Good Hotel With Two Serious Issues
Hotel Staff is nice and place is clean. However, there are 2 Elevators, one was broken, and I was told it has been broken for awhile. Also since the pandemic the restaurant is only open for breakfast. Breakfast is limited pretty much the same items every day, scambled eggs were Hard and Dry every morning. No lunch or dinner service in the hotel. Again one of those useless \"rainshower heads\" in the shower, at least the water pressure was ok.

It was an average hotel. Nothing special, clean and comfortable. You had to pay for more coffee for the in room coffee maker?? Why?? If you did not arrive at least 45 minutes before the resteraunt closed, pick-ins was very low. If you were early it was quite good.

The hotel is located right across from Santa Fe mall and also is in close proximity to a lot of places we visited. Really enjoyed my stay and I would stay again. While the hotel itself was fairly average, what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. Their warmth and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference, especially as I struggled with the language barrier. From check-in, Edwin, the night auditor, was an absolute lifesaver. Even though he didn’t work during the day, he would write out instructions for me at night to hand to drivers since my Spanish wasn’t strong and my eSIM wasn’t working. During the day, Nestor and Jean were also amazing—always helpful and attentive. I’m genuinely grateful for the support I received from all three of them. The three of them combined were definitely the heart of my experience as a guest. ❤️

First room the door did not lock. Second room the AC was faulty. Although promised it was never fixed. Shower gel and shampoo was not replensihed nor was the coffee. Breakfast was average. This is the worst hotel since we arrived in Colombia 23 days ago and it was the most expensive. Its in a good residential area so that was a positive.
