn't really blowing cold air. Of course this would be on a late night when it was 100 all day. So it was very uncomfortable humid in our room. I would have asked for a change of room but it was almost midnight and I had a sleeping child with me. Also, the door to the room wasn't closing without me having to lift it and practically slam it. I guess the hinge was coming loose off the frame? So aside from being uncomfortable humid and warm, the bed itself was comfortable. The couch was comfortable. The tv worked fine, it had a fridge and we took advantage of the breakfast offered in the morning. We would stay again but we would check in earlier to avoid this happening again. That way if something like this did happen, I wouldn't be exhausted to ask for a room change.

Fast, friendly and clean!

Super quick and friendly check in. Our room did not have the sofa bed we booked so it was quickly changed with no issue. Room was clean. I could not find an extra pillow or blanket for the pull out but minor inconvenience as I had an extra blanket and used the pillows from the chair. Was only staying one night so not a big deal.
Breakfast was great, my kids enjoyed it as well. Great overall experience, would definitely book here again.

The toilet was clogged after telling staff 3xs about it they still did nothing to fix it told us they were outta rooms the toilet over flowed onto the floor multiple times which we had to clean up i also have a video of it also and because they didn't fix it or move us to another room we had to leave way early just to use the bathroom it really was horrible

Stayed here for a whole week, never got clean towels or the room cleaned until the very last night and we had to call twice to get that done. Very humid in the rooms, almost wet. Would not stay here again. Room also came with half a roll of used toilet paper and wasn’t clean upon arrival.

The property was old stinky and out dated for the price. The room had peeling paint chips considering my grand daughter got sick in the room her first night in the hotel.
She also has an allergy to dust. The hotel smelled old ,moldy and dusty. The rugs needed to be shampooed. The bathroom had hair in the tub. I had to clean the tub myself. I asked for garbage bags to be put in the garbage can since there were none. I could only get one.This is a part of a hilton hotel it should be removed

The staff was amazing, and went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. We were able to check-in half an hour early, and gave my daughter a snack bag for waiting, which got her excited after a long drive/day. The breakfast was excellent, and the cook even baked fresh chocolate chip cookies and brought them to our room! So kind! The pool was clean and fun for my daughter. There is a good restaurant next door but not anything else within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed felt great. We really enjoyed our stay here, my daughter didn't want to leave!

This is our third time staying at this hotel. We come up every year for national lighthouse weekend. This time was just as good as every time. The staff is always extremely friendly (shout out to Diamond!). The hotel is always clean and the breakfast is great.

We got the inn at 4PM ad there was a line of people in the lobby. When we got up to the desk to check in we were told our room was not ready and it would be about a half hour before our room was ready. We waited in the lobby. As we waited we realized all the people in the lobby were waiting for their rooms to be ready. apparently a member of housekeeping quite they were having a hard time catching up. We did not get our room until 7. The communication between housekeeping and front staff seemed very strained. Front office staff seemed to have a hard time with the computer and seeing what rooms were ready.
Once we got to the room it was very nice and big and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning had a good selection of items.
I think this inn needs to work on communication between staff and perhaps an upgrade to their computer system so that front office staff can more easily monitor what rooms are available

I had reserved 2 rooms here and one of them was uncleaned from the former occupants. The other one smelled bad and had a large tear in the sofa cushion. So we asked for 2 other rooms and as we checked them, both were uncleaned. SO we went to the desk to ask for 2 more and finally we got 2 rooms that were nice and comfortable. It was my earlier belief that Hampton Inns are always in good condition but I now know that is not actually correct. Also, the breakfast worker could not keep up with the food supply either.

We came down for a baseball tournament . Checked in late round 8pm the lady checked us in said let me go check on your room and was gone for 2 hrs . She went to clean the room and some other rooms. Gave us the key for us to walk into a dirty room. At this time is was now close to 11pm and all the other hotels where all booked up. I just as very disappointed We called about the front seat about our sheets, bathroom ect in the room being dirty many times but they never came up to clean it. We had to check out at 7am to get to my sons game so we just slept on top of the covers with our blankets we use for grass at the baseball games .

The staff all treated us kindly, with attention to our needs and requests. The breakfast cook was working his tail off to keep so many swimmers fed early before leaving at 6:30am.
